These guys and gals seem to be dialed in! I had originally scheduled with them to have some recalls taken care of a couple of weeks ago but had to cancel which they were very understanding about even though they had already ordered parts. They held onto the parts for two weeks and then got my truck in and out on short notice while I was down from work for rain. This truck is the heart of our small business so we greatly appreciate how considerate of our time they were and how they bent over backwards to fulfill my lofty request. Service advisor Travis and whatever tech worked on my truck crushed it! Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kyle at Bell Ford to purchase my new Ford Lightning truck, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Kyle was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about the Lightning truck that I was interested in. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and he never made me feel pressured to make a purchase.Throughout the entire process, Kyle was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. He made sure that all of my concerns were addressed, and he kept me informed every step of the way. When it came time to negotiate the price, Kyle was fair and transparent, and I felt that I received a great deal on my new truck.Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience working with Kyle at Bell Ford. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new Ford vehicle. Thank you, Kyle, for making my truck-buying experience such a positive one!

This is the product of you have so much business,, you don t care anymore. I made an online appointment with Ford Service, I received a text message confirming nothing of which I made the appointment for, and once I replied over and over 10 times over the next 4 hours, and also called and left messages, to no reply at all. So, another day goes by and now they have had my truck for 2 days with only 1 message. I end up going by Bell Ford to see what is going on, and the truck hasn t even been in the shop yet. On that note also, I called 3 times today to talk to my advisor, to get told he would call me back shortly to find out he wasn t even in the office today. Thank you Bell Ford for wasting my time. Is there even a reason to schedule an appointment and detail what I want done of no one is even going to look at it for days?

A couple of days ago I had the pleasure of working with Collin Anderson at Bell Ford to purchase my new Ford Power Boost F150 truck, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. From my first inquiry via the internet Collin was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable about the F-150 truck that I was interested in. He took the time to walk me through all the relevant features of the truck and answer all of my questions. Collin never made me feel pressured to make a purchase.Throughout the entire process Collin was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. He made sure that all of my concerns were addressed, and he kept me informed every step of the way. Just left didn t even wait to get home! Had an issue with my battery. I called and Kody told me to bring my car in that I would be taken care of and I had a lifetime warranty on my battery. Not only did he get me a new battery but he went way above and beyond!!! Anyone who needs to go to the service department ask for Kody! Thank you Kody for the VIP treatment and taking care of my car!

Friendly, low-pressure dealership. Plenty of inventory. Willing to work on price in order to get a deal done. Adam in sales dept specifically was very easy to deal with. Great experience.

The customer service here is great, but the service technicians are horrible. Had my truck here countless of times every other week because they couldn't do anything right the first time or they always left stuff disconnected.

Was in a tight spot touring in my van and they were able to squeeze me in. Great service, honest people, highly recommended. Shoutout to Paul Abbate in Fleet Service, was great to work with and very helpful!

My F150 is still under the factory warranty. Some parts that are covered under the warranty needed to be replaced. The service advisor said in his OPINION the parts broke because I have lifted suspension on my truck and would not cover the repair under the factory warranty. This was based on an OPINION - no proof. If I didn't have a lifted truck then this would have been covered under the Factory warranty and would not have cost me anything.Unfortunately they wanted me to pay $2300 ($1500 for parts and $800 for labor) for a repair that should have been covered under the Ford factory warranty. I ordered parts from another Ford dealer and spent $600 and replaced the parts myself in my apartment parking lot with the wrong tools in 2 hours. Ridiculous. I understand they need to make a profit but the whole decision to not cover the repair under the factory warranty and the over-inflated parts and labor prices just left me in complete shock.I even spoke to their customer satisfaction survey person and she said she would call me back after looking into it. A week later, I followed up with her and said she spoke to someone but never bothered to call me back. Save yourself some headache, time and money and go somewhere else.

Kyle was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the product. He helped me through every step of the process. It was my first time buying my own car, and he answered all of the questions I had. It was a pleasure working with Kyle!

Adam was awesome, our car broke down while passing through town and the team was able to get us back on the road with little down time

We were lied to by pretty much everyone here in the service department and everyone was very rude. They had my car for over a month and offered no compensation after keeping my car weeks longer than what was quoted and my car was very dirty when I got it back. Every time I called to get an update no one could find my information or car right away and their answer was always I don t have an update . This has been the worst experience and I will never but Ford again because of this location.

Only a 1 star because I cannot leave a zero. I bought over $7000 in parts paid over $1400 in labor and my F150 doesn t run. I paid for a diagnostic and did not get it. I was told it was a dead battery. I wouldn t trust their mechanics or anything from this dealership. They kept my F150 for weeks at a time, nearly a month and couldn t find the issue. I couldn t stand to be going nowhere any longer I went and got my F150 and it was in worse shape than when it went in. If you get service Rep Adam. Run. Oh and don t expect them to stand by their warranty s or promises.

Had a rough go of it at first. To be honest, if it wasn't for Brian, the director of the service center I would be giving this a one star review. Between staffing shortages and supply shortages its been a rough year for that team.I initially brought the car in for autobody work from a car accident. Couldn't even get anyone else to even look at the car. I will say, that went flawlessly. Figuring it was a good experience, and I had a few recalls to get taken care of, I brought the car back.Things after that deteriorated fairly quickly. I had multiple engine failures after getting it service, and another few disasters following, however, despite all the inconvenience, and while I wish things had progressed much quicker... They finally owned it and took care of the issues. Brian especially (not me referring to myself in the 3rd person) after finally getting involved took care of the issue, and this is important to note.Hopefully Brian will continue developing the team and they'll get the help they need in there. Overall experience was lackluster, but the end outcome in my opinion is what matters. People that will take care of you when things go wrong deserves 5 stars to me.Service: Engine repair

Recently purchased a new vehicle at Bell Ford. We were greeted by a very kind gentleman named Robert. He was helpful and made our car buying experience easy.

They performed recall work on my vehicle. From start to finish outstanding customer service. They even made arrangements so that I could retrieve my car after they were closed. I would not hesitate to use them.

Unprofessional. Someone by the name of Angel (no known last name because it wasn t given), sending text messages to someone who is behind on their car payment, harassing because the payment is late. Threatening because the payment is late. Not right. Then proceeds to call someone on the reference list harassing and demanding them to pay as well.

Literally kept my son's car for a month before reporting the issues to the warranty company, and then said they never heard back even though the warranty company approved the repair. No follow up, hung up on us 3 times when we tried to inquire about the status of the car. Atrocious customer service. Save yourself the headache and bring the car somewhere else.

Had fuel system recall done here and immediately after had a code for low fuel pressure. Took them 6 days with an appointment to do a recall. When I called they played games on the phone transferring me to everyone but who I wanted until I requested a branch manager. I will never buy Ford again because of this location.

I have had the most terrible time trying to get service here; whether I am there in person or trying to call over the phone, it seems the people here do not understand how to communicate. I have been waiting weeks for a call back about a part that should have only taken a few days to arrive; at this point I am taking my vehicle to another dealership because it would be worth driving hours out of my way to be able to avoid these incompetent persons. I would not recommend this location to anyone ever for any reason.

Awful. Absurdly high prices. $798.00 to change a/c blower fan in my 2015 Ford Transit, got it done for $167.00 at a local shop. I bought my van at Bell Ford, but they charged $190.00 to diagnose the problem. They quoted $457.00 to change the spark plugs. Got it done for $268 at the local shop. The sales side was a great experience and I was considering buying another vehicle there, now I have such a sour taste from the service department, that I will probably look elsewhere. I guess there is a reason that people call them "Stealerships"

Charge almost double other dealers for an oil change on my F150.They quoted $80. Larry Miller$60 and Sanderson was $50.. I dont like dealers that try to rip off customers.

Had a good experience with the service center. Was able to book an appointment on short notice. They serviced the car quickly and had it back to me within 3 hours.
