Experienced mechanic and reasonable prices. Bill estimated my car would need 4 days to repair but to my surprise was finished 2 days early. He didn't try to upsell anything or add any hidden fees. I feel comfortable returning to him in the future. He came highly recommended to me and when I needed him he was there, close to Dunlap and the Black Canyon Freeway access road.

Bill has always done an amazing job of fixing both my car and my daughter car. My daughter had a major clutch problem which no one could fix Bill fixed it & charged a fair price. He genuinely love cars & working on problems no one else can or won t bother with. She has been going back to Bill for past 10 yrs he s totally honest!!!

Have had my car back for over a week now and she runs like a charm. I found this shop online and I think Bill is great. I found him to be informative, knowledgeable, patient and HONEST. My car sat in my driveway for almost 2yrs. He thoroughly inspected my car. He addressed issues that I forgot to even mention. Thank goodness or I would have been back and forth to his shop. He also looked for any potential issues that I could have in the near future. Basically, he made sure that I was back on the road safely. I highly recommend this shop. You won't go wrong with Bill.

When I first was referred to Bill by an ex employer, I had just paid another mechanic $500.00 to replace CV boots on a car I had, and a tune up. It was still having the same issue so I took it to Bill. He took a look and informed me the CV boots were not replaced and no tune up done. From then on I got to know him and know first hand how honest and down right the best mechanic I have ever known. I hand out his # to all women that need there car fixed because he's honest, fair and trustworthy. I had to laugh because I saw an post on this site from a woman that gave one star (when everyone else has 5 stars) that tells us where the problem lies and it's definitely not Bill. I have never known him to be anything less than friendly and respectful.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

My 1995 Jeep Yj Wrangler had an issue with my oil pressure gauge spiking. I pulled over in Phoenix (far from home in Oregon) and asked around. After a few recommendations and reading the ratings, I called. Bill was able to get me in emergency style and had my Jeep road trip ready in just a couple hours. The price was great. Service was splendid and I swear by this shop!!!!! Honest and prompt. My favorite quality in a business. Thank you for helping me get on the road so quickly.

Great place, Goes over everything in detail with you before doing the work, doesn't try to fix anything that you haven't requested,does suggest if he sees something. Never have to worry after taking my vehicle home I know they have done a great job and great prices

Have known him for over 20 years and he has always been more then fair to my family I have called him many times just to ask him how to fix something and he has always helped me he don't tell people things just to make money off them He is a good person and a very good honest mech.
