Taylor and crew saved our day. The tread stripped off one of the tires on our trailer on our way up north to meet some friends to go riding. We got off the 17 at Northern and luckily spotted the Big O. We pulled in and were told the tire could be replaced, but they didn t have it in stock. It would be on the delivery truck later that morning. When they heard we had people waiting for us, they decided they would go get the tire if it would be quicker. Just as they were about to send someone, the delivery truck came. They backed our trailer into the bay and had us back on the road more quickly than I could have imagined. These guys are very friendly and the customer service was superior.

Big O Tires did my required oil change, rotated my tires, and replaced front break pads. The service is top notch, and the employees were professional and gave me great maintenance advice. I'm really happy I gave this location a try as it is on a rougher corner of town, but there were no problems. This is my go to place now to take care of my taco!

My 25 year old truck drives much better now. It needed a lot of work on the steering components, and had a fuel leak. I was a walk in no appointment and they had it fixed by lunch the next day! They saved me $1500 on a new fuel filter assembly by sourcing some o-rings locally. Taylor was awesome and extremely knowledgeable about my old diesel. I would definitely return for service in the future.

Went in to get my A/C looked at. They told me $400 and it'd be ice cold. Long story short, guess what did not happen. Took it back a week later and they said that I needed a new compressor. This shop took me for $400 then told me that for another $1400 they would fix it. Didn't say they would eat the $400 that I already had into it, even though it was their mistake that should've never happened, except another cookie cutter technician that should've never have looked at my car, looked at my car. DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT... several other shops told me that they made sure to get me.

Stay far away from this location. I had to wait two and half hours for a alignment with an appointment. I'm fairly certain my car was done sooner and they simply forgot to tell me even though I was waiting in the lobby. Justin was extremely rude, never apologized or warned about an extremely long wait time. Do yourself a favor a find a different Big O. I've been to different locations and they always done my alignment in under an hour.

These guys are great. I have gone to them for things as small as air in my tires to larger things like a broken clockspring. Every time I go in, they are always accommodating and friendly. I know that my car is in good hands when I take it in.

The crew at Big O Tires were awesome!I know I can trust what they tell me about what service I need. They do not do any unnecessary work. When I had an issue removing my license plate due to a stripped screw. Tyler and Esteban both worked on it until it finally was freed! It took over 30 mins and I was not charged!I totally recommend the team at Big O on Northern Ave!!!!

I got my tires service at this location less than a year ago and got the warranty, I came to a Tempe location and they said I didn t have warranty with the paperwork in hand, I then called this location and asked to speak to Taylor and he spoke with worker at Tempe location over phone and little do you know it the Tempe location honored the warranty and I was able to get my tires. Very thankful for the team work Taylor did even though we talk to him face to face 5/5++++

Don t go anywhere else in the city for car maintenance. Taylor and his team at this Big O Tires do things the right way, for the customer.On a couple occasions with both vehicles, his team told me what needed to be taken care of and what should be taken care of. There was no pressure to move forward with anything before I could think about it and talk it over with my partner. They gave us the costs up front so there were no surprise charges. They even spelled out several different payment plans to make sure I was comfortable with how I was prepared to pay for necessary maintenance.Service, quality and value are all great and things anyone can provide, but what sets this Big O apart is their honesty. I won t take my vehicle to be serviced anywhere else.

tires and oil change. pretty accommodating and friendly. had a couple issues but they were taken care of when i brought them up - although ideally they wouldn t have occurred at all, but we are all human. overall they definitely care and do good work, which makes them outstanding for mechanics.

My experience at Big O tires was remarkable. I went in for an oil change and they looked at it and saw that my vehicle had not had any service for 7 years. I was told that it would be the best thing to have it done, so I had them take care of it. The employees were friendly and made the wait easy.

This place just sucks. Buy a warranty and your tire goes out? $45 installation fee. You have to physically tell them to not to put C02 in your tires to avoid an extra $15 fee - literally those premium air fees. And god forbid something goes wrong and they break something - they ll charge you 3x the market price to repair it.Save yourself the headache and go to discount tire for tire related work and Christian brothers for anything else. None of those problems with those guys. This place just absolutely sucks.

Trust is a big factor when any consumer looks to do business with a company; vehicle repair shops are no exception. As a consumer, I simply want a business to stand by their work and their product. I also believe in giving a business the opportunity to redeem themselves, should a prior experience have been a negative one. After purchasing tires and having routine maintenance performed at this location, I'm truly disappointed that the basic expectation fell short, not only with the service side of the transaction , but the lack of management involvement, once they became aware of the issue. I can only say, be wise and do your research.

Truck service was rushed because they forgot my job. Customer service needs attention. I walked in and was told 1.5-2 hrs so I waited by the shop. Came back after 1.5 hrs and my truck was in same place. Asked the desk to check on my truck and after I saw my truck drive by I had to go to the desk to ask how much longer. Was given excuses but no apology. A different guy who was not involved cashed me out and said "sorry and I hope you have a better day" but still no explanation. Going to another place next time.

Once again, l went to Big O Tires for work on my vehicle. They discovered additional issues l had suspected needed addressing but was not certain. They were still respectful of my time and budget. Taylor James was thorough and detailed in explaining what needed repairing and accurate in estimating how long it would take. I still believe this is an incredible store deserving of my confidence and trust. I will continue to do businesswith them for years tocome.

I did my research online and pretty much knew which tires I wanted for my daughters car. I set an appointment online, and shorlty after they called to confirm availability and verify appointment.I dropped the car. They called and said it needed an alignment, gave them the go ahead. I picked it up later when they were done. While on the way home there was some pretty bad metal-on-metal noise coming from the front left wheel area. I pulled over but could not see anything abnormal. So I called the store and they said to bring it right back. They could not find the problem, so I took it again, same issues. This time they asked if I could leave it as they were closing. I was trraveling out of town the next afternoon and got the call it was done while I was at the airport. My daughter and Father in law picked it up - same issue. Now I was on a plane and not able to help.In the end, they took it back in, pulled the front wheel off and found a brake caliper clip not seated correctly. How that happens when we did not do brakes, I don't know, but that noise was not there when I drove it to them for the tires.They fixed it, drove it, drove it with my father in law and the problem was resolved.No extra money asked for, nor exchanged.The right people doing the right thing.Working in automotive (commerical trucks) it goes a long way to make things right, even when it may cost a little money and/or time.They made it right, made it safe and I feel good about my daughter driving the car - That's all I can ask for.Thank you for making right and being a stand-up shop. We will do business again when the time comes.Thank you

I have been a customer at this Big O Tires location since 2021. The service guys and front desk representatives are always friendly and informative, and also not pushy when it comes to sales. I love coming here! They always do high quality work on my car and follow up with me afterwards to see how their service was. I definitely recommend Big O Tires! Kevin, the manager is great and so is Robert.

Everyone at Big O Tires on Northern Ave are polite and helpful. Huge shout out to the manager, Taylor! I have their credit card but the issuer (Comenity Bank) has been terrible. Taylor went above and beyond to solve the issue. I highly recommend this company!

While getting an oil change and tire rotation, notice two tires were getting worn and two had nails in them that only one could be repaired. Called Big O s tires and they got me in right away, replaced all 4 tires and did an alignment. Plus I got a free oil change for my next visit. Staff was amazing and work was quick.

From the moment I walked into store I felt I was in the right place . They were quick to find the problem, explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate which was fare. I left my car and though it was a difficult fix they kept to the estimate and delivered my car fixed and on time.

Scheduled my appointment online and confirmed within a day or so. I was there for 30 minutes for a wheel alignment. The service was amazing and the gentleman I spoke with. I had a misunderstanding and left a negative comment. The gentleman called this morning and cleared it up. It was in regard to recommending services that I know I do not need but apparently it is their way to send coupons to my mail. Will be returning since I have a warranty for my wheel alignment!

Friendly, and helpful corrected issues and explained problem while showing me the part that was bad And corrected minor issues without charging me. Show a great deal of interest in my safety, and the cars health. When the car is healthy I'm safe. And can enjoy driving without worry. Road Trips are my favorite activity, Phoenix to Canada, Texas and back so my vehicle operation in safe manner is priority. Thanks

Apparently there's been some issues when ordering online oppose talking to the store clerks. Either way the gentleman there got my issue fixed on a timely matter. I highly recommend you follow up with the store you are ordering from oppose to the web.

I enjoyed my experience while getting my oil changed here! Super friendly service advisors! There was a decently sized waiting area, although the seats are a little too close together. Overall, the service took about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. That is to be expected in this type of heat. I will most definitely return to this location for more services and would recommend to anyone needing their car serviced.

I love this location I have taken my vehicle there twice I love that they explain everything in detail with the charges before they do any work and clarify with you so there is no miss understanding like other places that make you feel like your getting a great deal and then hit you with extra expenses Tyler took care of us last time and explained the process on our service and kept giving us updates on our vehicle since we decided to stick around.

Fantastic- unmatched service that I've never experienced! Came to the PHX area for a long weekend from Sierra Vista, had a blowout in Coolidge. Unfamilar with the area I limped into the nearest Big O' an hour before closing and they graciously worked me in for 4 new tires, a rotation when I got back home and more importantly, peace of mind!! Thank you to Kevin & crew for hooking me up and even checking in on me!

THE ONLY REASON IM GIVING THEM A 5 STAR IS BECAUSE OF RASARIO HE IS (TO ME) THE MOST REALEST AND HONEST ONE HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP TIER HE CALMED MY WORRIES AND EVEN LET ME SEE EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING ON MY CAR IM NOT GOING TO GO INTO DETAILS WHAT I EXPERIENCED PRIOR TO ME TAKING IT BACK TO THEM ALL IM GOING TO SAY IS RASARIO FIXED EVERYTHING THAT THE OTHER GUYS CLAIMED TO HAVE DONE THANK U SO MUCH RASARIO

Been coming here "Big O" for quite a while. Ever since Lincoln Dealer tried to rip me off. Dealer employees tried to tell me I needed new crankshaft bearings. Took the old Lincoln to Big O and they walked me under the car and SHOWED me that it was my exhaust system making the strange noises. Been coming here for service you can trust ever since and never disappointed.
