4/2024, Simple setting up the appt. Quick service. Great price for a full synthetic oil change. Manager was professional and helpful with all guests while I waited in the lobby.

The folks working at this store are awesome. They are always very friendly and professional and courteous. They never push me to have anything done that I am not 100% comfortable doing on the spot. They give me the information I need and an estimate so I can make an informed decision and I feel free to take it from there. I do not hesitate to come here when I have a question about my vehicles nor am I ever afraid to recommend someone to them.

It was my very first time going to Brake Master 's Auto Service shop, both Jameson and Robert were super friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about all the repairs that I needed done on my vehicle. I would definitely recommend these guys and this location to anyone needing brake repairs/general maintenance on your vehicle. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Pat and Robert at Brake Masters. I am a shade tree mechanic, so I know a little about cars. And I know they are very fair, reasonable, and trust worthy. I highly recommend them.Today, I had some work done. Robert and I agreed on a fair price. His mechanics ran into a problem with a stripped bolt from the factory. They spent a lot of extra time cutting and replacing it.To my surprise, Robert did not charge me any extra. The price was the price. For that reason, and other times they've gone the extra mile for me, is why I won't go anywhere else.

Robert and his team had me in n out in about 40 minutes, been coming here for a few years. Will not take my vehicles elsewhere, I highly recce this team. Oh BTW, this coupon really does work!

We worked with Robert this time, but have also worked with Pat in the past. I must say that both of them are amazing staff, take the time to explain, and give you all the information. They were able to get my car done same day and it was ready when they told me it would be. I would definitely come back!

Got me in right away for my oil change. Prices were more than fair and employees were nice and friendly. Waiting room was extremely nice and comfortable. Would recommend for your next service or maintenance

I seldom write reviews. But with today's experience, I need to. I brought my car for 4-wheel alignment in Brake Masters at Lower Buckeye Rd. The service was quickly started by the Store Manager- Pat Ruiloba. After running the procedure of checking on the current alignment, he came to me with a report saying that the alignment was already good (all green) and handed me the paper. He told you are good to go. I did not pay anything. This is the first time it happened to me in a car shop! I said to myself, "Holy c---! He is an honest mechanic!" I thank him and ask for his name and off I go. He could have just altered one spec and the alignment would be off. But he DID NOT. With that, I saved $109 + taxes. Thank you, Pat! Please continue the honest-to-goodness work. God will bless you and your business more.

I have been going to Break Masters for years, the reason is simply. I have always been treated very fairly , professional staff, great management team. I feel confident bring my car to Break Masters every time I need .

This place and staff was fast and efficient and very friendly and gave amazing service and feedback regarding what needed to be fix on my car immediately and the time frame for the other things! The manger Wii and the staff pat and Jaymes deserve all the praise and gratitude for their hard work and dedication! Thanks again and I will definitely be back

Thanks to Pat and the guys who looked at my Subaru Forester, making me feel at ease with the status of what is good now (regarding my brake pad status), vs. what will need to be worked on/replaced in the near future (struts) and above all for quickly and in a most customer-friendly manner, replacing one of my my rear wheel broken lug stud bolts (and accompanying lug nuts) I definitely now feel like a loyal customer to this Brake Masters as a result of this positive experience and my Forester will be coming back ASAP! Thanks again Pat!Addition: I ended having a good amount of costly but very necessary work done on my Forester (front end alignment, brake pad replacement, synthetic oil change, turned the rotors). Once again Pat made me feel at ease and I ended up paying what he initially quoted me.- Matt C

Fantastic service and they have an awesome promotion for oil change going on right now. They even gave me a complementary vehicle inspection to make sure everything in my vehicle is good to go. I will be back.

The location was clean and inviting and that staff were very honest with me about my brake needs going forward. They were not at all pushy and I didn't feel like they were trying to sell me on something I didn't need. I would absolutely recommend everyone to this location and will be back. Thank you.

Helped on the phone before I even arrived and then not only found the source of the main problem but helped with a few more looming problems saving me time and money later. They also helped with financing which was a big relief.

Notice a week after my break power booster was replaced that both upper and lower door hinges stops were broken causing the door to fully open. Leaving a dent in the body of my truck. The door was forced open by the mechanic to allow easy access to the break paddle. Of course after taking my truck back over there and talking with the shop manager they wouldn't own up to what has caused my hinges to break.

Me and my husband love the service here at Brakes Masters! They are really helpful and friendly the fixed my Infiniti Q50 at an awesome price and my husband loves taking his truck for oil changes! We appreciate everything keep up the hard work guys!

So I went in on a Saturday afternoon really expecting them to tell me they weren't going to have time to do the oil change same day. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of the general manager there. I believe his name is Patrick. Anyway I WAS pleasantly surprised to find out that they were going to be able to do the oil change. The manager was very personable as well as knowledgeable. He ran down a list of items that could've been addressed, but were not super pushy about it. The service was completed rather quickly. He was great. He took great care, as if this business was his personal endeavor. I hope that made sense...the location itself was spotless and the lobby chairs were very comfortable.Service: Oil change

They are the best mechanic shop ever. They serviced my vehicle for preventative maintenance and did a fantastic job. They are the only ones who I allow to work on my Audi A6. The prices are reasonable and they are most of all honest. Thank you!

I was looking for brakes plus, but I saw brake masters first. I never been to a brake masters in my life, it was my first time. decided to try it. Biggest mistake. I was trying to get my brakes and rotors changed for one of my cars. The front desk lady was so rude, disrespectful, and discriminatory. She didn t even try to hide her rudeness and discrimination in front the store manager. So I just left. Not going to contribute financially to a racist organization. If you want great customer service this store is not it stay away.

Just take your vehicle there if you have any issue whatsoever. Serious mechanics live there and the customer service is excellent. The biggest problem I have with any auto shop is trust and they have mine

I took my 750 I X-DRIVE in for an oil change, unlike any other place, it was seemless and an overall GREAT EXPERIENCE! JAMES WAS AWESOME FROM start to finish!!!! Will definitely be going back!

Had a flat light on, low air... They checked for free and were glad to do it! Light off and the staff and business end spectacular!!! I will always remember how they handled me!!! Much love!
