very appreciative for Josue the associate whom serviced me at big o tires. Josue went above and beyond to ensure that the level of service was met and at that exceeded my expectations for level of service. if you are looking for a reliable hand in looking for rims and tires Josue is someone I highly recommend you ask for! this associates will to ensure a customers needs are met is UNMATCHED.

I got quick and professional service when I brought my car in for a wheel alignment. They offer for different prices, a 1, 3 or 5 year plan which let's you bring it back. I chose the 3 year and an sure I'll be happy with it. The waiting area includes both comfy chairs or stools beside a shelf, which acts as desk area to work. So that's cool too.

We went to big o to get new tires and rims for our truck. We wanted new rims and bigger tires so we asked for recommendations, the guys that work there told us what would fit and look good, so we bought them not knowing much about tires and relied on their recommendations. When we picked up the truck the guy says the tires rub just a little bit and he said it will be fine no worries, so we come home and the tires rubbed a lot! After asking questions we were told by real professionals that the tires would rip the sides of the truck around the tires and spacers wouldn t work so we had to have a lift kit installed. I feel like these guys at big o totally took advantage of the fact that my wife and I knew nothing about tires and sold us tires that would eventually cause more damage to the truck! Then once you read the fine print we couldn t even go back and ask for smaller tires! We spent $3600 on tires and another $1200 on the lift kit. When I called big o they said there was nothing they could do! Thanks for taking advantage ! So much for honesty. I am really disappointed but lesson learned don t believe everything they tell you!

The staff was amazing and professional. I came in with issues with my 2007 gmc and they continue to go above and beyond to ensure my car is taken care of. Rodrigo,was amazing and I was very grateful for their support. Vince also ensures the customer is always pleased. I'm so pleased with this location.

Great service and staff. They explained everything that I needed to know about what I was looking for to be done with my vehicle. They kept me informed and in the loop on everything. That was happening, the great experiencethey offer military discount as well. This location is a very good place. And I come back to this location all the time. I enjoy the service that I receive. And they seem to be very honest and open with what needs to be done to your vehicle. Great experience thank you.

Thank you big o tires and Vince the manager and crew. You guys are awesome! Not only did my car sit in your parking for months due to parts from audi being unavailable but my car remained safe and unharmed. I was super scared to leave it there especially for that long(5 months). I know how hard it was to locate the parts (I looked myself). I want to say thank you for the awesome work thank you for keeping my car safe (Audi A8 Quattro) I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know and continue to use your service and thank for recommending my auto glass shop as well. If you have dual tires on your vehicle, be careful of this shop. They do not understand the daully valve extenders. They left mine dangling and i had to ask them to finish the job of complete tire installation. Then they try to force the extensions to go where they didnt belong resulting in what could have been catastrophic had i been on the highway when the valve extension was damaged beyond repair. I had to remove it and air up the tire after removing it and taking it to put air back in it. This on top of the almost 7 hours it took for the incomplete job. I arrived at 10am and left near 5pm. I was scheduled for work at 4pm had to call in...losing out on even more money that day. Then late 2 hrs for this mishap the next day. 10 hrs off for tire install...so if you want to spend twice as much on tires and no peace of mind...shop here. Im embarrassed to tell people about this tire experience, for bigo.

My service was amazing due to a sweet nice handsome kind Generous gentleman with a great personality.. I was pleasantly welcome in .& My services were done in a timely matter.. great service... must I say!!!I live 22 miles away. And I prefer to go to this one due to the service that I got previously in. Which was amazing. To Where I returned to get more service done....NOW MIND U I have a big old tires two miles away.. But I prefer to go to the one on south75 TO WHERE I KNOW I GET.. Great service great WORKER / MR VINCE ...HAVE A GREAT GOOD N BLESSED DAY

Vince,Everything was great during my recent visit to your store. I was a bit shocked that I was told that my shocks were leaking and that my brake fluid needed to be changed along with a needed radiator flush.The cost for these items to be done was several hundred dollars. Which at this time I can't afford to have the work done. I was offered finance options that Big O has in place . But I just can't afford to get the work done at this time.

Great experience, this is a hard working location and they communicate well. Overall very pleased and satisfied with the service and work performed. The financing plans were super helpful and the team was top notch. I can t say enough about the service, it took the sting out of my unexpected mechanic visit. I have the most confidence in this team and will drive from the east valley to this location for that reason. 3 months after service, everything is great!

Big disrespect. They had my car for 2 days in between that I had to be the one calling with any updates they had ( if any ) finally it was ready . PAID ! Check engine light was still on . I told them about it and they told me it will come off . Took off for the car to shut off on me down the street. Took it back they had it a whole day , nothing ! No call telling me what s wrong with it . I called the next day . They took my information down so that they can call me back , again nothing ! I had to end up towing to a different location . This is so inconvenient lack of customer service along with no communication. And to top it off I paid for pretty much nothing because the car isn t fixed . Shame on all of you at Big O Tires !!!

5 star rating isn t enough for what the staff does. GREAT attitude, friendly ,had a bad day but Nicoles jokes made me laugh so hard it helped out . BIG thanks to Herb for the help. My mind wouldn t be at ease without your help, actually thanks to everyone .

I was recently told I needed new tires due to tread wear. I had received wonderful courteous service with Big O Tires when I visited Indianapolis last year, so I decided to go in and get a quote, and if it was a decent price, to then set an appointment. I not only got a good price, but I was told the guys had time that day to install them if I could hang out a while. It was already mid afternoon, but I opted to wait and have the tires put on that day. Sure enough, they were done a little before 6, which was no small miracle given the number of cars they were working on! Very happy and the tires look awesome! Thanks, guys!

Purchased 4 brand new tires in October immediately had issues with them. At higher speeds it would shake really bad. I went multiple times back to the shop. At one point asked for replacements because there is no reason for me to be having these issues with brand new tires. I was told they needed to see if they could resolve the issue first. They called and stated they had to replace one of the tires because it had a small bubble in it. Even after replacing that tire they had to work on it to get it to not shake at higher speeds. Here we are 5 months later and miraculously another bubble showed up. I was told they don t have any record of replacing the tire in the beginning so make sure you ask for all records showing everything they do or they will lie and deny they did any of it. Seems these tires were junk from the beginning. I was told it s because I hit a curb and I bought the cheapest tires they carry. Your company is a joke and as a woman I see you take advantage. Stay cautious ladies I will never buy tires or do business with BIG O TIRE again. May you reap what you sow.

I went to big o tires for two front tires an alignment and balancing. The messed up the alignment worse than what i had it. They also couldn t balance my tires the correct way. The rep was friendly but the technicians don t know what they are doing or they are just lazy. I took the car to the Chevy dealership and it was a lot more affordable and tires are cheaper.

I will be back for more auto services, my experience went extremely well. I'm very satisfied with the service I received, the check in guy was really courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, with all the questions I with all the questions I had, will recommend to family and friends, very pleased. Sorry I can't remember the guy who helped me, very pleasant.

I had an emergency situation. Big O tires saved my life. I came last minute and was kindly helped by the employees here. My car was fixed and the cost was affordable with a great warranty plan. The guys here know their stuff and are hospitable. Everything was explained and shown to me in detail. I was comfortable in air conditioning and offered a drink. The TV was on a good channel. Awesome place!

I had an appointment for an oil change today. I was already iffy because I m a bit low on money, but knew I needed to get it done. I m not sure who rang me up at the end, but he was wonderful. He was able to provide a discount that helped tremendously. I asked about other maintenance that my car will need (I ve known that there is some needed, but again I haven t had the funds for it) and he walked me through each recommendation and the price. He told me which ones hood more priority, as I explained I m moving out of state and will be taking my car. He was able to provide a copy of the suggestions with their prices for me to look over. I was told they were able to do financing over 100 days, given my situation. This is the second time I ve been to this location and everyone has been helpful and courteous during each visit.
