I had a very good impression of Brad's DV Collision at the very start of the estimate process. Directions and cleanliness was all around me. Very friendly personnel to help me. The estimate took a very short time. I was even given a military discount. I was able to get an appointment when the parts for my Honda came in and I was able to come in and wait for the work to be done. They did a wonderful job on the car and went beyond what was expected in my opinion. Doing business with Brad's was a pleasure. They were so honest. Thanks to all of you at Brad's. Diana M.

After being rear ended I was recommended to take my vehicle into Brad s by my sister s in laws. I must say they did an outstanding job! Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and communication was on point! The quality of the work was amazing and I was surprised that my car was clean both inside and out on pickup! I highly recommend Brads Deer Valley Collision!

Repairs to right fender, front passenger door, and rear passenger door were completed and look like the original before the damage. Paint color and texture matched perfectly. As did the body lines. Doug was very pleasant to work with. Would definitely use this company again.

Very fast turnaround on a quarter panel 1 week. Doug was very helpful throughout the process extremely professional. Not sure who cleaned my truck but they did a stand up job cleaned the suspension and it looks amazing! I was recommended this shop by a few people and I will recommend them to you!

Wow! I used Brad s for a repair on my F150. I cannot compliment their work enough. The bumper looks brand new and the paint is matched perfectly. The vehicle was returned to me very clean and detailed. The work was done at a very fair and affordable price too!

Doug @ Brad's was the best person to deal with. As a woman, he treated me with deep respect and explained all the details of the repair so clearly and I as so impressed with the business atmosphere which was so warm. The receptionist was terrific, also.The pricing was reasonable, as I had gotten another quote. Some minor extra cosmetic work was included and the car was returned freshly washed and looked great.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My son was unfortunately in an accident in his 370Z. Brad's walked us through everything and set expectations. There were no surprises. They had to submit a supplemental claim because the initial claim was severely lacking. They worked on our behalf, and it was all seamless to us. The quality of the work was excellent, and if I do need a body shop again, I will definitely use them. Brads has been taking care of my personal and business auto body needs. Doug has been our estimator and has always gotten all the repairs approved. I had body work done back in March of this year and they did a phenomenal job on the car, it looked brand new. I had the front and rear bumper replaced and painted. I dropped the car off on a Monday and had it back by Thursday.I worked with Doug and he was great to work with. The team at Brad's fixed my rear bumper after I was hit. The service was great they were very straightforward, thorough, and fast. I got text updates throughout notifying me of the status. It was easy to work through my insurance, and arrange a rental car. And my car now looks like new!I'd initially considered a few other body shops, but was really not impressed by their initial communications. I just picked up my car after having it repaired at Brad s. They did a fabulous job. Work was great and came under quote! This is the second time I ve used Brad s and I couldn t be happier with the results. The quality is outstanding. Doug was amazing to work with! He went above and beyond to ensure my experience was the best!

Had a very bad experience here. Went for a quote for fixing a collision. I did inform the lady inside that the insurance asked for a quote. Brad came to give the insurance and when I said that it's the other party's insurance is out of state,he said we would not take their insurance. He said it would be $25 for estimate and that's a company policy, which was not mentioned on his website or in his office. I guess he can come up with his own rules. Funny thing is there is a free estimate tool on his website and asked to upload the pictures of the collison. I felt so disappointed and furious. It looked like he was profiling me and felt like racially discriminated. I went to Bell collision and Midway collison and got my quote. Never coming back or recommending them to anyone.

Just bought a car, the previous owner had duct taped the bumper and the headlight mister that was sheered off. I brought it in for an estimate of how much it was going to cost to have it repaired. The man refused to give me a quote.So I drove away and am now looking for some other body shop who will at least give me a quote.

From start to finish I was treated so well, it was a personalized experience giving me confidence through the whole repair. I had a lot of work done, it was a 2 week job on a newer Truck. Doug communicated with my Insurance company and explained everything to me. I felt like he had my best interest at heart. The truck looks fabulous and I had a very positive experience as a customer. The front desk person and the driver was also very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this shop.

Brads does the job the right way . If your insurance is pulling your leg and giving you a hard time with body shops bring it to brads and see if you re not driving with a huge smile afterwards !! My wife and I took her 2001 MR2 Spyder into this shop for collision repair. Wow, they did a great job at a real reasonable cost. We were impressed enough, before the work was even finished, to have them replace the power window motor on my 2010 E250 Van. They took less time to complete the task, and they charged me quite a bit less than they quoted.The technician took the time to show me how he did it and the tools he used.I was very happy with everything they did. Once again Doug and the crew at Brad s, exceeded my expectations. Just had them fix my fathers car as well as one of my business vehicles. I couldn t be happier with the quality of work and their level of professionalism. The cars were returned on time and 100% completed. When you receive a call fromDoug to inform you your vehicle is ready, you can be VERY CONFIDENT in knowing it has been thoroughly inspected and cleaned before your phone rings. You won t walk away with the attitude these guys did an alright job, but rather I can t wait to recommend them to anyone looking for a collision center!

Review.This place is awesome. I was really close to buying a used car that seemed to be in really good shape, but had been in an accident. I asked the owner what had been damaged, and he told me it was just the front bumper. I wanted to be safe, so I decided to bring it to Brad s to have the professionals double check it. I m really glad I did! They pointed out almost a dozen different things that I hadn t noticed that had been damaged and concealed or unprofessionally repaired. Since then I have referred a couple of friends to these guys and heard nothing but good things. They are honest and reasonable. Highly recommend! Thanks again guys!

I ripped the front end apart on my Mercedes on a golf cart size garage. Quarter panel had to be replaced and had to be painted. They did a fabulous job not only does the car look absolutely perfect but they detailed it which was such a pleasant surprise! It was immaculate inside and out!
