Was having a bad experience at first as a young man couldn t test my battery and then i asked the lady working if she can try and and she said what difference does that make and I just said please and she helped me and my battery was at 35%. She ended up being nice and helping me with a new battery purchase and since my battery is under my wheel she referred me to a great mechanic down 29th that helped me install it

I had a wonderful experience at Auto Parts off Camelback. Denice the store manager was able to troubleshoot my battery and help me with the warranty. She was informative and knowledgeable. I also had the pleasure of working with Kyle who installed my battery and wind shield wipers. This time of year I stressful with the holiday and this team made it effortless.

Thanks to Rayann, a Junior G at the Auto of 27th Ave & Camelback, my day was saved!Stop by this location to check a sensor code and ended up locking my keys in my car. Rather than giving the run of the mill, "Sorry We can help you , Both employees stepped up & rose to the occasion and displayed the highest form of Customer Service.Needless to say, I was able to retrieve my keys, and I am back on the road. As small as May, see it, random act of kindness, and accountability are the very reason why I only shop at AutoZone! I cannot think Junior and Rayanne enough from the bottom of my heart!

Recently, I went in there and bought some batteries for my fob. One thing led to another. Somehow I left without the batteries. Even though the batteries were promised to me from another associate, going to the store, didn t make the batteries become acquirable, because that associate didn t recognize me, moving forward I needed windshield wiper blades and I wanted some information about a fob that I bought online at a much cheaper rate. Nik was the associate that helped me he educated me on my windshield wiper blades. He assisted in educating me on my fob that I purchased online and explain to me why it was so cheap because the key had not been cut. he directed me to ace hardware where they cut keys. He said my dealership might cut keys as well. I purchased the wrong windshield wiper blades and he assisted me in collecting my purchase and then install the blades for me. I was in need of a snack and he suggested that I purchase a drink as well. Nik is not around a smart man very conversation is very patient. I had a lot of questions , and he s very passionate about cars. I think you should give Nik a raise and promotion

Experience racial discrimination spoke to manager and he said that you don't believe his employees discriminate yet while talking to managing employee still back there making gestures and rolling his eyes. I informed manager of employees behavior behind him while we were talkin yet not once did the manager tried to address the situation by simply asking the employee to simply step away wow he tried to defuse and rectify the situation . So I asked the manager to save any audio video tapes so that I are the corporate office could possibly rectify this behavior since it seems as though he condoned the guys behavior I also asked him the manager for the corporate number he said there is no corporate number because every AutoZone is individually owned. It is the policy of AutoZone to discriminate against other races and condone the behavior of its employees through that policy I will see you in court is happening at the AutoZone on 27th avenue and Camelback store number 2792 this happened 6/ 15/ 2019 between time of 21:25 hours and 21:38. super friendly and helpful staff. quick in and out.Jr Ruiz was a huge help in replacing my plates with a particular star tool I did not have. It took him two minutes. The staff always have mechanic referrals on hand. Amazing store altogether every single time.

I have been an AutoZone customer for over 30 years. I worked as a Parts Sales Manager for 2 years and have grown to love and appreciate their commitment to customer service. I know for a fact how I was just treated by this location needs to be corrected now! I had been calling this store for over an hour trying to get a human to answerer the phone. When they did pick up, it was "AutoZone, hold" followed by 15 min of listening to the hold message. If anyone is on hold in these stores for more than a couple minutes they will not take care of you. I then called back with the "AutoZone, Hold!" not once did they ask who I was or what I needed. after repeating this cycle I then called back with every cell phone had in the house and was Greeted with "HOLD" or an immediate disconnect. I could not get a word in with the person on the line before I was slammed on hold or hung up on. on the final phone call I said "STORE MANAGER NOW!!!" they stopped and informed me that there is no store manager and that is when I asked for the District Manager's number. At this time they actually asked what I needed. I gave them the part number of the item I was looking for and the system said they had it in stock. I was skeptical they actually had it as it has been special order at all other parts supplier. They said they would check and put me back on hold. 3 min later he came back and said it was not there and he couldn't find it. I asked them to please correct the inventory in their computer. So I ordered the ES3347 off amazon and saved $12 shipping included with prime. I would bet if anyone looks up the ES3347 on line the quantity on hand will still be incorrect. Pleas reach out to me and let me know what corrective actions AutoZone will do keep another customer from having this same experience!!!!!

This is the a most horrible place that you should never decide to go. These people are lazy and don t do their job at all. When I arrived, the line was ridiculously long and they only had one attendant to attended the all the customers. All the other workers where out in back doing who knows what. Then, the ONE person working, received a personal call and left outside to answer the phone. He left the whole line unattended and I do not think those type of lazy people should even be employed. I don t recommended ever going there. If your in a most desperate situation, they won t do anything about it.

They canceled my online order but did not refund the amount that was charged to my bank account. When confronted about this they have no way to even view the order since it has been canceled. I was forwarded to the regional office which does not return voicemails. What a broken system that is set up to steal from customers.

The guy that helped me was very helpful and professional. (I forgot to ask for his name) It Recently rained, and had to change my wipers while it was pouring outside. I kept meaning to do it before monsoon season started but I forgot. I had a gentleman help me install these under the pouring rain and he did not hesitate or seem inconvenienced at all(even though I felt really bad). I really appreciated it.

Went to look for some touch up paint for my car. Counter guy rang up my purchase it was six dollars more than sign said, clerk didnt even bother to check tag. Lazy and unhelpful

I was on today to return an item I didn't need. The staff was great. While I was there a woman stole some coolant. We watched her steal it. When confronted she flipped out and the staff kept there cool because to be honest I wouldn't of be able to in that situation. So I just wanted to give them kudos for being really professional even though the level of aggression from the woman was off the charts. So great job!

I went there to get my battery checked. There was one person checking out and 2 guys just standing around. I asked if they could help me check my car battery. The guy gives me attitude and tells me he cant leave the store because they are short staffed. There was no one else in the store that needed help. My hood was already open all he had to do was hook up the machine to check the battery. I didn t even argue, I left to the autozone on 19th and thomas. Their customer service is 100% better. They were so helpful and I was able to buy a new battery. They also only had 3 employees yet they made the effort in helping me.

I've been going to this Autozone for the last 7 years, never had a problem. Steve, the manager is awesome. Unfortunately not everyone "try" to as nice or close to him. That Miguel guy, is no help. I hope someone from autozone contact me to give them the details of my experience.

So this place is phenomenal. I know it s busy sometimes but they do what they can for people. They get a bad rap for service because either they don t have a part or can t always fix peoples cars, but they are a parts store not mechanics. They do what they can and will go above and beyond for everyone.
