I had a leak coming from my freshwater tank dump valve above the insulated under-floor of my arctic fox travel, trailer. It wasn t a huge leak, but it was enough where I was losing about 3 gallons of water a day. Took it to these guys and they diagnosed it and repaired it quickly and efficiently. They are also a nice bunch of guys to deal with.I will return when I have another issue.

Bell Rd. RV has taken care of our last RV multiple times and our new one twice now, and they have always done good work at a fair price. I don't know about body and paint, as I haven't needed that, but they fixed multiple mechanical issues for us. I didn't even get charged for today's work because it was an easy fix, and they had worked on it recently.

Very happy with their service and follow through on our Allegro Bus. Actually did it right. Had bad service at a dealership before.

Fantastic service and communication. Phil and team got me in for service within a week, whereas the dealer can t see me until March 2024! They worked with my extended warranty to address the furnace problem. They took extra time to make sure it was fixed. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I found my service team going forward.

Excellent service! Needed fifth wheel rails installed short notice and they were able to get me in within a week. Great and professional job.

For the past 2 years, I ve had our RV serviced by the dealer with only marginal success. I tried Bell Road RV Center in Phoenix and had a great experience! Phil and Tom know RV s inside out and fixed my laundry list of items at very reasonable costs and in a timely fashion. The quality of the work is excellent and I highly recommend these folks.

Arrived in town for spring break march 10-19, tried two other RV shops near carefree and anthem, couldn't find anyone to get me in. Called Bell and they said get there as quick as I can and within an hour of calling my RV had a oil change and inspection and was ready for road back to MN. Great customer service and guys that know what they are doing, Bell is now my go to place in the Phoenix area.

I ve been a customer for a number of years with different RVs. Their work is done in a timely manner and reasonably priced . Occasionally we ve had a re-do to correct some aspect of the work , but they have ALWAYS stood behind it and corrected if something wasn t exactly right.I do like that we can discuss repairs, options, how they are going to do the work and HOW they did the work. If YOU are reasonable, so are they.I will continue to be a customer as long as I own an RV.Thank youServices: Steering & suspension repair, Air conditioning

Don't be fooled by the older facilities at Bell Road RV. Their service managers and Technical people are among the finest I've worked with. they have capably handled any problem we've had with our Monaco coach over the years. They just reworked our air conditioning. It was blowing hot when I pulled in. compressor was shot, other parts of the system, cligged, which they reworked. Now blowing cold with a 50� split. Unheard of. Ice cold thanks to Phillip, Tom, and Devon and their excellent staff which got us back on the road!Service: Air conditioning

We had a very good experience with Tom and Phil. Right now, delivery of materials, parts, etc. made the repairs extended beyond normal but they were always helpful, good natured and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable, too! Would go there again for any repairs.

We were very happy that Bell Road RV Center was one of the recommended shops to bring our Winnebago in for a recall repair. The guys there were very helpful, got the necessary parts delivered in just a few days, and got things fixed very quickly while we waited. Hopefully we'll never need service again, but if we do, we now know where to go. Highly recommended!

The staff and crew give the impression that they are down to earth and honest, and professional in a friendly sort of way, but beware! I was told in very certain terms that the inspections on my RV would take up three days from the scheduled time I delivered it, and I'd didn't get it back for two months. When they finally told me that it was ready for pickup, several of the repairs that were quoted were not done and there was minor damage to the coach. They even told me that the air suspension had two leaks and the the had to bypass and disable the leveling system to fix it because the part took too long to get !!!! (remember they had the coach for over two months) At that point, there was no chance that I was leaving the store without my RV, but I would like to warn anyone that's considering this shop to spend time shopping elsewhere.

We were desperate!!! No one could get us in for service. Our slide was busted, our water valve was not closing and we had a medal casing hanging from underneath our motor home.We called on Monday and Tom, the service writer, was so kind and accommodating and said they were able to look at all of the issues but because of our time restraint couldn t promise they would be able to complete the work. We were so thankful that they would at least look at it!!!They quickly diagnosed all of the problems and gave an estimate. They thought they would be able to complete the job but it was going to be a close shave. Ricky the tech was really put under the gun to finish the job on time. He had such a great attitude!!!! And he did finish 5 minutes before we got there to pick it up. He did a fantastic job!!!The manager Phillip loved our dog Rolo. He was very helpful. He had answers to all of our questions. He even told us where to get our window replaced quickly and for a good price!!We would HIGHLY recommend Bell RV for friendly, timely, excellent quality repair and just a great group of guys to work with. They really made us feel like family.See you in February

They always take good care of my trailer and take the time to point out issues that I did not catch. They're always available to answer my questions and to make recommendations.

I would never go here if you need RV repairs. I am new to the RV world and we bought an RV complete warranty when we purchased our RV. We took the RV in with a list of repairs that we needed to have done. They charged us over $800 for diagnostics. This was not something that the warranty covered. When I spoke to the guy at the desk he told me that if they did the repairs that the warranty should cover the diagnostics. it didn't. They charge me $75 to tell me that the light switch that I thought was for the lights on the awning is actually the light underneath the stairs nothing wrong with the switch. I thought it went to the awning light and it was the underneath stairs light they charged me $75 to tell me this. They charge me another $75 to tell me that the awning is not going to be covered by the warranty. Both of these items took less than 5 minutes and they charged me a $150. I understand that some things need to be diagnosed but these are excessive charges for nothing. I could go on about several other diagnostic fees. I'm recommending no one goes herethe only reason I'm giving 2 stars and not 1 star is they did get my repairs done in a timely manner. So if you don't mind paying a bunch of extra money they do get your repairs done fairly fast.

Took my rv there for some repairs. Had asked if I could wait for it. They said it should take about 2 hours. Service writer kept me informed of the work . Work was done in about 2 1/2 hours. I appreciate the great service.

We made an appointment three weeks in advance to get our RV serviced here for brakes specifically and they were aware of this when we made the appointment AND when I called to confirm the appointment two days ago. We showed up on time to our 8AM appointment to not be greeted or asked why we were there. After getting the attention of the guy at the desk and telling him we have an appointment to service our brakes they tell us the guys who do the brakes aren t here and offer no information of when they would be able to service the brakes or any way of helping us. We then asked what the plan was for our appointment today and the manager PHIL stepped in and asked with an attitude why we even need our brakes done . After we explained to him why we needed them inspected he repeated well the guys aren t here . We asked him what we re supposed to do since we have been relying on this appointment for weeks and we re on the road traveling and the manager PHIL responded he could rip them out himself and charge us over a thousand bucks .Obviously after this interaction and being treated like children we chose to take our business elsewhere.This business is not only unreliable but also extremely unprofessional. Cannot emphasize enough how rude and unhelpful Phil the service manager was.

The guys Bell Rd R.V. are top-notch! They were able to to resolve an emergency issue for me in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone is incredibly busy these days and despite that, they were able to get me in and out relatively quickly and did it with a great attitude and a smile. I drove across the valley and it was worth it. Words truly can't describe my appreciation for the help that they provided. I am a first time RV user I found the shop through Google search and it had fantastic reviews. My vehicle rocks back-and-forth class A I was thinking there s got to be a better way otherwise it s gonna be a pain to drive. I talked to Philip and he recommended sumo Springs. Well after I got over the shock of the price not Phils fault I had them installed and oh my gosh night and day difference in the side to side rocking motion feels much more stable. I ll report back more once I take it up to Flagstaff this weekend. The shop itself is clean the staff is professional and they are always willing to help no matter what the question is highly recommend this place.Service: Steering & suspension repair
