Communicated very well. Transparent pricing and service. Honest and integral business.Brought my car in for tires and alignment. They replaced tires and found I didn t need an alignment and didn t overcharge me for a service I didn t need. Thanks!!

These people here are awesome! They didn't close the door on me when I really needed oil change, new tires and brake pads. They worked beyond closing hours to give TLC to my Hyundai Santa Fe!! Thank you so much for treating us like we're VIPs!!

I was quoted 1 1/2 to 2 hours for tires to be replaced. I have been here for almost 4 hours. They worked on other vehicles before mine was even started even though I had that appt set. I was continuously told it was almost done after each hour that passed. They didn t offer any water and the bathroom was very dirty. Overall my experience was terrible and not worth the wait time or price. Completely disappointing experience.

I found this establishment, which included Nick, to be courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and informative. I have brought several of my vehicles in for service, as a walk in, and was seen promptly. I was advised of my vehicle's progress, and always with a smile. I will continue to bring all of my vehicles there with confidence.

I had a flat tire. BigBrand immediately took in my car. They found a hole in my tire and repaired it in record time. They were extremely courteous and kind.And ... there was no charge for repairing my tire! Wow!I highly recommend this store!

Great place to take your vehicle. They are honest, friendly, and go above n beyond. Only place I would take my 2003 Jeep Wrangler. I would definitely recommend them!

After breaking down before a long fam trip, prob was diag right away. Ended up having our Starter replaced, and had to utilize car warranty. Unfortunately the miscomm btwn cw prog and shop led to paying more than deductible after repair. **Update** we did receive a refund, after a week, of the difference over deductible, nice silver lining.

They are very helpful. I didn t feel like they overcharged me at all. It also helps they are open on Sunday as well. I will definitely be using this place from now on.

Went in with the wife for a oil change and was told that the transmission was internally shot and that I needed a new transmission and that it estimated around 2500 and up. Took my car to 2 other mechanic and they said transmission is good just a small leak that can be fixed under 50 bucks. Big difference. I wouldnt recommend anyone going there.

Brought in my Kia Sedona minivan, check engine light was on & ESC light was on, just a few days before flying back home for Christmas. Van was repaired, but it ended up leaving the van with them over the Christmas week because the part that it was needing had to be order. Called to check on the status a couple days after the new year.....the part that it was needing arrived. Nick was able to offer me credit for previous work since it didn't resolve the problem, but was able to apply the credit towards other work that needed to be done. All in all, the work that was completed, my van was repaired and is back on the road. I appreciate Nick's work ethic and keeping me informed.

Work was done speedily, but when they gave me a lit of things that needed to be done , the list included that my tires were substantially worn. . My tires arenew. So now I wonder if the 3 other things they said needed to be done really do

Amazing service. Honest and patient with answering all my questions. Big shout out to Jody who took the time to answer my questions over the phone and set up an appointment. Update*I came back for more work. I was met by Alex who was amazing! I can t go wrong here between Jodee and Alex I really am optimistic I am going to get my car taken care of well!I stopped in for the free oil change promotion but decided to add more maintenance as my car was in desperate need! Jodi was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back for my other needs! I didn t feel pressured or hustled to purchase and the value was great for everything I added!
