Absolutely never again. First off, you thought you were able to scam my wife out of $5000 in repairs she didn t need for her BMW. Her father took it elsewhere and got a $600 quote for EVERYTHING. Also, the little sensitive guy who told my wife I m never allowed back after dropping her off and having never walked inside was hilarious. You thought I gave you the middle finger on my way out when I did not. What reason did I even have??? We never spoke and I was driving. You motioned your hand at me for god knows what and I motioned mine back. That s it. I would also never bring my car there to begin with. I live too far east to even have your place on my radar lmao. Sensitive scammers at this place. Save some money and go literally anywhere else.

This shop is very good. I brought my car in twice for different issues, and they took care of them for a reasonable price and quickly. Thanks guys! I'll definitely use you again.

Went to get a quote/bid on my car. The employee at the front was bothered that came into the shop to ask for a quote on repairs. Won't come back here.

I had a few maintenance issues with my 2017 440iX and called Bavarian. David was really accommodating and said they could do these jobs the next morning. After looking the car over, he called with quotes for the jobs - prices were fair and they completed the work within a few hours. I wasn t sure what to expect when I called initially them, but I m so impressed with them that I know they ll be the exclusive shop for my car going forward. They re genuine, qualified and ethical. Highly recommend!

David was willing to help me read my light codes same day inquiry for my bmw and was very accommodating. He explained any repairs I might need so that I could understand what they were or might be and how urgent (and ballpark $$) they were so I could make an informed decision on which repairs would work for me. We then scheduled a repair/ further diagnostics. Another auto shop wanted to charge me 110 just for that. Bavarian motors didn t.We then scheduled a repair/ full diagnostic of the car (David worked with my schedule). After dropping my car off, David did the same as above, and him and his team was able to get all repairs I approved done same day.Iv been to a couple repair shops, this one has the best customer service by far. You can tell they really care about their work and customers.I am happy that I was able to find Bavarian motors! I will defiantly be returning. Thank you for making a potentially stressful situation easier than I could imagine.

I had my 2007 Mini in for engine and brake diagnostics, within an hour of leaving my car they called me and said I needed new brake pads, rotors, spark plugs and an ignition coil. They quoted me a price and I gave the go ahead for the rotors and pads. By the end of the day they were all done and it came out a little cheaper than they quoted. This is the first place I have been able to completely trust with my Mini. They are willing to explain the process and what they plan to do and tell you what needs to be done versus what can all be done instead of just an all or nothing package. Bavarian is the only place for my Mini!

Please do not use this repair shop!!!! My car wouldn't start so I had it towed to Bavarian Motors to se what the problem was since they specialize in BMW's. My car was there for six days being diagnosed and they weren't able to pin point the problem. I was told that I needed to replace the valve cover but that wouldn't guarantee that the car would be completely fixed. The shop manager quoted a ridiculous price of over $3,000.00 and said that it would probably cost upwards of $5,000.00 if that didn't fix the problem. I refused service and selected to take my car to another shop not before receiving a bill for $510.00 for the engine diagnostic!!!! Long story short, my car isn't fixed, they unplugged a sensor to make the car run, and I'm out $510.00 dollars!!! BAD BUSSINESS!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Mini dealership quoted me $5000+ to replace my turbo (2013 Countryman All4 S). David and his team at Bavarian took the time and effort to diagnose the real issue saving me thousands. Difficult to find a trustworthy shop with knowledgeable technicians. This is the one shop I will keep going to! Thanks.

Called asking to have my car serviced. Ask how he was doing. He said he was very busy. I paused and then asked him if it was a good time to call. He escalated the conversation with a little attitude. I told him to back up, I'm just looking to have a service done on my 1999 BMW 328i. He pulled back a little and we got to talking. I asked him who besides him would he trust with BMW repair. A bit of a loaded question but he at least answered it with a general answer. He said it would only take him 30 minutes to do the oil. He told me that it would be a week from Monday to get me in. I was willing to take a chance on him. I then called German Auto Sales, they got me to the service department. I started the conversation with Eric with "Are you busy today?" his response, "I never too busy to talk to you." his voice was very welcoming. We talked about his available time, I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 8:30am. I would call and let Bavarian know that I'm going to go with another service department but I think there a little tied up right now.

Took in my newly acquired Mini for a post-purchase inspection and unfortunately I bought a pretty rough car but I have to say these gentleman were more than helpful. Very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Looking forward to fixing up my Mini and bringing it back for future service!

My car isn't just a source of transportation to get from point A to point B for me, I love to drive and having a mechanically sound vehicle is crucial from my point of view.My favorite car(BMW M3)needed a repair and after dealing with another shop that stated my car was fine(I knew it wasn't), Bavarian motors located the issue rather quickly and completed the repair in a timely fashion. I recommend you try Bavarian Motors if you are looking for a good shop.

First time using them. The prices are reasonable for the belt replacement. The oil change prices are comparable for a mini. But mini oil change prices are high in general. The recommended one item for a later time. Over all, happy with the service, facility, and work.

They did a great job on my 98' M3 when I was in pinch. Water started leaking out of the water pump and the Thermostat Housing. Since replacing gaskets might not have been the 100% solution and "might" is not good enough, I just had new OEM parts put in. Yeah, I could have gone cheap, but it's not worth it. You pay for skill and good parts and good service from BMW specialists and racers.

I needed some suspension work on my 535i. The dealer quoted $1,050. Bavarian Motors fixed it for $390. They seem knowledge and are friendly and professional. I see no reason to go back to the dealer, except for work that is covered under my extended warranty.

This is where I bring my 1988 BMW E30. Not only are they willing to work on the old car, they take great care of it. Honest, reasonable pricing. David and Andrew are fantastic to work with.

I used to take my BMW 530i there for service. They are just over price, and it seems I have to take the car there every month for some of service. Since I changed my mechanic, I was able to keep my maintenance bill under control.

Top tier service through Bavarian Motors. Andrew knows his stuff, is honest and fair. We all know BMW's are expensive to fix and so does Andrew. He gave me options for repair that were necessary immediately and things that could wait a bit too. Hard to find someone to trust. I trust these guys.

They did a sorry job fixing my car. I ended driving with an exposed intake because they couldn't order a simple plastic tube. When i confronted him about it he got defensive and said we dont do after market ok well first off you decided to work on it second its a plastic tube not an engine replacement. His attitude was like sorry cant help you and thats why he lost business.

BMWs are expensive cars. In more than 2 decades of BMW ownership, I have found that rarely do things break in BMWs, but parts wear out. That said, I believe that Andrew, Ray and the rest of their team have done a superior job in maintaining the BMWs I have owned. I have been going to Bavarian for more than 15 years, and in my dealings with them, they have been fair and honest.

I read about BMLTD in a magazine about 12 years ago. I have been bringing my two BMWs here religiously since. I love the service and knowledgeable staff! Best service, best price...period!

Took my car in for diagnostic, they wanted to reseal the intake because "they weren't sure if it was leaking or not" for $730, really? Then when I get my car back home, bolts missing from intake filter box, never again!
