Picked up my new 2024 X5 M60i yesterday from BMW North Scottsdale. I worked directly with Scott Bilgo from the very beginning and he made this the absolutely easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I ordered and individual color and Scott was able to get that order put in right away and approved by BMW NA without any delay. Scott s customer service and response time were amazing. When it came time to finally take delivery of my new X5, Scott had me in and out of the dealership in an hour and it was a no fuss process. I ll never buy another BMW that isn t from Scott so long as he continues to keep selling cars and I will absolutely be recommending any friends and family looking for a new BMW over to him.

This was our first BMW purchase and BMW North Scottsdale was simply amazing. We worked Omar Nava for sales. He was very informed about the vehicle, easy to communicate with, and helpful through the whole process. When it came time to finalize the deal and work through all paperwork, I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the process. From yes let s close this deal to having everything completed was under an hour. No serious sales pressure from start to finish. This wouldBe my absolute go-to place for a BMW.

This dealership deserves 10 stars. We had a terrible experience with their Arrowhead competitor. That review is posted for details. This dealer was 180 degree different. We explained what had happened at the other dealer and Scottsdale beat the price and came thru in every way. We took delivery of our new BMW yesterday. The sales manager (Anthony), salesmen (Ed and Rick), and the Genius (Simon) could not have been more accommodating and non pressure. For those that don t know, and I didn t, a Genius is the person that familiarizes the new customer with all of the electronics and settings during delivery. We found this portion very helpful for us older, technologically challenged folks. Kudos to the dealership s new car sales division. Very professional! This is our first BMW. If the brand is as good as the dealer we will be repeat customers going forward.

Charlie Scott is the best of the best! I have been buying from BMW because of the brand and his personalized service! I love the Penske Scottsdale dealersip and will ahop there for every possible vehicle purchase and will recommend him to all my friends amd family.

I shopped around for a while to trade my 2015 x5 for a newer certified x5. NSBMW s prices seemed reasonable online but they are 40 min from my home. I d had some less than favorable experiences at Arrowhead BMW having my car serviced so I decided to give NSBMW a try. Geoffrey M. was so friendly and attentive, I never felt like I was being sold to or rushed/pressured in any way. He just made things easy! They had a great selection and he was extremely knowledgeable on all the options on the vehicle I was looking at. Geoffrey did everything he could to expedite the process, since we had kids at home and a really tight schedule that weekend. I had some negative equity with my trade. They gave us a very fair price and met us in the middle to get the deal done. Financing was a breeze, Daniel M. was professional and personable. I really appreciated the time the BMW genius (nice young kid) spent with me. I was pretty familiar with the options in the car but he was very thorough and showed me a few things I didn t know. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I ve ever had, I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I had been searching nationwide for a specific car and found the right one at BMW North Scottsdale. Geoffrey Mersinger and the BMW team made the process as easy as can be. No hidden fees or shady sales tactics just a pleasant transaction. They had me picked up from the airport and helped me arrange shipping back to my home in New Orleans. Excellent sales person Levy, he was so patient and informative. No pressure tactics. On delivery he had their tech guru spend 2 hours with me and then my husband to set up the car. Much better than our experience at Tucson BMW (never going there again). It has been so worth going from Tucson to Scottsdale for this dealership.

I had an amazing experience at BMW North Scottsdale and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the car market!! You can tell they care about their cars and you ll immediately fall in love due to the extra mile they take at this dealership. Alex made the entire process *fun* and seamless. From the test drive to the finance and everything in between, I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be a forever customer.

My wife and I had a great experience buying our first BMW. Brando was our sales rep and he did a phenomenal job explaining everything. He was very patient with all our questions. There was zero pressure to buy and the manager gave a great first offer in the negotiation process. Very great experience with the finance office as well with Cody. Again, zero pressure for any add ons and they were all very reasonably priced, especially for a BMW. This is our third car purchase in two years and the easiest of them all. Only wish they were closer to the West Valley but I don't mind driving out there because of their exceptional service. BMW genius was also a great help as well! Thanks!

Overall excellent car buying experience. Couldn t have asked for a better salesman to help us with our new purchase. Ed was polite, attentive, and respectful of our time needed to ultimately decide taking the X3. We were very open about looking at different cars outside of BMW but this didn t phase him at all. Was quick to update when the vehicle we wanted was ready to show even when it wasn t ready for delivery yet. He made sure we were the first to see it even on a Sunday. Overall one of the best car car buying experiences and will definitely return to Ed and BMW N Scottsdale when considering our next BMW.

I just purchased my second BMW from BMW North Scottsdale. This one was my first custom build and I can t rave enough about the exceptional customer service with the entire process. My sales rep, Jeremy made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free even when I changed my mind and build configuration a couple of times. On delivery day, the team made me feel like a celebrity red bow and all. If you are in the market for the ultimate driving machine then I highly recommend buying from and exceptional dealership like BMW North Scottsdale. They won t disappoint.

I went to BMW North Scottsdale since my current BMW lease was going to expire, and I was interested in leasing a 2023 M3 competition package. I worked with Omar Nava and Tyler Ma (sales reps) who both helped guide me through the entire process with ease.Omar and Tyler were both professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and very easy to work with. They helped me build my dream car and kept me updated as we waited for the delivery from Germany. On the day I received my car, I was absolutely impressed with the overall presentation and thorough explanation from Tyler and Omar as well as from the BMW genius who spent time with me and explained all of the features of my car.I also worked with Owen Corona from BMW detail shop who was awesome to work with. He provided the perfect blend of ceramic coating, ceramic nano tinting, and full frontal PPF on my M3 to keep it nice and clean from dirt and debris. All I can say is that my M3 looks absolutely perfect and I have been receiving many compliments from friends and family on it.I have owned BMW cars for over 15 years, and I ve been to countless dealerships in different states, but BMW North Scottsdale is my absolute favorite dealership I have ever worked with. I will definitely be coming back here in the future to purchase another BMW car!

Outstanding customer service:Ask for salesperson Josh Pelta!From the time I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in to the actual physical purchase (from Ca), salesperson Josh Pelta was outstanding.He answered all of my questions and sent along the data requested quickly so I could make an offer w/o seeing it in person.Josh also made me feel really comfortable during the entire sales process and clearly outlined everything.I arrived at the dealership on Friday six days after being interested, and I appreciated the focus, professionalism and welcome attitude Josh showed.By late afternoon it was all finished and I was driving away feeling really good about the purchase and the whole experience.The dealership is organized, clean and well managed.Am loving my new ride and thank you to your entire team and Josh for a job well done.

My purchase experience was above expectations. All I did was a quick online inquiry and Mr. Price quickly got back to me to let me know that the car was available. From there I was passed thru multiple sales associates, not sure why but at the end Jermey was the guy and he did an excellent job. He made the process clear and easy. I'm very happy with his service and will definately buy from him again.----- ------------------------------- ----------------------------My only setback is that on May 2, 2023 I emailed GM Steve khouri with a concern/question about my purchase but he never answered my email. This wasn't a deal breaker for me but definately show how distant is the BMW North Scottsdale upper management from their customer base. Extremelly disappointed!All I want was to see if the GM could help me with little labor fee discount to replace 2 plastic trims that have big scratches on my new car (see attach picture). The parts are about $200 but the labor is almost $1500 so I was hoping that he would it consider my new purchase and give me a little discount on the labor cost.--- ---------------------------------------------------------------Anyway, if you are looking for a BMW in Arizona contact Jermey. I'm sure that you will have a first class customer experience. --------------------- ----------------------------------------------LAST UPDATE!!! May 5, 2023I received my car on May 5, 2023.PROS1. BMW Scottsdale was very kind and at no cost they ordered and installed the front trim for me. I didn't expected this, I was very surprise.2. Car runs great!CONS1. I paid $1,800 for the dealer to install a clear paint protection film to the front bumper and a portion of the hood to prevent rock and debris damage to the new paint job.If you all remember as part of the purchase agreement the dealer have to fix and paint the hood because it has a lot of chipped paint areas due to rock/debris damage.Well, the dealer held the agreement and painted the hood and installed the protection film.... BUT CAN YOU BELEIVE THAT THE FILM WAS INSTALLED AND THE HOOD STILL HAVE SOME CHIPPED PAINT THAT WAS NOT REPAIRED CORRECTLY.I honestly can beleive the quality control or attention to detail demostrates either by the paint shop or the film protection installer company.Why would I spent $1,800 to protect a paint job that still have chips? I'm very disappointed with the final outcome of my purchase....$1,800 wasted.This is my 4th BMW and I have never received a car with a job done so poorly.I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO SAY ABOUT THIS...

We recently purchased our second BMW, the first from BMW North Scottsdale, and the entire experience was amazing. Our sales representative, Donnelle, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles that were in stock and what we were looking for. Absolutely no pressure or hard selling techniques here. All the staff were very friendly and professional, but not patronizing. Bill completed our financing super fast, and again there wasn t any hard sell on extras. We highly recommend this dealership.

I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership this past Tuesday and had the best experience of all my years of buying cars. The salesperson I dealt with is Damin, who was fantastic! No high pressure tactics and really knowledgeable. Bill in Finance was also great to work with, and made the process smooth. I highly recommend seeing Damin if you are looking for a new vehicle.

I would definitely recommend BMW Scottsdale. This was my first BMW. Make sure you ask for Kyle Boylan. He made me feel welcome, and I didn't feel pressured. He answered all my questions and was completely transparent. The process from the time I ordered my X7 to delivery and finance was great.

I recently purchased a BMW X3 and my husband and I were so impressed with our sales experience at this dealership. Our Sales Consultant was Tyler Ma, and as soon as we met him we knew we were in good hands, There was no hard sell or any pushy attitude. Tyler gave a tour of the dealership and the inventory. He truly wanted us to be happy with whatever we decided and he assisted us with making a fully informed decision. He represents so well the class and the quiet elegance of a BMW. Josh was a pleasure to work with especially since I was long distance in Texas and wanted a car. He was professional and quick to respond to my text or phone call whenever I needed him. He took detailed pictures and videos as well as updates to my car prepping. The transporter and financing team made this a very smooth and confident transaction for me. Scott Bilgo and everyone else we dealt with at this dealer was nothing less than exceptional.We weren t ready to take delivery when our first car came, and Scott made it super easy to re-order without any hassle or the usual dealer harassment/run-around.The experience was so pleasant and easy to complete that we are already planning to return for a second vehicle in the near future!
