I have been going to Brakes Plus for years and have had all my cars serviced there. They have Amazing mechanics and super low prices. Ask for Hector he is the GM there, and he is super knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They have earned my business and highly recommend them

So I cannot say enough about this location. I came to the store at 7:30 AM thinking that I had an appointment with brakes plus come to find out I ended up making an appointment for brake masters, which is across the street. I know I know my mistake. Hector, the manager was absolutely professional and willing to help. Even though I didn t have an appointment he was still able to take care of me and get everything that I needed done. Not only was he able to do my alignment, oil change, tire rotation, rear brakes and front brakes he was also able to give me a ride back to my home because I didn t have a way back. Fast forward three hours later and my vehicle was ready. Wow, great great great service hands-down one of the best places I ve gone to. I ve recently been looking for other places to get my vehicles serviced because we have had not so good outcomes at the dealership. We definitely will be back for future service appointments.. thank you again Hector for everything you ve done.

The front desk guys are always professional and courteous! It s a pleasure to go to this location as I always know that we will be well cared for. They are great at suggesting things to be done on your car, but also making sure you know the level of urgency, so that you are not overspending at any single appointment and can make informed decisions on whether or not to have repairs done. Would recommend!

I normally work on my own car but there are certain things I won't risk doing myself and for that I only take my car here.My 20 year old Scion is still running and it's with a lot of help from this place. They're super fast and, most importantly, honest!

Had to fix the squeaking and grinding noise on my vehicle and I'm glad I came here. They were very professional and super nice that they even provided me a ride to and from my house. The service was fast too! Appreciate Kc and rest of the team. Definitely will come back for future services.

I ve been going to Brakes Plus for years now. Always great service and excellent staff in every location I ve been too! Now I m going to this location on 75th Ave & Lower Buckeye. The whole staff / mechanics do excellent A+ Work!! I highly recommended this location!!!

5 stars for Alex and Hector, been bringing my 3 vehicles here for 5+years, Always get excellent customer service, This time I needed all 4 brake pads and front rotors, Alex went above and beyond to get me the best deal and like 50% cheaper than what the dealer was charging. Thank You Brakes Plus I will keep coming to you for all my brake needs. 100% Recommended.

This location and this team! I truly am in the best care with them, no matter what is wrong with my car they will help me with it. They are the most honest people that have ever worked on my car besides my own family! If you are debating on where to take your car, this is it. I drive over 40 miles just to get my car fixed here, it s worth it!

Hector and his guys have always taken good care of me when I need for done on my Aspen or any of my other vehicles, super fair on their prices and he s always been willing to work with me if it was an unexpected repair. I live in Gilbert and drive all the way to his location because I trust him and his people.Thank you guys for always providing GREAT work and reasonable prices!

The first time I was here my car had gone shut while I stopped at a traffic light and all the three other shops that I went to couldn t figure out what was happening with it. Reaching here, it only took them less than an hour to diagnose what the issue was. Fixed it and got me up and running. Since that, I ve been coming to this store and never have I ever been disappointed in their services. Highly recommended!

My car literally died right in front of tutor time and I called brakes plus and immediately was assisted. Within 10 minutes an associate named Alex came out with another helpful gentleman and they jumped my car and had me right on my way. 10/10 would recommend :)

Came in for an unexpected repair and was considered about the extra expense. Called for an estimate and the manager Hector immediately put me at ease. Took my car in right away and was very professional and helpful. Next time my car has an issue ( and it will ) I will definitely be back. I highly recommend.

I went in to get a front end wheel alignment. After Hector, who I believe is a manager, did a analysis of the vehicle, he told me that I had two tire rods that needed to be replaced because they were loose, including a ball joint, so getting a front end alignment would prove pointless because of the loose tire rods - too much play in the rods. In other words, he saved me money! So I took it to my mechanic and he concurred with what Hector said. Hector did an excellent job, world- class customer service.!! Very pleased. Check them out.

I want to give a big shout out to the salesman name Casey. 75th and lower buckeye,You were very nice, very detailed about what was going on, even though I didn t understand half of the Mechanic talk , I still put my trust in you and you were very honest with me. The price for all around breaks was a steal, a very very good price I couldn t refuse. And thank you all for your hard work that you all do to keep the customer s satisfied and safe. Took my vehicle in, cause I heard the brakes squeaking and my pedal was going to the floor. Hector, Alex were so amazing. They took me into the shop and showed me everything that was wrong with the brakes. Super trust worthy and I know I got a good deal. The dealership was trying to charge me over a $1400. Highly recommend hector and his team.
