My daughter recommended this shop for some routine maintenance on my car. Not only were they so nice when I called on the phone for an appointment, but they got me in right away. They were quick, professional, and all very helpful and friendly. I will be going to this location for now on. Thanks Guys.

Very pleased with the quality and ease of service. The transparency and the job they did was satisfactory as well. It s easy to stop in here and have things taken care of. I spoke back and forth with the employees about issues with my car and they were patient and worked with me. Would gladly recommend anyone having work done here.

This place been my cars to bring more then 10yrs i used to bring my boy and daughter with me years back in the waiting lobby while they work on my truck, and now my two kids are grown and now they bring their cars too this place is the best i highly recommend at least for me and experience its like a family doctor to us.. trust their work and honesty which to me its a must as a business owner that i am its very important . Good job..

Awesome awesome service both at the desk and from the techs working on my car. Fair pricing and they went the extra mile after doing a test drive after the work - the test driver heard a sound and they made sure to re-examine my car to make sure everything was copacetic. Will be bringing my car back for future service!

I love this place they are very well mannered very respectful to your concerns. answer all your questions. reasonable pricing. almost anyone qualifies for their financing through snap or easypay. (absolutely no fees or interest as long as you pay within the 100 days) easy peasy...thanks brake masters I will return as needed...

Lisa at the 27th Ave and Peoria location really helped me when I was initially quoted one price, made an appt and then when I showed for the appt a horrible person with absolutely zero Customer Service skills quoted me $1300 ? Lisa referred me to someone at another location who got the job done for $274.Lisa definitely is Customer Service focused on behalf of Break Masters. Management needs to pay attention to this location and increase Lisa's remuneration !!

Couldn t be more grateful for the amazing service at this location. One of the bolts was loose on my oil pan and this crew fixed it right away. It was right at closing but it didn t matter to them, they got it done. Thank you for your hard work and incredible service!

Honestly what a relief to go somewhere where the workers are super personable. The service was also done super quickly. As an added bonus, there was a fresh pot of coffee for me while I waited. I would definetly recommend and will DEFINETLY be going back

I came in for what I thought was a brake problem and it turned out to be something completely different. They took care of the problem at a really reasonable price and I never felt like I was being talked down to or taken for a ride (pun intended ). I ll definitely be back!

Speedy service.. had front and back brakes replaced as well as spark plugs and gasket. They were done In about 2.5 hours. Nice surprise since I waited at the shop for them to complete this maintenance.

I ve never met anyone as thoughtful and just willing to go out their way to help and still by any means be beneficial to themselves and their customers I just want to thank James and Frank for everything you guys definitely went above and beyond to help me and that means a lot more that you know and I hope to continue to work with y all to repair my car. I called last minute to get oil change. Jeff said come right over. When I came he knew who I was and got my car in immediately. Didn't take long at all. I was very pleased with Jeff and James very friendly and nice. Will go back again.

This Brake masters has the poorest customer service from the moment I walked in. I brought in an Infiniti Q50 for LURCHING. they spent and money replacing brake fluid??? The did a brake flush for an engine issue . took the car to another auto shop and they were able to tell the problem almost immediately. They didn t even fix the issue yet we still owe them $2600 worth of garbage work. Such a shame. I will never come back and every single person that has car trouble i will be telling to stay far far away from Brake masters. Leaving this review everywhere to warn innocent people who can t throw money away.

I recieved a quote about a month ago from Brake Masters, to replace my front struts that were leaking and going out. Today I walked in and was warmly greeted by Jeff M. He made me feel like I knew him.. but he told me he was a newer manager. . Jeff got me set up and going, fully explaining what was going to happen, quickly, easily and in no time. I even got a ride back home. Jeff called me soon after... letting me know what was happening and explaining my original quote was missing some essential pieces, but he is going to take care of me! And I truly feel like he did.. I recieved a call a few hours later.. picked up my car .. talked to Jeff about it, and drove home..with a nice smooth ride home! Car repair can cost some $$. But I feel like Jeff took really great care of me and my vehicle. And I never felt like I was being overcharged or up sold on anything. I feel fairly treated and very happy with all of the service and people at Brake Masters #226. I also go to the Tucson location when needed...they are great there too!!

As this summer was approaching I had no AC working on my Hunday and needed another repair to pass emissions test that was going to be costly. Brake Masters managers were able to fix both issues in one day and were able to find parts with a better price that I expected. I have had a great experience. My front brakes were replaced and I also asked them to check out a knocking sound that I feared could be an expensive repair. They found a loose bolt and fixed it for free! So last week, I believe, I went to the break master on 51st and peoria and let me tell you, DON'T DO IT!!!! Not only did the waist my time in telling me one price only to hike it way up when I was there, and talk to me like I didn't know anything (probably cause I'm a women) they did the bear minimum. Didnt try to check anything else.I went today to this Break Master ( because I accidentally left a bad review on them when I ment to leave it on the other one) and they called me to inform me of my mistake and told me to come in there and they would be willing to look at it. So after debating on it for long enough to herethe break get worst I did. They where AMAZING!!! They fix my break so quickly and gave me a much better and realistic price AND!!! They check my whole suspension system (because it's not good) and informed me of all that was wrong with a break down of everything. Now I couldn't fix any of it today but Jame (or Jeff sorry I'm horrible with names. But I think it was James) made me feel positive that I had time to save money to fix each part. I will be definitely going back to them !!!!

I ve been coming to this location for about 3 years now. So far I have yet to have a bad experience here. Jeff has always gone above and beyond to make sure that the job was done not only fast but completed properly. I took my car in to this location this morning around 8am and was able to pick it up again around noon. I had some fairly complicated work scheduled besides an oil change. The shop was incredibly busy and one of the mechanics had to leave due to a family emergency. The job was still completed within the day and the car seems to be running like new again. I can t thank the Jeff and the crew enough for the work they do at this shop!

Been bringing my car here for a few years now and they've basically rebuilt it in that time. They do everything I've always been taken care of and would definitely recommend this location

Do not use this store for brakes I went there 8 months ago to get brakes and roters for my car and they never put the new roters on nor did they lunercate anything on my car. I will never use brake masters again. If you want great brake service go to brakes plus they have lifetime.

If I could give this place 100 stars I woul . They got me in same day and immediately when I called. They did an amazing job and took wonderful care of my car and myself. I can't say enough about the team here and how professional they are. If you're ever needing any work done to your vehicle I would highly recommend them. The prices they offer are so good as well! Just an amazing business and team. I'll be returning for any future work!
