I've taken my car to AZ Auto Worx multiple times now and have always been impressed with the service I receive from the time I walk in the door until my car is finished. The service advisor has excellent customer service skills and always explains what my car needs and why. The mechanics are thorough and have done an excellent job each time I've been there. This is a trustworthy, honest shop and I highly recommend them!

I travel 40 miles from Tempe to have AZ Motor Worx service my cars. I wouldn t go anywhere else. Every time I leave the shop I feel like I ve got a new car. I m always amazed at how I m informed along the way. It s always ready when promised. Aaron isn t just the proprietor and a mechanic. He s the MAN!!!

After 3 or 4 times taking my truck here. I feel ripped off. Labor cost are insanely high and estimate of time needed is completely off. Every time I got my truck back another problem surfaced a few days later. Never taking any of my vehicles here ever again after I was told it would take five hours for a maximum one hour job. Referring to the comment about YouTube. Using that as a reference or not you can easily determine that the work that I needed done in no way shape or form would take a competent shop with the proper tools 5 hours. The reply says your shop cost is $129 but all my receipts say $160 per hour. I was looking for a trustworthy shop but this is certainly not it.

Amazingly fast service, did tie rods, oil change and alignment done it 1 hour and I m not kidding. These guys run the shop as just a 2 man gig so you can very much trust them. They will tell you the truth and let you watch them while they work on you re vehicle. I ve never seen service like this before. Kind of like a nascar pit stop with guaranteed quality. Aaron the owner is a good guy. You will be in good hands here. Shop is located right next door to big Jim s exhaust FYI.

I ve been bringing my vehicle to AZ Auto Workz since 2020 when Aaron first opened the shop. I ve known him since my days of working at Nissan 11 years ago. I trust in the great work thats always be done to my vehicles and the upfront honestly that s been provided.

I found AZ Auto worx about 6 months ago from a referral from a friend. I believe they have been honest and truthful about what s needed and not needed as far as repairs go. I have a 2017 Jeep Cherokee with 84,000 miles on it. I started looking for an independent shop when my extended warranty expired. Now that my Jeep is reaching the second stage of its life there s been some growing pains between us so having a professional opinion helps. Az auto worx has replaced my struts and lower control arms as well as an oil change. I highly recommend them!

Amazing service and honest. I've been bringing vehicles to AZ for a few years now. Everything from suspension, frame swaps, diagnostic, and mechanical repairs. Hands down, the best shop I've used and will continue to use.

There is no way to give more than 5 stars so this will have to do. I come from NV for Aaron and his crew to work on my car. Yes.....Nevada. He is fair, trustworthy, knowledgeable, etc, etc. Most important, He is honest with customers. Great workmanship! I needed assistance with spark plugs and installing my rear brakes (did not have the proper tools) and I received a high referral for Aaron and his crew. From the first moment of contact Aaron was responsive, reasonable, and knowledgeable. He understood my passion for my vehicle.I was impressed with both his pricing and availability! I m pleased with the service provided for my vehicle and the attentive care taken with communication. I have already started to refer friends to Aaron and this company and will continue to do so.

Took my 21 mustang gt to over 5 shops, and was told by every other shop I needed thousands of dollars of repairs to fix the popping in my front end. Was referred to az autoworx and immediately felt comfortable by the honesty of cj and Aaron . They looked over the car and immediately found the sway bar end link was causing the popping noise, they fixed it in less then 1hr and I was charged $125.00. I was so impressed by the honesty and attention to detail. I will be getting other work done on the car in the near future. This will be my go-to shop from here on out. I recommend them to anyone that needs a second opinion. Go check them out!

I took my car to a dealership for an oil change and inspection, I left with a feeling of distrust, and an inspection quoting over $4,000. I was done going to dealerships but more importantly I was worried about how I could afford something like that out of nowhere? I had to get second look but didn't know where to go, finally I decided to go to a small shop for the first time of my life. I handed my receipt from the dealership to the technician and asked if I really need to be worried and if I could cross one off the list and get an alignment. I relaxed in the waiting room for less than an hour before being called out to my car. All my doubts were set aside by the pure knowledge and passion of the technician. They showed me what I actually need to worry about, and what I can relax about for now. The $4,000 booklet I handed them turned into a $79.99 alignment and a roadmap for the right approach of taking care of my car. First the alignment was significantly cheaper and faster than the dealership, but it was the first time I left a shop and felt like I was in good hands. Everyone was so passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly! I'm excited to bring my car back, pay an affordable and reasonable cost, and leave with a plan for the next thing on the list.

Everyone at this shop is communicative, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. After frustrating experiences elsewhere, I won t take my car anywhere else. If you want to deal with honest mechanics, this is the place to go!

Aaron does great work! He s fixed both my AC and an engine issue. Both times he far surpassed the service of other dealers I had been to for the same problem. No nonsense and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Having done business in the Valley for over 20 years, I ve seen my fair share of folks that aren t that great. Aaron Schulte and his crew at AZAUTOWORX, are efficient, proficient, professional and friendly. I didn't have any work done but they were very detail-oriented and thorough. I will definitely make an appointment when I have time because they're only open Monday through Friday.
