I have always loved this big O tire location! They have always helped me out throughout the last five years of whatever my car needs or if I have a tire that s low .I even had a car that I didn t buy the tires from them because it came with Tires from somewhere else and they still help me! A few years during Covid, I had an issue with a fuse going out and they helped me figure out what it was so that I could get admissions! They re the best!!I highly recommend this Big O tires . They re all very courteous and will help you with whatever you need.

This location has the most reliable, approachable and knowledgeable team at any auto service, that I've done business with. The service members as well as mechanics do a great job, always proofing theis work on my vehicle to ensure it's done right. Repairs, tires and parts are reasonably priced. Robert, Logan and the team put me at ease, so I have complete confidence in my decision to visit this Big O shop! Thanks guys!

These guys are extremely untrustworthy. I ve had enough of them and will never be returning.I have my company vehicle through a lease company and they have taken full on advantage of this multiple times and I ve had enough. The straw that broke the camel s back was my last visit last week when they put brand new tires on my vehicle when the car only had 22k miles on it and brand new Michelin tires!Then they charged me $150+ each to put new windshield wipers and a new engine filter and cabin air filter. And to top it all off, they didn t once call me before proceeding nor did they call me when everything was complete, even after getting my number and telling me they d call me. And this wasn t my first bad experience from them.The only mistake I made was returning back to this location. I ll never be going back to them again and I ll be telling everyone I know to never go there again. What awful/dishonest service these guys give and I m going to let everyone know!!!

The last place to touch the lugs was here.Thank God I noticed before I got on the freeway again because the wheel hanging on by a thread.Several of the studs were broken. Several others were stripped. Most of the lug nuts were gone. The wheel is totally destroyed because the holes are now bored out and needs to be replaced.I immediately checked the lugs on the other side and they are also looser than they should be.I called and told the manager about it. He claims since it was 3 months ago there's nothing he would do. If the lug nuts were torqued to the proper specification they would not have loosened. Not after 3 months, not after 3 years.Very scary situation, I can only imagine what would have happened if both of my wheels came off one side of my dually while towing my 40-ft loaded flatbed.I realize people make mistakes but this is a serious issue and the manager did not even acknowledge it.

I've been buying tires from Big O for probably 10 years at this point. I haven't been prompted to write a review until today. They go above and beyond for their customers. I have never had a negative experience in all these years and today, I had a great one. The guy who took my order and fulfilled it, probably doesn't even know the great service he rendered. For him, it was just a regular Friday. For me, it was one of the few good things that has happened to me recently.

I had a coupon for an oil change back in December of 2023. Logan was the one who helped me out with that. Everyone here has been so nice and helpful to me. Now come 2024 and I managed to get 3 screws in my tire. I called and spoke with Michael, Robb, and Logan again. All 3 of them gave me so much information and have helped me tremendously! I will be coming back to this location for all my tire needs from now on! Thank you all so much for helping me out!

My mom had a bad hub assembly and her brakes were extremely thin which we didn t really know until they checked them. They went above and beyond and checked all her brakes and axel components and got everything fixed for us in just a few hours. These guys here are super friendly and very knowledgeable.

First off . Great bunch of guys to deal with and always take care of any of my vehicle needs quickly and at a fair price. My family has been using them for almost 10 years and wouldn t trust anyone else to work on our 5 vehicles both new and 10-20 years old, especially dealerships. They always shoot straight with me when recommending what should or shouldn t be fixed and it has been money well spent throughout the years .. this type of service you just can t attach a value too !

Our experience until recent has been great however this last time the customer service was horrible. Long story short don t ask if they price match service fees, the employee laughed in my face, it was very rude. It s a simple question specially when the same service was 35.00 dollars CHEAPER at discount tires. When I asked if this included free tire balance or any future service he straight out rudely says NOPE! Just the tire mount. So clearly I paid much more and received much less. Do better Big O Tire.

I love Big O Tires! They always do such a wonderful job and take such good care of my car! I never go anywhere else for oil changes or anything. I will always come here! Great customer service as well!

We were traveling from Phoenix area back to Colorado yesterday and picked up a screw in our trailer tire. The guys at this Big O went over and above to get us in and out and back on the road. Highly recommend them and wish they were here where I live as I would send my personal business to them and recommend them to anyone. Thank you for getting us on the road guys, greatly appreciated!

Rob & his team were nice, welcoming, and looked out for me, even offered me a lift to Enterprise. I had to leave my car overnight but got a call early afternoon that it was ready - part I needed was in Cali! I am grateful they got me on back the road, I was four hours from home.

Fantastic experience here today. My car got a flat right before a cruise to Sedona. These guys opened shop early, helped me track down tires. Made every accommodation and were genuinely helpful.When they were working, they were respectful. Careful. My car came back clean. New wheels and tires on in the same day.10/10 would recommend!

Always been pretty happy with the place. A recent oil change, the shop did not tighten screws on drivers side of skid plate. Car was not driven entire month of September and only low speeds to and from work before that. Took trip to Las Vegas and within 40 min of driving, a horrible noise beneath car. Pulled over to find plate dangling on drivers side. It was only at higher speeds that air dragged plate down. I tied plate up with wire to make rest of trip and had it screwed back up when I got to Vegas. Went to the Happy Valley store today to understand if plate is taken down for a filter change, I already knew it was. The manager immediately went off on screws loan over time, they are plastic, blah blah blah. Told him I didn t like where he was going with this and wanted to speak to a manager, said he was the manager, wouldn t give name, get out of his store or he d call police. Have filed complaint with Corp office, will never do business with any Big O Tire store again. The manager might want to look for something other than customer service he s not very good at it

Today is Xmas Eve I had major surgery and have to use a cane for a bit. Well my first time out driving solo and I hear a weird noise I pull over and omg there s a nail in my tire. Well Logan at Big O came out as he saw me struggle to get out of the car and he saved the day. It was the only tire shop opened near me right now. They were honest did the flat repair at no charge! When I need tires I will definitely be back here. Logan you guys literally were fast, friendly, and honest. Merry Xmas to all of you that worked today on Xmas Eve!

Wanted to express my gratitude to the staff at the BigO store on Happy Valley Rd. The fixed my tire that kept losing air promptly and my past experience for all my car needs with this staff and store have been very positive. The front desk staff is very courteous and friendly and they provide excellent service. I highly recommend this BigO Tires store.

I had to get a single flat tire replaced. I called to make an appointment and although they normally don t take them Logan gave me a time that he thought would be a slow enough time to come in. They were finished sooner than I expected and the price quoted was the price I was charged. I will most definitely call them again for my tire needs. Very, very friendly staff as well.

Been coming to this shop for all the service I can t do myself ever since I started owning a car in 2017 (I ve brought all 3 that I have owned here for service). Everything from tires, to suspension, A/C or an oil change, this Big O location has always been phenomenal. They do great work with great service and no games. An honest repair shop with a great crew. As long as I m in the Phoenix area, this will be my shop of choice! I would recommend them to anyone.

Always clean and check online for deals! THEY ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT OIL CHANGE DEAL! Staff is always attentive and never push you into buying stuff. They have a wait room with a TV and coffee/tea machine.(If this is helpful please give thumbs up.)

My mother had brought her 2023 Nissan Frontier here for a oil change and after it was completed, she kept telling me I really needed to leave a positive review on well her experience was. So here I am informing you all. Come to location #004200 happy valley & 19th Ave if you would also like to have a wonderful experience getting your oil changed. Keep up the good work guys!!!
