Walked in and Jasmine helped me diagnose what I need with my battery and she was quick to help me find a new one. Many of the other workers didn t want to help me install the battery and immediately she stepped in when she overheard. Whoever is the manager should definitely give her some praise because she s an amazing and hardworking employee!!!

They re so helpful in here. And the vibe in there is high energy but friendly. I love it. Julio C. took care of me right away, and was really attentive. He knows cars. He ll be a good manager. Go here if you want the problem solved but you don t want your time wasted.

Stopped in to get a license plate light screw and had help with 4 spark plugs I was helped by Gerardo and Sasha they were top notch this is how it should be!

Jasmine went beyond to help me replace my battery in my truck . I am handicapped and don't have anyone to help me. She was so awesome. Very kind very friendly. Great customer service. I will come back her again

The staff here at this location are extremely helpful but these two associates, Jasmine and Emily without a doubt went above and beyond on helping me complete transaction mistake that seemed almost impossible to fix . They get it done period . Thank you !

I called Auto Zone multiple times and they kept me on hold. I went into the store and they sold me the wrong part. This happens at two Auto zone . I went to Oreilly and answered the phone and pulled the correct parts. Auto Zone horrible experience.

Steve K helped me out almost had a heart attack because my car was trying to cut off on me due to a bad battery he gave me a deal replaced battery and even installed it for me thanks Steve! 5stars for sure !

Every time I call not only do they not answer me with respect but they try giving me the run around like if I were calling the SWAT meet or worse no worse than the swat meet. No manners no respect and no help what so ever !!!�

I WENT INTO AUTOZONE TO GET AN ENGINE LIGHT CHECKED AND EMPLOYEE !!JAZMINE!! I've done business here numerous times,with no problems.i went to dump used oil,I walk to were I usually ask for help ,the older Hispanic gentleman starts yelling I'm full I'm full,signs on door,take it with you. I go to look for sign,it's there written in pink high lighter ,not gonna notice that at 1st glance.

Very poor customer service. Went in to replace a battery. Picked up the wrong one, realized it. Took it back and store manager wouldn't return it or core charge old battery as the new one was "void because of usage" the new battery wasn't put on the truck. I shall not be doing my business at this location again.

Alright auto parts store definitely not the worst and not as bad of harassment or accusations of shoplifting as O'Reilly's auto parts but they are located close to the ghettos of Maryvale so you have to expect some caution but the only thing that really bothered me was their lack of stock of items in the store. I'm not sure to chalk that up to the being located by the ghetto and shoplifting things or like a lot of places right now they're having supply issues lingering from COVID but there than that the staff if alright I'd say half helpful and half to be nice I'll just say not helpful instead of a**h*les lol so that's the reason for the 3 stars.

Went to returned a part that i did not need had my receipt part was new they told me that i had to take it back were i originally bought it that they couldn't process the returned because the store that i bought it at never does there job good assistant manager was sow unprofessional by not taking care of a customer as well as there 3 employees thar were there i wiil not return to that store

They were great. I needed a new battery since my battery all of a sudden died after having my car for a year in Indianapolis and had it delivered here in Phoenix. Although they didn't have a cheaper battery, they took care of me. I would definitely go back.

Worst Customer service from the Manager itself. Went in yesterday just to change some oil that was not the grade need it. Kept me almost an hour arguing with him, that he could not exchange it do to company policies. Until I told him I was going to call corporate, he immediately change mood and went in and exchanged the oil. Defently not coming back to this location. Keep an eye out for him.

My car battery died, so I came back to this Autozone as I had purchased the battery from this location. Right away, I took a look at the employees who all clearly did not want to be there. Unfortunatley, I was more of an annoyance to the lady who ended up "helping" me. I tried to explain to her that my car battery died, and if she could please swap out with a new battery, as it was still under warranty. She asked if I charged it, which I told her it was a dead battery. She told me she would have to charge it to make sure. We came back about an hour later to check to see if the battery was able to charge. A grumpy male employee "helped" me this time, and told me it was "75 percent" charged. I asked him what the voltage reading was, which he proceeded to tell me "75 percent" charged. Luckily, my boyfriend was with me, and as soon as he asked the gentleman the exact same thing I asked, he was "all of a sudden" able to get the reading, which showed 11.01, clearly dead. He proceeded to try and lie to us and say the battery was still good and that it just needed to be fully charged. We told him that the reading was very low and if it was 75 percent charged, it's clear to assume the battery was dead as the voltage did not improve. We asked to use our warranty to get a new battery, but he refused to get us one. He said we were not eligible as the battery was "75 percent" charged. He started to blame our car's battery cables as the reason and not the battery itself. We just asked for our battery back, and went to a differnt Autozone location, where they were able to CONFIRM it was a bad battery. What a pain we dealt with. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please teach your employees some common sense. They did not want to be there, had no clue what they were doing, and honestly, it was such a mess in there. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to this location.

*DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO TO O'REILLYS*This is in regards to the Phoenix, AZ store on 43rd ave & Indianschool Rd i believe #2795 On 5/11/22 my father and I arrived at exactly 9:50 PM. I was in a dire situation. I have a minivan that I use for myself and all of my children and the battery was going out. My father was blessing me with a new one and was a customer of yours for many years. I say was because at 63 years old once he sees someone's true character there is no changing his mind. Especially when his children and grandchildren are involved. We arrived at 9:50 on the dot. The doors were already locked the tills were pulled and counted (so who knows when they actually closed) there were two gentlemen standing there (one younger Caucasian fellow) was pointing out to the other that we were trying to plead through the door that we just needed a battery. The other employee (older balding man) shook his head and wouldn't even turn and face us. I was so upset because to my family this isn't just a vehicle it's our livelihood. And things happen suddenly. No one wants to rush like mad to try and get something fixed. But it did so we rushed to autozone at my father's request. After this happened we stood in the parking lot and looked around upset trying to figure out what else to do and that's when we spotted O'Reillys directly across the street and took our business there. Do yourself a favor and do the same. We were greeted with smiles at 9:55pm. And THEY went above and beyond with replacing my battery. They just made two new lifelong customers.FYI I don't know why I didn't push to go to O'Reillys to begin with. I've had amazing experiences with them on several occasions and their customer service has always been top notch!

There customer service was rude. They treated me like I was a piece to dirt. They were mean to me and very unprofessional. I took my business to O Reilly's across the street. Where I spent $300.00. I will never enter that store again.

I had some odds and ends I needed. The service counter went out of his way to check every corner and he found them. I got to finish my car up and make it to work tomorrow. Appreciate it.

I do not recommend this autozone they stole my money.On Thursday, June 18 I order a radiator, and was told they would have the radiator by Monday the following week. The next day on Friday the 19 I went and canceled the order, since I was able to find a radiator somewhere else. I was told I would get refunded in 5-7days which was fine. However it is now November, and have not receive my refund. I spoke to so many customers services representatives and a manger named MARIO. This is ridiculous.

Don't stop here! Terrible customer service. This autozone doesn't even deserve this one star. Store manager Martin did a horrible job.I went in for assistance the manager wasn't being accountable for his new employee that couldn't assist me correctly. It was their first day, so I understood and I was very polite and kind.But when I asked questions and tried to get help all the employees and manager just moved on with the next person and basically tried to shoo me away.I had 2 other people help me because the autozone team/employees were so rude. Luckily one was a mechanics.Worst service I've ever gotten. I'm shocked a manger was apart of my terrible experience.
