Went in for a comprehensive vehicle inspection on a used car I just purchased, they were very thorough. They listened to my questions and concerns. They were very upfront and honest about issues with the car and pricing for remedies. They didn t try to upsell anything I didn t need. 10/10 I would go to them again in the future. Thanks guys!

First of all, I would like to thank Mike and Pablo for helping me in a time of need. Holidays are here, and my car is must know.Went to my dealership, and they quoted me an astronomical price. I decided to check the reviews for local mechanics. I came across a big brand metro center, which had great reviews.Usually, when I take my car in, the staff tries to take advantage of me and my lack of knowledge. I saw that they were offering a black Friday promotion to do a full inspection of your vehicle. So I said, "Why not?"I was greeted by Mike, which had a radiant personality that lit up the room. He checked in my vehicle and said he would need an hour or so. And I needed a ride home. Once the diagnosis was complete, he would give me a phone call with a game plan. I accepted the ride because I work from home. After dropping me off, Mike gave me a call and broke down exactly what was wrong with my car, which was the same stuff as the dealership but at almost half the price. Mike and I created a game plan, and I now feel very confident with what I need to do with my vehicle moving forward. Needless to say, my car is running great, and my family will have an amazing Xmas.

Giving 2 stars Bcs last Oct, I was able to get brakes Fixed on a Sunday. Yesterday they had my car in almost All day, for a rear Power window that couldn't roll up. I was told by Mike (fancy, cold dude) that only a master Tech could fix it. I couldn't get back in on Friday, called and Jeff told me it CAN Be done Saturday. Showed up, and they refused to fix it.Called the 51st & Cactus location's, they ordered the part, and it was fixed by 3:15pm today. Clearly Mike at Metro was lying, the fix was simple as pie!

First experience they told me my problem was my fuel pump, when really it was the fuel pressure regulator. Dramatically different costs, so either they're incompetent, or ripping me off. There was fuel in the air intake. It should have been an easy diagnosis. I go back and tell them that was the wrong diagnosis and he tells me that he just goes by what the tech says and takes no responsibility. Second time years later they did a tire rotation and checked my brakes. Told me the brakes and rotors were metal on metal and completely destroyed and it would be $500 to fix. Of course I said no, ordered pads for about $30, drove it for about another week until they came in the mail, and installed them myself no problem. The rotors were fine. Even if they weren't, it shouldn't cost anywhere near $500. I feel bad for the people they're taking advantage of.

Did great job, very polite and $$$ cautious. Fair price for brakes, makes me feel safer to drive in Phoenix. Lol I highly recommend these guys! Off Peoria . Thanks again!

The entire crew was awesome!! My son s car overheated and I live Colorado so I had to do everything over the phone! Pablo was amazing to deal with!!! He called me numerous times on repair updates and went out of his way to have my radiator credited under the warranty.Great service and that is why I have going to this company for 20 years!!

One of the few places open on Sunday, thank God. They swapped my flat for a new tire in 20 minutes. I was able to go to work that very same day and get paid. For that I m grateful.

I came in for a windshield wiper and some valve caps and the man at the register was so nice!! I didn t catch his name but this is the first time as a woman I walked into a tire place and didn t feel like I was treated bad because of that. Thank you so much for your service!!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Gentleman that helped us was very nice and knowledgable. Service and repair was perfect, and car drives like it should now. I will go back. Five stars all the way

I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. They offered to patch my tire at no charge and had no problem squeezing us in for an oil change. They remembered the car and the issue from last time and honored the offer from before too. We will keep coming back.

Just needed to get my check engine light diagnostic and Pablo helped me, out and helped me understand what needed to be replaced, fast oil change, and checked my tires air pressure Excellent customer service. Definitely getting my tires here when it s time.

NEWNightmare.I've had to have my Cadlic Converter replaced over 3 times at this place. I spent over 1400.00. I was told that they'd not replace it under warranty any longer unless I paid more for an even more expensive part. Why was this not offered the first time I paid? And if there's a known issue with my part, why take my money knowing this? Just completely disgusted,. This company cares about the dollar not integrity, go somewhere else.

No call when a dropped off Tire/Rim was finished as promised the day before. Not honoring road hazard warranty from previous store (Community Tire). They couldn't get the single tire invoiced to me so I could go along with my day. Another customer that arrived in the middle of this wait was never acknowledged/asked how they could help and after 1/2 hr the second person finally acknowledged and simply had to answer the customer's questions. Bad customer handling. Common courtesy and making each customer feel important must not have been part of their "training"! But this is all part of when a big corporate entity buys up these places ...all they look at is numbers. I just hope that whatever replaces this store when it inevitably closes is better. Probably just a real estate investment for the main company anyway.

Called to scheudle an appointment the night prior. Very prompt and courteous service when I got there. It took a little longer than I anticipated to get a flat patched, but there was a good amount of other people there and I really can't complain since they didn't charge me for the patch. Would reccomend for your tire needs.

Mike, was extremely professional and friendly.Set of 4 tires with free installation and full synthetic oil change as advertised online. Highly recommend the Meto Center Big Brands Tire shop. Extremely satisfied. Will be back for future services.

I have used this company twice now for an oil change. The representative admitted that the oil was low and stated he would call the other shop since he knew who worked there. Also, since getting the first oil change, my engine is much louder than before, and revs extremely high. Almost 6000 rpm's on a 4 percent hill. The nice representative offered me $25 off, and wants me to bring the car in to take a more deep look at the cause.

I went to their Phoenix location and was given amazing service. I got $75 off with a Facebook offer, and only had to pay $27 out of pocket for a full synthetic oil change! This included a tire rotation and multi-point inspection which was VERY thorough. I appreciate the staff and service here at Big Brand and will definitely be visiting them again!
