If you have industrial tire needs in the Phoenix area, these guys are quick and are priced reasonably for what they do. They have pressed on forklift tires at our shop and repaired / replaced tractor tires at their shop. They usually have the tire we need when we call.

A1 service-Blue Ribbon customer care.I thought I was gonna be stranded for a while but blue ribbon came through with the fix. Had me back on the road in under an hour. Thank you. You guys rock

I was recommend by a friend for this place...needed a tube for a tire. I will say though everyone was nice. However.....they told me they had to go to military place for the tube... at 730 in the morning? The valve stem is soo long it sticks out further than the wheel! I said something about it and I was told this is all there is in the valley.. not only that but 26.50 for the tube(that's incorrect) and 35.00 for a tube repair? No repair done. No balancing, did not have to take tire off and on... on the way home when more shops where open I called around and found the right tube with right valve stem for $8. I normal don't write reviews but being lied to and given the wrong stuff does not settle good with me... I will not use this place again for these reasons

So I am fixing my re view only because the real manager just called me back to apologize how one of his employees treated me over the phone when I called to check in about tires this morning. I called to see around about different pricing and tires. But, I apparently called a contractor place instead of a regular vehicle place by accident. Which I was told loud and clear by an employer. He told me nope this is a contractor place we don t sale regular car tires, wrong place. I asked to speak to a manger because he said it in a rude way and he said, I am the manager and then he hung up on me. So when he said that I went on the website and left a review in the best way I could. And then the actual manager called me to apologize and I thank you for that. He was super nice. I do not wish bad on people at all. Just need to be nice with your customers; and do not lie and say you are the manager when you aren t. Also, I work at a store as well. So I know how people/customers are and I was being nice as I can be just checking in on prices. So I m leaving my good review now since my solution was fixed. Thank you!

The owner Chris answered my call this morning. He was very helpful and had his technicians out in just a few hours to replace tires on my fifthwheel, (I just recently purchased) On taking a look at my tires his technicians informed me that the tires were not that old. Talk about great customer service and honesty. However I did go ahead and replaced my tires. Thank you! Chris, Jacob, and Josh.

Best tire place in Arizona awesome owner Chris and his manager Jordan really good customer service. they treat their staff really good all-around good company to work for good. Love come in here

Every time i come in here, the owner comes out to personally greet me, makes me feel all warm and cozy.Hes EXTREMELY knowledgable on tires. The man could probably write a book on tires.Theyre honest, quick, efficient, and almost always have the tires we need on stock.Good job guys.

Horrible customer service. Just called and the individual answered with an attitude. Asked if they install 19.5 tires and he said yes, once I told him I already had the new tires he said they would not be able to mount them because they where new... wth???He said they would only be able to install them if the tires I brought in where used does not make sense at all. Usually people don t install used tiresStay away from them, PURCELL S down the road are very pleasant to work with and great service all around. Plus they are less expensive

Family strong business. Our company Signs of the Times using their services for last few years and especially me. Quick and friendly fix when you get a flat tire or need a new one for your work truck. Very fast mobile service around the valley. Usually only takes 30 minutes to wait for the service truck to arrive !!

Chuck and the boys treated us good. Quality work and fair price. The alignment guy Johnny does a top rate job. Would recommend for your Big Rig tire needs.

Excellent service! The staff always takes great care of our Semi-truck tires. Rotation, new, repair, whatever we need, these are the guys I trust. And isn't that what it's about? Being able to trust your tires!

I have purchased both new and used tires, had flats fixed. Today it was possible tire with slow leak, or auto air up system hose.As usual they got after it quick. Found problem, tire checked out ok. Sent out for parts, unavail. Did a fix so I could get down road and find correct hose assy. Less then hrs. Labor, then didn't want ta charge. But for the time and knowledge, came ta fair price, I'll be back. 5star.George, Douglas land transport, llc

Horrible customer service, bad attitude from hello. I called to inquire about a service call and the guy immediately had an attitude with me. When I asked if they could mount the tire for my skid steer I already have that's been sitting in storage for several years, the guy got super irritated and said they won't mount tires I have already if they are not used. When I asked why, he said find someone else and hung up on me. What a horrible employee, or owner. Worst experience I've had in a really long time.

Promised they could dismount and mount my tires and had me drop them off. 5 hours later I get a call from them saying there not gonna do it and come get your wheels and tires. Waisted half my day, 120 miles back and forth twice for nothing. These tires weigh 300lbs each so not fun loading, unloading, loading, unloading. Thank you Blue Ribbon Tires.

This place stands far ahead of any competition they may have. Guys are on you as soon as you pull in, there is never a wasted moment. Very hard workers and always ready to great and take care of your needs. Keep it up.

They Wanted a 100 dollar used tire sale instead of throwing a tube,that I had in the truck.. for a none road vehicle tractor because he said and I quote "there's no money in a 20 dollar repair". I went to GCR tire service and I'm back to work with a repaired skid steer tire. Service is secondary to money and that's ok for them..GCR is where service is at.

Your drivers are setting a bad image for your company. Driving in the HOV lane during rush hour, sole occupant and driving under the speed limit. All while staring at their phone.

WHAT A GREAT SERVICE THEY SUPPLY. I CALLED AT 1400 HOURS AND THE OWNERS SON WHO USE TO OWN THE COMPANY GOT MY TR4CUK TIRE ON THE THE TRUCK AND I WAS ABLE TO FINISH MY JOB HERE AT ARIZONA MOVES FOR LESS. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. AGAIN THNKS FOR THE SERVICE AND I WILL BE COMING BACK AGAIN.
