I m headed out of town and of course my AC goes out! I called around and Brakes Plus was one of two places available today. The other place quoted me at least 3x the price for the exact same service.When I arrived for my same day appointment, Dyllon was super helpful getting all of my service requests in and then Jonathan took care of everything on the billing side-even honoring an online coupon.Brakes Plus is my new go-to for quick, easy, and reasonably priced service repairs! Thanks guys!!!

Brakes Plus continues to be my preferred auto repair. I appreciate their knowledge and kind staff. My favorite manager, Todd was not there when I went in last week. Per usual, his team is super professional and helpful. I made an appointment and dropped off my car. My repair was done in a timely manner, and as always, I trust them with quality work.

Dillon was great and super helpful when it came to our questions and when he brought up concerns with our cars. Couldn t recommend them enough!! Super cheap, super fast and incredibly helpful! Go here if you have ANY issues with your car!

I had an amazing experience Saturday. I got new tires from another shop but that tire shop broke my Lug Stud. I brought it over to Breaks Plus and met Reed and Dyllan who both took care of me well above my expectations.Great work at great prices.

Reed was so helpful! My alignment was much needed and Reed explained all the details of what needed to get fixed. Have gotten brakes here too and they re just great. Also, they are incredibly honest and not condescending when they explain things. It took me a long time to find a place that doesn t assume I don t care or don t understand. Always great service here. Highly recommend!!!

Last week I made an appointment to do an oil change. I was suggested to do a coolant flush. Then, a week later, the coolant system is leaking dripping like a spring water. Should the Brakes Plus take the responsibility? I drove back to let them check the problem. They would charge me more than $1600 for the replacements including 2 labor costs, $500+ each.I also had the brakes changed and that total costs more than $600. They even broke the sensor cable! Then, they fixed it with soldering.I didn't know how bad it might be and how long it could last. Just so unprofessional! I am so disappointed with their service! I highly doubt that they purposely did it to expedite the damage so I had to go back to "beg" them for the repairments and so they could charge me more more money!

Highly recommended!! Moving back to this area and my Car was having misfire problems with engine - years past Todd the General Manager would always help- but was informed he was promoted and pleasantly greeted and assisted by Henry and Jonathan. I had gone to another shop prior and was annoyed at how they wanted to nickle and dime me and I on strict budget. Jonathan, told me what was an absolute and what could wait and all with kindness and patience. For anyone that feels like shops take advantage, I am highly Suggesting this place and they will be candid in what is possible. Jim, another car God informed me some other issues to be aware of. The high level of customer service and ability to listen to my concerns - I will definitely be back. Thank you Henry, Jonathan & Jim for taking care of me and the high level of service you provided today- it does not go unnoticed and is deeply appreciated

EVERY TIME I come into this Brakes Plus location, I am treated nicely, their waiting area is clean, and their entire staff is courteous. I have also trusted them for years with my car and they have given me honest quotes and service whenever I come in.The manager Reed is very knowledgeable and honest along with his entire staff. Additionally, they offered me a few discounts on my brakes and oil change on my recent visit because the price was alot for me being a teacher. That was generous and kind.- Thank you again, Brakes +

Came in for an oil change appointment, they noticed I had a tire leaking air. They gave me the info on the tire and I was able to walk next door and still have Brakes Plus handle all the details service to get me fixed up. Very friendly and quick. They cleaned my headlights just to be nice!

The team got me in same day, did my brakes, brake fluids flush and coolant flush for less than the dealership quoted me for just the brakes. The entire team was friendly, it's clean too, honest and matter of fact, and did not try to upset me anything more than what I wanted and asked for. I have been at this location for brakes before and had the same experience. Thank you as I am so grateful I chose to go back!

I have been going to brakes plus for 10 some years now. Location of choice has always been the Ahwatukee location. From just a simple oil change to major repairs, this crew has always been great. Just got my car serviced today, and the staff got my car done quickly for me & honored all of my coupons. I highly recommend this place. Even over the years with change in staff and the amazing store manager, Todd, leaving, I continue to come back. They will take good care of you.

Went here to get some repairs done after getting 3 other quotes from other shops, and they were the best by far!They aren t just trying to take all your money, and they actually care about the safety of your car.Out of the 4 shops I went to, they were the only ones to show me what was wrong with my car, and simultaneously disproved what the other 3 shops had been telling me.On top of that, after deciding to get my brakes fixed, they had thought that they wouldn t be able to resurface the rotor, but they were, and that ended up saving me $200, on top of helping us save money through coupons and other deals!Best shop I ve been to so far since they truly care about your safety while making sure that you don t break the bank.

Technician Jim was very thorough with the inspection and rundown with me. Jonathan gave me honest advising and recommendations off of inspection from technician so I don't pay for something I don't need. Definitely making a visit next time for other vehicle maintenances.

My vehicle needed front and rear brakes so after some research decided on bringing the vehicle here. Couldn t have been more happier. They were definitely less than what the dealership wanted to charge and the customer service from Trina, Reed and Jonathon was top notch. I will definitely recommend them to friends and coworkers!

Highly recommend! After Discount Tire stripped a lug nut when replacing a tire and could not get the nut to align, I stopped by Brakes Plus to see if they could assist. General Manager Curtis was amazing. He explained how they could fix it with one of their tools. He estimated 1 hour. They got my car in quickly and it was ready within 45 minutes. Even though it took their time and labor to fix it, to my surprise he completed the work complimentary. I will definitely take my business back to this location based on how Curtis took care of me in fixing another business s mistake. Definitely shows integrity and focus on service.

This was my first time using brakes plus and Henry at the front desk made me feel right at home! Took care of me as soon as I walked in and had me set up right away. I can tell they definitely care about every single customer that walks in! I will 100% keep coming here! I definitely recommend using brakes plus on chandler blvd and 48th!

This is the friendliest service center I have ever been. Everyone was polite and professional. There is sense of efficiency and easygoing instead of hurried false busyness. Checked in rapidly and the car was ready on the dot as promised. That is all you need.

I went to brakes plus with an issue on both my vehicles Curtis took me in right away and gave me trust and confidence that my vehicle was an easy fix. He stated it would take an hour but it really took less than that. He was very knowledgeable helpful and respectful.

When I came into brakes plus for the third time in a two month span, I thought for should I would be leaving more irate than I was when I got there BUT Hank took the absolute best care of me. He listened to the problem I was dealing with and since speaking with him, I ve no longer been having issues with my brakes.Hank broke it down Barney style so I could understand exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I will definitely only be coming to see Hank regarding my vehicle services going forward. If you re someone who doesn t know a thing about cars and is wary of trusting a mechanic, Hank at brakes plus will take care of you!

I originally tried Brakes Plus for a brake job on my 4Runner. I have since returned to them for shocks, alignment, steering column replacement, and total fluid change on my 4WD. They have in each case been expert, timely, and very customer oriented. Most recently I brought two front brake rotors to them for resurfacing. $20 apiece and 45 minutes later they got them back to me. Saved me hundreds on new rotors. These guys are great and I ll continue to have them service my vehicles.

They are upfront on costs, explain everything in detail, and will show you the issues/concerns. I highly recommend them.Update 3/1/24 - Still the best place to go for all things you need done on vehicles!
