Awesome customer service. Angel, the general manager, was great. We had a sudden issue with our brake pads. My husband was in a time crunch, but Angel made it happen. We dropped off the car and Angel kept in frequent communication with my husband to ensure we got it back before school pick up. Very personable and professional. Would definitely recommend this repair shop!

We are truly grateful for your team taking us in last minute. My husband passed away last month and this usually his department but I have to do it now. You all made it easy and affordable for my little family. Thank you again and we are definitely going to be a return customer.

Shout out to Angel and Kevin for making it a great first time experience for me! They re honest and quick even when they have their hands full they made sure my car was all taken care of and ready for pickup before they close. They gave me a couple break downs on pricing and it was super helpful. Thank you guys for being so kind!

Always great customer service. They are honest and fair. Angel is the manager now, and he has been great. His experience and customer service are great. I tried to go to a new place when I moved out of the area, all I received were shops who tried to rip me off! This location has always been consistent, and I am glad to give them a review and shout out! Mike was my service advisor today. Thanks again for taking care of my car!

They inspected my breaks and rather than charging for new front rotors, they recommended grinding them since I could. They also adjusted the rear brake drums since that too didn t need replacement. All in all, they got the jobs done and me back on the road driving/breaking safely. You can tell that Mike and Angel care about doing what s in the customers best interest.

I enjoy the fast and courteous service that Angel and his crew provides. I made a service appointment for 11 am and was checked in right on time. There was coffee in the waiting room and a clean restroom as well. The service was completed within a proper time frame. Thank you Angel and Kevin for your courteous , fast and professional service. Kudos and I will recommend your store to all my friends.

I typically go here because their cheaper than the dealership but just as good quality. When I went last Wednesday March 27th I believe I got the quality, but they charge more than the dealership for the exact same amount of work. So it would ve been better to have just gone to the dealership since they cost the same. That s my only disappointment..

Very professional and friendly staff with precise, mechanical advice, they were able to detect the problem within 10 minutes and gave me a fair estimate, highly recommended and trusted shop, I will return .

I'm very pleased with my experience, we had our brakes done two weeks ago, had the alignment done today. Both times exceeded my expectations on timeliness, pricing, and overall customer interaction. I don't post reviews often, but these guys are doing a great job. Angel who I spoke with was excellent to work with.

Great experience! Never tried to up sell . Only told me what my car truly needed and offered a very competitive price. First time I ever took my car somewhere other than the dealership! All employees were professional and informative! Highly recommend.

The general manager Angel just gained Brakes Plus a loyal customer. He went above and beyond to make sure i was driving in a safe-for-the-road vehicle and that the total price was in my price range. He didnt try to push additional services on me and had me leaving incredibly satisfied with the customer service i received. The mechanics did an incredible job as well! I got a brake inspection, my front brakes serviced, and an oil change in less than 6 hours. I will be going to this location for ALL my car needs. A HUGE thank you again to Angel and his team!

I had come in for a random request to see if they could fill my air in my tires because I had tried 3 different places and nobody had working tire air for customers. Mike was happy to help a mama with her two boys and ended up filling all the tires so we could be safe on our travels. Thank you so much Mike!!!

If you are in need of any vehicle maintenance go see my man Angel at the Happy Valley location. He s as honest as they come. Gave me a thorough run down of what was needed and walked me through it all step by step. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend this location to anyone. Best prices I ve seen in the Phoenix area. Customer service here is top notch. All services and prices are posted inside their store which as a customer, gives me a better feeling about the place. They go above and beyond their way to address their customers needs. Before any work is done to your car, they walk you through the diagnostic and actually show you what the issue is and I forgot to mention they also have discounts on services as well.

All the guys super helpful, friendly and honest, great service at a great price. I thought need more work done but after their inspection came up that the other car shop over estimated. Happy with their service & honesty I ll use them again.

Angel is an absolutely fantastic manager. Not only did he take care of my mustang for a service, he got my truck checked and figured out when the dealership wouldn t. On top of all of that, he s taken great care of my grandma with her care. Above and beyond the service you typically receive elsewhere.

I will ALWAYS recommend this location to my family and friends, anyone really. These guys are super helpful and informative. Anytime there's an issue or possible issue they ask if I'd like to see for myself, and they give me rough timelines of when I should get the issue/possible issue taken care of if not then. I never feel pressured or pushed into getting something done. Angel, Mike, and both Kevins are AMAZING. Awesome job guys. Thank you for your hard work and kindness. I will certainly be back again.

Angel had amazing customer service. They did great fixing the issue and calling me to let me know what they were going to do and what the costs were. The wait wasn't that long. It is easy to make an appointment on the website as well.

The guys that work here are absolutely amazing! Jason Angel and Kevin are the guys that work on my truck and they have always been completely honest and respectful. As a woman it's really important that when I take my vehicle in for service I do not get talked down to as if I am a child and I am treated with dignity and respect. These guys have never made me feel inferior and I appreciate that so very much!

Rodger Kamp, the general manager and his team; including Zach are amazing and great people to work with. They have always taken great care of me with my heavily modified Focus ST. They do all my oil changes and they never disappoint me! If you are in the car community & looking for a home for oil changes and even other sorts of services; they are the people to go to! They treat you like family and have high quality craftsmanship for a local well known auto shop! If you have a lowered car like me, don t worry they have the alignment rack waiting for you! AMAZING experience! I came in at one of the most busiest times of day and could have been easily turned away to. But not from Angel Leon. He was able to squeeze me in to check out my vehicle. During my wait, I observed him handle customer after customer with the most positive attitude. He hustled hard and with a smile on his face. I will forever return to this location as long as Angel still runs the show!

got a quote on my front brake pads and rotors for $700+, came in and spoke with general manager Angel, got told i don t need rotors yet and left with an extremely reasonable quote and got great explanations to the the services needed. will be returning to get new brakes, amazing staff very grateful.
