Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable. Will go back there for my car needs. The assistant manager went above and beyond and has great taste in helping me selecting my hubcaps.

I went into Big O tires after being such a loyal customer of another brand. This other brand did not listen to my needs and only tried to sell me the most expensive tire, not knocking their hustle but that's when they lost me. So much gratitude for Big O for listening with the intent to understand and the compassion to give me exactly what I needed for the price more reasonable. Also, like to mention the follow up a few days after to verify my satisfaction was clutch. Big O I can't thank you enough Kevin M. what a legend.

Tire prices are good. I did get an oil change prior to the tire purchase and the technician didn't put a tag reminder on my windshield. And I was told the better tires go on the rear and they left the new ones on the front. They were very accommodating otherwise and friendly.

The old boss Major was amazing! He was always able to get me in and out with no hassle. Every time one of the workers tried to up-charge me he wouldn t allow it. I recently had a new battery installed and they charged me $236 $236 was extremely unreasonable even after discussing the original pricing breakdown. Prepare to discuss one price and pay a high one at the end of your services. I would recommend a smaller non corporate place instead.

Thank You, Justin!!!! I will only buy tires for my Corolla from Big O from now on. The level of customer service I received here was top of the line. I pulled in with a major tire emergency, and got such great service. I m beyond grateful.

This place is great! Always able to get an appointment within 24 hours and never wait too long. Being a loyal customer, I ve only received great prices on everything I ve needed with amazing customer service. I ve moved but continue to come here for all of my autobody needs.

Always a pleasure coming to this location. Reliable and reasonably priced! Robert is the best! Made an appointment but ended up having a conflict. I called to see if they could get me in sooner and they were great about being able to accommodate. Finished my oil change super quick. I will keep bringing my vehicles here.

Go see Alex! As someone who works in the field as a service writer I can appreciate the quality of great service I received from him. Communication was great! Got my vehicle back by the promised time and kept up to date and informed while it was in the shop. Also loved I was able to drop my vehicle off with no appointment and parking lot was already full of cars. Thanks for the service and getting me out on time.

Alex Arroyo, one of the managers, is absolutely amazing. Incredibly helpful, honest, and truly cares about people and getting things done right. Friendly, professional, dedicated and consistent. Truly a good human. Justin Major however, is a great talker but doesn t keep his word. Reels you in with promises he doesn t keep. Only deal with Alex!

I got two tires last Friday Sept. 8th. They did not put one of my center wheel cap covers on. No one there can find it. I am on my third fourth phone call with them. can someone PLEASE get me my wheel cap cover. Oh boy oh boy. They do a big volume and they move fast but still.....customer service is the end result. I am still giving them a chance so I can hopefully update this review.Well...This is the update. Sept 14th Alex at Big O Tires got me the Nissan wheel cover part brand new and all is well, He resolved this very quickly and was good at texting with updates. I am pleased and will return for my next set of tires. Thank you very much.

I was here at this location before I took my daughter out of town. Major helped me over the phone & when I got there, he was very friendly and continued to be very helpful. After my car service was finished, he called me to let me know it was ready and thoroughly explained everything to me what was done and what needed to be doneThat level of communication is what I'm always looking for, and I highly appreciate his business. I'll, of course, keep them as my new oil change men

Big O Tires did a great job on my Elantra after I got a nail in my tire. Howard in particular took care of me and checked if my tire was reparable or not. They repaired my tire for $30 and it was done within a few hours. They were very busy and still provided amazing customer service. Poor Howard didn't get much of a lunch break. I also witnessed him talking on the phone to the dad of a customer to ensure everything was explained to help a young lady make a decision. Give this guy a raise!

After having two tires repaired, I realized that my car was missing a hub cap. Understandably concerned, I reached out to inquire about its whereabouts. I was assured the issue would be relayed to the representative who primarily supported my repair, Robert, and that he would later call me with an update. Communication thereafter was lacking so I attempted to follow-up and spoke to Robert. Despite his promise to investigate, checking the security footage and consulting with the team, and follow-up, I received no updates or resolution. I called back a final time, now two days later, and was told by a new representative, Victor, that the video footage showed me exiting Big O with all four hub caps.I completely understand that mishaps can occur and I will allow that something must have happened on my drive home. What is most disheartening is the complete absence of clear communication and follow-through. I even asked Victor if it is common to take hub caps off to do tire repairs and thus, maybe it was placed back on haphazardly, and he dismissed my inquiry, saying he wasn t the one to do the repair,��trivializing my attempt to simply gain greater insight into what could have happened.I urge others to seek tire services from establishments that hold themselves to and act upon a greater standard of communication, accountability, and customer care so that they do not similarly spend unnecessary time chasing answers.

I had an appointment to check out my tire as the indicator was on and I could actually see the nail in my tire. At first it seemed like it was unrepairable so I spent some time acquiring my receipt from a different Big O location. However, Justin Major and his crew were able to repair the tire after all (and re-rotated my tires since my mechanic did it wrong). Thanks for not selling me a tire I didn t need. I will be back.

This place just sucks. Buy a warranty and your tire goes out? $45 installation fee. You have to physically tell them to not to put nitrogen in your tires to avoid an extra $15 fee - literally those premium air fees. And god forbid something goes wrong and they break something - they ll charge you 3x the market price to repair it.Save yourself the headache and go to discount tire for tire related work and Christian brothers for anything else. None of those problems with those guys. This place just absolutely sucks.

Been coming for the last two weeks for a huge rock on my tire, a rotation, and then a flat! They took care of my car within 1 hour for the flat, (even though I had no appointment) and a little under two hours for a rotation! I did have to buy a tire because the nail in my tire was in a unfixable spot but the people were super kind and honest guys working who took the time to explain everything to me UNLIKE Toyota dealership. They even wheeled out the tire for me to physically see the issue! Now my car is running smoothly and I feel much calmer. Definitely establishing a relationship with this tire shop and enjoyed giving them my business! Will be coming back for the foreseeable future because they have workers who I can put my trust in and I know my car will be in good hands. I also never felt pressured to do unnecessary repairs or overcharged. Quality customer service!

Great people. Gave a really good quote for replacing the TPR's on my Lexus. HALF of what the Lexus dealer wanted.Mechanic Patricia did a great job replacing and linking the new units.

Do not get an alignment done here whatsoever! I paid for an alignment with a 1 year warranty and had front end work done somewhere else, becasue bog o wanted way too much money. I went back today and they said because I got the front end work done somewhere else that voids the warranty. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard in my life. I will gladly spend the money on an alignment somewhere else to never deal with them again....Also, I forgot to mention, they should have never done the alignment with all the front end work that was needed on the truck. I guess all they cared about is getting the sale.

Great prices, great work but most importantly, outstanding customer service. Thank you to Major for helping me out with a set of new wheels and going above and beyond to help me with a few other issues I have been having with my vehicle. He was honest, caring and spent the time to show me and explain the issues that I was having with my vehicle.

I always love my experience at this location! Victor Helmcke helped me out when I had a huge screw in the side wall of my tire. He explained the warranty process for me and got me back on the road asap! Victor was a great communicator! I ll be back for sure

I was in Phoenix for an unrelated issue and needed help with brakes on a 27 yr old 4 wheel drive truck with locking hubs. I called and spoke with Victor. He said if I could get in early they would get into their schedule. With Howard and Robert"s help I found the shop, Paps checked out and replaced rotors and pads and repacked wheel bearings.I couldn't be happier with them. Great shop with great people. If you need any work done, go see these folks. They run a full service shop.

UPDATE, I've always gone to Big O since I was a teenager.The last few years, service has increasingly become much more predatory in terms of just wanting you to buy more services you don't need. Also, yesterday took my truck into this location for an oil change and tire rotation. They refused to do the rotation, probably because it's a dually because I went to Discount on Camelback and they rotated and balanced for free. The tire guy said there was plenty of thread left and he found absolutely no reason Big O shouldn't of done it. Guess I found a new tire shop.Had then mount and balance my new tires on my brand new rims.Next day I had them do an alignment.Thanks for the quick service.Julian works hard.

Alex took care of me. He has the best customer service I have seen in a long time. He squeezed me in without an appointment, discounted my service for the day, and got me out the door within 2 hours. I will continue to go to Big O Tires on 7th.

Went there to get my oil changed, had made a 2:00pm appointment. Waited in the waiting room till 3:00pm, car was still not in the stall. Got my keys and left. Seems they were only interested in doing tires, I guess oil changes don t bring in enough money. Will not go back.

I give Big O Tires on 7th St & Camelback a huge thumbs up. If you are in need of assistance please call and speak with any associate or Alex the owner. Their customer service is second to none, and they are honest every day people. This is not just a tire shop, they also work on special modifications to vehicles, and offer full mechanical services. From Transmissions, engines, suspension work, and modifications, Big O Tires on 7th St & Camelback is you go to place.

I bring my truck here for more than just tires. They've been handling any and all issues for me for years. I've had tires done for my mom's car and she even likes the shop! No hard sales just good solid work and fair prices.

Excellent customer service! I had a damaged tire and they repaired it and had me on the road in less than an hour. Awesome staff and very friendly. Prices are excellent. I live down the road and will be visiting again whenNeeded.

Big O's has been a family go to since my late Cheii from Gallup NM.Whenever I have a problem. The Big O crew jumps into action to give you a honest estimate and make the necessary repairs to get you back on the road.Need your air in your tires? They are there assisting you in a timely manner. So you can make it to your destination in time.
