Nice people. Quality work. Quick scheduling. Fair prices. I got my oil changed and had a good experience. Went back for tires and they went above and beyond. I m impressed by this shop.

Had to have my full front end redone and what a difference. It was a bit pricey but it s worth not getting in a wreck that I was within 100 miles of. Before I even started moving I felt a huge difference in the steering. If you feel like you re fighting your vehicle while you re driving, take it in asap. The sooner you take it in the cheaper and safer it s going to be.

Jason stated the prices and programs currently Running. Detailed the types of tires available and the ranges. As well as all the warranty info and protection plans in place. Very through and detailed, I would absolutely take my vehicles here and recommend this big brand tire shop to others.

Best tire place around! I was in and out with my flat tire within an hour. They were super nice and super efficient didn t charge me a dime to fix the flat tire that I had and were just great all around!! Will definitely be returning if anything else happens to my car.

Great service, got in and out with in 45 mins. Emergency situation, nail in the side of the wall, traveling home. Stopped in and they got us back on the road quick.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I've been going to BBTS for a couple of years now, and each time I'm treated with respect. I work on my own cars and know more than enough to be dangerous. BBTS has never tried to sell me something I didn't need or given me a fools explanation for parts/labor that wasn't completely justified. It's extremely rare these days to find a company that's not trying to cheat you out of your hard earned money. Way to go BBTS!!

I visited their Phoenix location. The customer service was excellent! The facility was nice but with a big screen TV.I want to say thank you to the front desk and the mechanic who I spoke with about my vehicle. They were honest about the assessment on a particular service on my car. Their pricing for services is also a lot better than most other places..I will definitely return in the future.Thank you!

Couple of my car tires pressure got down all of the sudden. I was worried if they have flat tire. So, I took my car to Big Brand Tire to check if they have nails on them. They inspected all the tires and put the pressure back to normal and confirmed everything looks good. They didn t charge me a penny and they are so helpful. Thank you guys !!!

Got a free tire alignment inspection and Nicholas was quick, polite and very informative. I didn't end up needing the service so they advised me to wait. Unlike other shops that would have likely had me get a servive i didnt need these guys were legit. It was all actually free. I highly recommend and I will return when the time for my alignment comes. Thanks again!

really liked coming here for my oil change. no haggling, no unnecessary upselling, super quick (completed my oil change within an hour), and they were nice. as a woman, i feel like i m being constantly scammed in the car/vehicle industry, but I did not get that feeling here whatsoever. I also think their prices are very fair. 10/10 would recommend to a friend and would come back. thanks to everyone who helped me out today & worked on my car!

Absolutely the place to get your tires done. Super nice, quick, and they don't try to sell you anything extra/that you don't need. Also the tires come with a warranty that is good until they tires are almost bald. No time or mile restrictions. They are also 50% cheaper than the dealership.

We had a flat tire on our boat trailer on the way out of town and they fixed it quickly and for a great price. We were back on the road in no time and able to go on our trip! Great customer service!

It was very sad to see a new staff last time I was in. The good thing was that Mike is still there. Mike is the only reason my business continues with big brand. Always polite, communicative and very considerate. Mike is the man. I will continue to go to Mike for all my automotive needs as he is one of very few people that takes the time to explain whats wrong with your vehicles tires or suspension.
