Great experience taking my MGB to British Auto Repair. Short time, more than fair price. My car now runs perfectly with an excellent tune up. From the minute I made the phonecall to British Auto Repair Tim answered the phone and i already new from his positive and confident answers and his great personality I knew my car was going to be fixed right and he took a picture of exactly what the issue was. The price was less than i could have imagined and Jags aren't cheap ...I highly recommend this business.

I want to start by saying Mr. Tim Rose and his team at Coventry Motors treated me like family while servicing my vehicle! Looking for a repair shop can be scary so working with people who treat you kind and professional while thoroughly educating you on what repairs are necessary, is priceless! My Jaguar XF was making a concerning noise and I struggled to find a shop (outside of the dealership) but I was led to Mr. Rose and they have a lifelong customer in me. They completed the repairs in less time expected and the price was more than fair. I'm thankful for Mr. Rose and I recommend him and will continue to come back to him for all of my Jaguar repairs.Mrs. GravesService: Engine repair

This German/British auto repair shop is amazing! Coventry is simply the best. We've taken our sedan to Tim when Chapman BMW couldn't diagnose the problem on our vehicle, which was a "Transmission Malfunction" and still charged us $305 for an incorrect diagnosis which called for $3200 of repairs that my car didn't need. I towed it to Coventry right up the street, a family owned business, repairing Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar, Bentley, MG, Mini-Cooper, you name it. I paid a fraction of the price and none of the problems that Chapman said my BMW had we're actually wrong. Valuable lesson learned.. Tim is amazing. I'm a repeat customer and will continue bring our vehicles here.

Tim and his crew are very knowledgeable mechanics. Told me exactly what was wrong with my Jaguar XK and fixed the issues same day!! They are now my go-to shop whenever my Jag needs service.
