"We had a terrible experience at this AutoZone with Cashier named Eve.This staff was rude and unhelpful, as well as the manager on site (December). We were informed to call District manager, so we did and Jorge was helpful and referred us to different AutoZone. However, the situation was handled very unprofessional by the manager. The manager(December) should have had the ability to bring the customer back into the store and handled what was needed to be taken care of.Hopefully, the cashier EVE, gets additional customer service training. As it's needed.Your Customer(s) are your high priorities while at work.

came in to get some wipers and had no clue how to put them on, but Jessica helped me out she even taught me how to safely put them on! Definitely will come back just for her help!

If you come to charge your battery here they will just say that your battery doesn t hold charge cause they re too lazy to manage the charging station

I came in because my 2017 Chevy Malibu battery died. JESSICA P. was so kind and helped me find the right options for me. Although, they weren t able to help replace my car battery, she helped me jump start my car with no hesitation. Thank you JESSICA for being knowledgeable, attentive and understanding!

I actually enjoy this AutoZone let me go into it all my life since I've drove my first car I've got every part from there and they're just very helpful and willing to explain to you and to death if that person doesn't know something then they'll pass me along to another employee so it's pretty nice

One of the female employes was rude rude while asking for help she walked right passed me not even a second glance. If you do not like your just do not take out on the customers needless to say I left out without purchasing the items I was looking for. Corporate should have a meeting with their managers and tell their employees be nice. So I went to O'Reilly's where I purchased items and employees were much nicer.

The incredibly racist staff ignored me until I just did everything myself. I hear a lot of reviews saying that they helped. Well you must have been their desired customer. I have never felt so much racist hatred and lack of interest in helping me refer in my life.

Close store by my house. Very good service good prices. in and out in under 4 minutes. Thank you. This time I only need a radiator cap if I do have to get something else I'll definitely be back

Was having trouble with my vehicle towards the end of the night I was blessed enough to have a young man named Arturo Griego help me test my whole system from the check engine light to the battery and alternator check. He was very knowledgeable of his products definitely helped me to get back in the road and very helpful. Store was clean and organized and was definitely an AutoZone that stood out from the others, thank you Arturo Griego for all the help sir

Wow I just bought a new car 2020 . The very kind lady EvaL was so helpful she was able to not only figure out but also fix for free??? I'm so impressed with her Profermance. I shop at this store all the time. You can clearly see she is one of there best employees at this store Thank you so much. You really made my day. Stay awesome.

Normally I go to orielly this time I wasn't able to find one in my area so I found auto zone. The store manager was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for with ease. And he had me back on the road in no time! Next time you're unsure about a part or don't know what to ask, Arturo's your guy!

I want to give a shout out to Manager JESSICA P. Jessica is very friendly, knowledgeable and never hesitates to help out her customers even when the part is unavailable she takes the time to educate customers on what part is needed and goes above and beyond to call other stores to have a product waiting for customers ensure that autozone customers don t waste their time running around town looking for what we need. I was a loyal autozone customer of the 51st Ave & Glendale location where Jessica originally worked at. I am so happy i stumbled upon her again at 35th and Glendale and to see her in a manager position. Autozone you have a good employee !!! I will definitely make the extra miles drive to her 35th Ave & Glendale location just to be taken care of by such a great employee! Way to go Jessica P!

The store is really nice and clean, but not so good in getting assistant in the store was there looking for a part I was going all around in the store I didn't get help I went at the front desk but still no one could attend to my needs.

This has been my store for just about everything I needed for my vehicles since it first opened. Except when it's something I don't want to fix and I come in and ask for a gun so I can shoot it to put it out of my misery. They never give me the gun. Just a smile and some encouragement that I can get it done.

The customer service is always great when i come no matter if it s Jesse Johnny or Angel. They always make me feel welcome and help as soon as I walk into the store 10/10 would definitely recommend shopping for auto parts at this location

The manager here is very rude. When a customer is having a bad day "THE MANAGER " should be the main person to calm the customer down with kindness and consideration

Came to complete a return, which was easy. Upon leaving I was accused of stealing! Sir, I just returned $123 dollar item why would I steal? I m wearing a skin tight dress and a buttoned close little bag. Where could I have put anything. That is embarrassing to accuse someone of a crime and be wrong about it. I immediately offered to empty my bag and he refused and looked at me dirty like I lied to him. I m a rideshare driver and get my car scents here all the time, you were out of the pink one I use so I didn t purchase anything. Unfortunately he made my visit uncomfortable and embarrassing.

I was at AutoZone and the employee by the name Nyunt was very very helpful....he was ready to help me in any way. I needed help putting my rearview mirror on n he gladly helped....so nice ...he n deserves a raise...thank you Nyunt. Your awesome n for that I give 5 stars just because of him

Most helpless employee and part sales "manager" i have ever seen! Young lady came in to buy wipers for her car as i was making a purchase, red shirt female employee had no idea how to use the computer let alone speak english, young lady customer asked for help with installing the wipers and she was told she didnt know how to do that, young lady customer then asked the "manager" for help and he rudely told her he was not allowed to go out side at all, Manager Rafiel has no respect at all for their "valued" customers, nor the urge to even want to work. It was interesting to see that the red shirt female Eva then went out to assist a hispanic customer with a battery jump start.. but refused to help the young white lady.. i let employee Eva know that i would be leaving the review based on what i saw, she replied go ahead i dont give a s*** those dont do anything i dont care about reviews! race issue much at this location??? I will no longer do any business at any Vatozone..! 830 pm on a friday night.. shameful

I have been visiting the 35th Ave and Glendale location for many years. I've always been treated with courteous service, up until today (Thursday June 2 @ 3.25pm to be exact). I needed help locating a particular item on the store shelf and kindly asked for help. The man who responded to me made it perfectly clear that he did NOT want to help me. He was extremely rude from the moment he spoke to me to the moment I left the store. I remained calm and friendly but I said, "Wow, it's clear you don't want to help me." I left the store and went to the 43rd Ave and Cactus location where I was met with great customer service and I was able to get the items I needed.I have an online Auto Zone account where I had the 35th Ave / Glendale Ave location as my designated store. When I arrived home I quickly deleted the 35th Ave location and replaced it with the 43th Ave and Cactus location. I will never EVER step foot in that 35th Ave/Glendale location and neither will my family and friends.If the managers actually read these comments, I hope they read this one and make sure all their employees are trained on how to treat customers.

Area is not very good so be aware. Waited behind a guy without a car trying to scam a refund out of the store. Well this same guy harassed me for a ride after I paid. I know its Phoenix but that is exactly why you should take better care of your store, your customers and especially your employees. There were only two people in the store and one was out back stocking. Ill shop at a better Autozone thank you.

AMAZING!! AMAZING STAFF!! Literally went above and beyond my expectations. Completely just helped me out in everything I needed. Gave me honest advice and honestly just went above and beyond my expectations. I m clearly not a car geek but definitely were patient and handled my very picky personality. David one of the employees amazing guy and super down to earth. The staff is just great and have this chill, professional welcoming environment. Honestly the only AutoZone I will go to. They absolutely will take care of your needs no matter how busy or the situation!!! #thankyouDavid

I went in to the store asked for the price of a fuel pump for my Acura and the girl at the counter didn't know what an Acura wasand she said we don't have that and walked away .extremely rude.
