Tanner and his crew knows how to take care of their loyal customers and veterans. I've been coming here for more than 3 years now he took care of me many years ago when I had my Toyota Camry. Now they're taking care of me with my Honda Pilot .I'm very pleased with Tanner and service he goes out of his way to help.He has a great crew there, and I highly recommend Bell Honda and the service department.

My Honda Civic had a recall. TJ was my service person at this location. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. My car was serviced exactly on time and the wait was shorter than I anticipated. I had an excellent experience despite not looking forward to hanging out and waiting for my vehicle.

I bought my car from Bell Honda and loved it, but I had a bad experience at Bell Honda Service Center. First, the services they charge are super overpriced. I had a coupon, and I had to remind the person helping me, Daisy, three times to add it on before she finally did. Additionally, I was told they would order me a Lyft and call me once it was here, and I waited about 40 minutes at their center before I realized they probably never called it in the first place. Daisy did forget to order it, and I did have to wait another 20 minutes before the Lyft got there. She was very apologetic about it though, which I appreciated. I did remember while in the Lyft that I had to get my home keys off of my keychain that I gave to Daisy, so I had to go back. I talked to the desk in the service center because Daisy was with another customer. They were very unhelpful and said we would just have to wait for Daisy to get them from the tech she gave them to, and they made no effort to talk to someone to find my keys, even though the Lyft was waiting and I am a paying customer. Luckily, Daisy was done soon and she got them for me, but it was very off putting that they had my keys and supposedly only one person could find them.Anyways, they found a lot wrong with my vehicle during the inspection even though I maintain it pretty well, and in total wanted $1500 for repairs plus $1300 (!) for new tires. I decided to get a second opinion. The next service center I went to not only found that my headlights and license plate lights were out, which Bell Honda should have found but didn t, they also found only some of the same issues Bell Honda did. Bell Honda wanted $64 to replace my air filter, the new place did it for $10. They wanted $350 to replace my hoses and perform coolant fluid exchange whereas the new place could do it for $100. They wanted $750 to replace my compliance bushings but the new place said it was just barely showing signs of wear and tear and did not need replacement. The other service place also didn t find anything wrong with my alignment, which I agree with as I have not noticed anything off, but Bell Honda supposedly did find something wrong and wanted to charge me for it. Bell Honda also wanted $1300 for tires which is pretty outrageous. Additionally, Bell Honda said they would put my good tires on the front but didn t, as the new service center told me they had to do it themselves.Honestly, I wouldn t waste your time or money. There are places with better staff and cheaper rates. This place only seems to give you attention when they want your money and provide terrible service otherwise.

I been having my 2 cars at Bell Honda and this last time after I had the transmission oil and brake oil replaced I noticed my Honda a bit slow to respond drove it for a couple days and decided to open the hood and found my air canister open when they didn t have to change my air filter and also found a bungee on top of my engine and I called asked for the manager and I was told he was going to call me back but that never happened. I hope this doesn t happen again or else I will not take my vehicles there to get service.Service: Transmission

Ray Wood was my service rep today at Bell Honda. I was supposed to meet with someone else, but I m sure glad I got Ray . He was professional, courteous, understanding and very kind. He went OUT OF HIS WAY to accommodate my needs and wants. Sometimes the universe connects you to the right people and Ray was that guy. He gave me a great deal and I will come back looking for him for my next car service.

TJ is an amazing service advisor I have nothing but the best to say about him. Came by to drop off the Civic I recently purchased for some warranty work (AC not blowing cold), and he went above and beyond and made sure my car came back running beautifully, detailed, AC blowing cold as ever and even replaced an extra part I didn t even notice was broken. Thank You TJ and all of the Bell Honda service staff!

TJ's dedication to providing excellent service amidst a bustling environment is truly commendable. If you're looking for a helpful and fast experience, TJ Ridenour at Bell Honda Service is the go-to person. The actual work is more time taking than other Honda, but I think this guy makes them deserve a 5 star

First time bringing my Honda in for service. TJ Ridenour was fantastic!! Very friendly and informative. He answered all my questions completely and with a smile. He made me feel very comfortable.I was there a little longer than expected, but that was because I needed extra work done. I was quite comfortable in the waiting room. They have TV, WiFi, drinks and snacks to help make the time go faster.Highly recommend them.

To be honest the rating should be 0 stars. But I do have to give credit to the service advisor I dealt with Steven P. Through this horrible ordeal, he did try and do his job.I took my CRV in for regular oil change, of course they came back with a list of services that they recommended, brakes, radiator flush, and serpentine belt replacement. $900.00 they also showed me a picture of hoses from the A/C condenser. They said these were leaking refrigerant and oil, that would be additional 700.00 bucks. We agreed to have the first list of services done, but declined the A/C hoses, I wanted to check my extended warranty about that. After spending the entire day at the shop I took my car home, I found my warranty papers and called Steve, he confirmed the A/C hose to compressor would be covered. Of course this all took days to get done. We dropped the car off again to get the work done, a couple days later they called it was ready. After picking up my car and driving a little more than a mile as I was accelerating entering the freeway something popped under the hood and I lost power!! I was scared to death as I tried to get to the side of access road trying to avoid getting into an accident. I immediately called Steve and he said he would talk to his manager as to what to do. In the meantime I called my husband who came and upon examining the engine discovered that a hose was completely off. He took a picture of it, then reattached it as best he could so we could get the car and me, to a safer location. Steven called and said he would send a technician to see what happened. A while later Steven showed up with two technicians. So apparently when they took my car apart to fix it, they did not tighten the turbo hose, and so blew off causing loss of power. I can't even begin to tell you how upset I was. What else did they not do?? Is there no quality control?? Well Steven took my car back to the shop as he said he wanted to make sure it was put back right. I have my car back now, but I do not trust Bell Honda technicians. All confidence has been lost. When you are doing work on someone's vehicle there needs to be a level of responsibility to insure that you return it to the owner so they will be safe. I hope these technicians get better training, I would hate for someone else to go through this and possibly have a worse outcome. Now I need to find a service person I can trust......

Justin Tran and Brian were both amazing ! I have been coming to this location for 20 years and this is the best service I have ever received. They were professional and accomodatiing for all of my car needs including the rental car assistance that I needed! Thank you Bell Honda!

Pulled up with a 9:20 appointment to a service area with 6 service windows all with employees in them. I sat in the middle lane for 3 sets of cars to get greeted and helped as I sat there for 15 min. I would have probably sat there longer had I not said something myself. TERRIBLE!! Lazy employees, won't come back here for service EVER. Wish I could give it a Zero

ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE! Every (!) Bell Honda invoice fine print states: We have added a charge equal to 15% of the total cost of labor and parts, not to exceed $75.00, to the Repair Order for shop supplies used in connection with this repair. You will see it listed as Environmental, Disposal, and Material Fee. I had my Honda CR-V serviced mid-September for a Wave Radar Aiming correction. No parts were changed nor any waste was needed to be disposed. And yet, I was charged $75.00 regardless. The Service Advisor conveniently forgot to point out this charge when I picked up the car. I called back a few days later and was brushed off with We add this to every bill. You should read the fine print. Only after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (yes, this really works) as an excessive and (potential) fraudulent business practice was the Dealership willing to reimburse the charge. PLEASE READ your bill carefully when picking up the car and question this charge every time and let the Service Advisor explain it to you why it is being charged. As a result, of course, I will have my Honda serviced somewhere else.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Purchased my 13 SI last January. Sales team was awesome. Service center however was terrible.Took my vehicle in for a noise, has an extended Policy on it. Suspected a release bearing and they verified. They basically said the release bearing was covered but that I would need to pay for a clutch kit, no big deal. Got hit with almost 3,000 in repairs for a clutch and pressure plate swap. To make a long story short, they were charging the insurance company for labor time to pull the transmission out and replace the faulty part, then wanted to charge me for parts and FULL labor time of nearly 7 hours to swap the clutch and pressure plate. Had various other things I wanted looked at and asked for an alignment too since the car had pulled since purchased. It s lowered, how I got it. Robby failed to follow up with me, left me hanging and had nothing but excuses when confronted. Things weren t looked at like asked and left thinking the car was all good . Turns out the camber plates are installed wrong and they failed to inform me. Said if I wanted it fixed I d have to go through sales, or fix it myself and they d gladly align it my inspection cover is missing off the trans and flywheels exposed. Their customer service absolutely sucks. I reached out and spoke to the manager regarding getting services that was recommended on my vehicle due to my mileage not because I m having problems they were not willing to do anything to make the price affordable. I called big O tires and got a a much more affordable price. I contacted Bell Honda and was told that they do not price match with such companies then I called another Honda dealership in another state, where I m actually moving and asked their prices for a transmission flush as well as an alignment and was given a significantly much lower prices called back to the dealership, and then they advised that they would not be willing to lower their prices, and that they only price match for dealers in their state Very poor customer service as I have been going here for 16 years. I guess I will go ahead and get services done in the state that I m moving to. I was literally trying to be proactive so I don t have to worry about getting services done as soon as I move. I wouldn t spend my money here. They don t care about their customers obviously !

Was doing a road trip from South texas to North cali. My AC broke down midway here in arizona at 110f heat. I called different dealerships no one lifted a finger. Called here and Logan helped me get my car back to working condition same day so i can get back on the road. 10/10 would recommend.

My vehicle was recently "repaired" at this facility at the request of Bell Honda Collision Center. I can't even begin to express the level of dissatisfaction I've experienced. Long story short, my vehicle was taken here four times since February. Each time was due to the steering alignment of my vehicle. On four separate occasions, they were unable to align my steering properly, with no excuse other than "the computer says it's right". Yeah, okay. One of those occasions, was extremely frightening, as my steering alignment had begun to slip drastically, to the extent of making a wide turn on the freeway with my wheel straight. When they "repaired" it that time, I was simply told that some sort of "alignment bolt" wasn't tightened and became loose which resulted in the steering slipping that bad in such a short amount of time. The sheer lack of effort put into their work and the extreme negligence is just overwhelming. To be put into a situation where my life and the life of my family is on the line due to their shady workmanship, is appalling.Please, go somewhere else if you value your life and the safety of your family.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Perfectly friendly... But scheduled appointments don't mean anything at this Honda location. Plan to spend a good portion of your time in the lobby, or have a plan for someone to give you a ride, even for the most minor thing. Sat in the lobby for 4 hours for a scheduled oil change... At about hour 2 and a half, 2 Honda customer satisfaction people walk around the lobby and asked me to rate their service. I said I wasn't the right person to chat with, based on being here for so long for an oil change. They said they would check in on issue. They never did anything and never came back. At about hour 3, my service advisor did tell me they are hooking it up to the computer now, shouldn't be much longer. It was around hour 3.5 that I asked for the service manager (this was 30 min prior to them closing and I'm stressed something is wrong at this point). There was an issue.I get that issues happen, that's not what upsets me. It's the disregard for my time and my appointment time that I scheduled in advance. I brought this car from this location in August, this was my first oil change so it was free (a promotion they run and mail to all the people who have bought cars). Great. Maybe this is why I wasn't a priority? Because they weren't making anything off of me this time? I would have rather paid and still had my Saturday.I gave Bell Honda a try, because I bought my car there in August, and I had a free oil change. Why not? What they showed me is their disorganization, lack of communication, and lack of respect for the customers time.I will say they gave me 2 more free oil changes to try and make it right. I won't be using them, and it was an ok gesture. But I won't be back. Some people would probably take the chance to go back since they are free, but I work 65 hours a week and I don't have enough free time to gamble on them having my car for half a day and not communicating what's going on.Service: Oil change

Customer service is great . But I want to raise my concerns about my coupon . I got 20% coupon for any recommended service in mail .Today I did my car service the bill came around $400+ . I showed my coupon to dealers after seeing my coupon he gave $3 reduction in my bill . I asked him it should be $80 based on my coupon 20% for $400+ .But he said I can t give 20% your entire bill and I can apply only 20% for labor charge . I asked him again in this coupon no where they mentioned 20% apply only for labor charge. But he said if you read the coupon , we mentioned some restrictions applied, but it did not exclusively call out that 20% off is only on labor charges.I asked them to show where it is detailed about the restrictions but they did not show me any proof saying the discount is only on labor.For a reputed dealer like Bell Honda we expect them to present proper proof or documents when they deny a discount or coupon but that didn t happen in my case.So to anybody planning to redeem a coupon I recommended you call and check with the dealer prior so you won t be disappointed.

I had had issues and questions regarding the service that was performed on my vehicle; I have called several times and asked to speak with the service manager, leaving detailed messages with others who answered, and no one has ever called me back. I emailed the service advisor who was in charge of my car and he has never responded. Basic issue is they charged me almost $1,000 for work that was never performed! Found this out by taking it to another car service company because the car started getting the same error codes for what they were supposed to have fixed to begin with. Their mechanics are willing to sign affidavits swearing the service was never performed. Maybe someday someone will call me or respond?! Please beware of this service department.

I've been a proud owner of a Honda Civic and kept regular maintenance for my vehicle for the last 8 years with Showcase Honda at Camelback. Never had to question Honda's service authenticity until I moved and started going to Bell Honda. The comparison in quality of service is night and day. I'm astonished!

I utilized a coupon for 4 wheel alignment $119. ($109 plus tax). I was charged $139. $17.99 plus $1.55 tax added to the cost of an alignment. This addition is labeled Environmental, Disposal and Material Fee. I m uncertain what materials, disposal or environment have to do with a wheel alignment. Now I know, a $129 alignment discounted by coupon to $119 is actually $139.49. I comparison shopped and decided to take my Accord to the dealership. I should have gone with the competition for $89. I absolutely hate sneaky charges! Give me the price up front so I can choose where to service my vehicles. Shame on you Bell Honda.

We financed a vehicle from here. The vehicle started giving me a LOT of problems. I was frustrated!! But to be perfectly honest, they came through for me. They made right with the issues. I am so looking forward to a long time to enjoy my new vehicle!!! I'm so happy with them and their efforts to correct the problems. THANK YOU, BELL HONDA!!!!

My service advisor is Tanner. He does an excellent job of keeping me updated on what services will be needed on my car and provides a printout for me to take home. I appreciate that because I can plan ahead for my next maintenance appointment and I'll know what the cost will be. They never keep me there too long, although I always bring a good book to read anyway while in the waiting room.

It was a really nice service. I felt like I was really taken care of. The customer service is really good, and they have a good waiting room while your car is in service. They also checked that I had a recall to be done. The estimated time was on the dot. The only downside is that prices are a little bit high compared with where I used to service in Florida. I have insurance that covers maintenance and never had to pay nothing; however, this time, I had to pay the difference since insurance covers up to $21 in oil change, and the oil change here was 60. Other than that, good experience.
