They usually have the basic stuff I need which is to be expected.The staff is pretty apathetic to customers, rarely even acknowledging you as you search on your own for what you need. If you do need their help they usually can't assist you without the aid of a computer and while they're doing it they make pharmacists seem fast by comparison.Best to research what you need before entering the store to avoid "dealing with" the inexperienced staff and wasting time that you could be using fixing your car or living your life.Maybe it's just the corporate entity that makes this establishment such an ugly place to endure while you try and remedy the issues with your vehicle but the people employed by these places don't make it a less ugly experience to be a part of.

Came to have a battery checked and needed a new one after Autozone checked. Jack not only checked the battery but helped with a recommendation and changed the battery for my Mom and I. Thank you for the amazing prompt customer service. Will make this our go to Autozone from here on out.

Charly is really great employee in this branch of Auto zone .He listen to customers issues & response them respectfully.He helped me to much today with patience & tolerance.His social interaction is excellent.He deserves of certificate of achievement as the top employee of year from management of Auto zone corporation .

These guys were awesome!! I'm not very mechanically inclined and my car was having some trouble so I took it down there and they hooked it up to this little machine they have. They were able to diagnose the problem right there and sent me home with a print out of the prices and parts that I needed.

a good store a large assortment of spare parts, tools So I decided to buy a gift for myself on New Year's Eve, upon arrival home I was disappointed in the set with the smear machine there was no polishing circle and polishing pastes. My mistake, I did not check the completeness in the store, but to should be done by the one who sold me the product.

I ve made the mistake of coming here over the last two days before I finally just went to O reilys. The workers all clearly hate their job, it s incredibly bleak and unhappy in the store and takes forever to get checked out, and half the time there s nobody at the register.

I had my battery changed a few months ago and the customer service was excellent. The team were all kind and courteous. They were super helpful.

This was by far the best visit I ve ever experienced. All of the workers were smiling when I walked in and it was a very upbeat happy environment. Angel went above and beyond to assist me today. Problem fixed!

I had a great experience at this AutoZone location. The guys were all very helpful and kind. I needed a new battery, they provided great advice on which one I should get for my car, and replaced it with no complaints in the hot AZ summer temp. They even offered me a chair and water to sit inside while I waited. Thank you guys!!

Horrible service !!!since we walked in. The cashier was cussing the whole time and was clearly on drugs. Wait time was outrageous. He didn't even know how to help find the item we needed. We took a light that didn't fit and when we returned for a refund it was even worst!. He talked to himself too. Complained bout his drawer being short. .

Brewster was very helpful, he offered to change the windshields and the air filter of my car. Everyone there has always been great and willing to help, I came back a few weeks later and I had a great experience with Valeska too!

Brewster helped out my fianc�e and I get our battery switched out. I was willing to change the battery myself since they seemed busy. But Brewster was absolutely more than willing to help us out and get us on our way. He was very polite and great to talk to. He also gave me some pointers about my battery as he was switching it out, very helpful. Brewster is a great asset to autozone, and they are lucky to have him. Great work, and thanks again Brewster!

I had arrived last night at like 3 minutes before closing in a panic because I had a check engine light come on and I had a really awesome employee that helped me out Brewster I believe his name was a man with a braided goatee he really helped me out as an Uber driver it's paramount to maintain my car I know now that I can count on this autozone and in particular this employee to help me when I really need it

I went this morning the location on 19th ave & south of Cactus. The branch manager was awesome; I needed a car battery, he first checked it, explained the results and helped me install the new battery replacement. Everything was fast and very clear. Awesome service. I went this morning at approximately 8am.....great experience !!!!

Just in today with sunshade that fell apart in 3 days, cant return without receipt, does NOT matter I paid with credit card. UNFORTUNATELY I bought it at self check out, AND at this store no receipts are printed out at self check out!!!! I've spent atleast $20k at autozone over the years, they just lost a long time customer over a $14 sunshade!!!

This is the last straw. I went in to get some brake cleaner and they had one can. The price on the can said 3.50 on-sale. So I grabbed the one can. There was 2 associates help other customers and i was the only one waiting in line. I tried using there self checkout to buy my one can but of course it wasn't working at this store. So one associate finishes with the customer they were helping and looked at me and said he can help you over there and then proceeded to give me attitude cause I just wanted to purchase this one and only can of brake cleaner they had on the shelf. Rang the can up and it said 6.75. Fine no big deal. Just get my can and get out. Right... nope. He cancelled my payment method 3 times and then got more of an attitude. Kids these days don't care about doing their job. I have had it with this autozone. I will drive half a mile more down the road to O'Reillys.

Excellent customer service. Cashier created an error. Where the money wasn't going back onto my card for a few days. So I couldn't pay for my leak ... He took care of it out of his pocket. That's very compassionate. I will definitely pay him back even though it was not in any way requested but sadly I went back recently and the nice guy was not there and I was treated with just no interest. They wouldn't even come out to the lot to do a check which is something that believe that normally is supposed to happen when you go to AutoZone or O'Reilly's to help me so just I've kept that positive part up but I wouldn't go back after now because they didn't help me. At all and he just straight refused to walk to look to see if a part would fit in my car was just right outside the door. So I'm taking back my five stars

Mateo was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was willing to help me make my car safe and legal again when others brushed me off. A great asset to the team. John was also helped me out and was polite and helpful .

Customer service at this location is superb! My car battery died and I called to check and see if they had the kind i needed in store, which they had many available. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. We dropped the car off to have the battery recharged which they said may take an hour an a half, which it only took about an hour! When my fiance arrived to get the battery and car, he was helped by the manager Arnold. My fiance said Arnold was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! This man deserves a raise! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent customer service and knowledgeable employees! Thank you again Arnold for all your help! God Bless.

Andy Padilla at AutoZone was an amazing young man who gave me honest and friendly and very knowledgeable service.The last time I was there was two years ago and I had a bad experience with the dishonest clerk but Andy turned that around for me so I am glad that I gave them a second chance

Bought some brake pads for my Rouge. But the location I was at didn't have but another location so I paid there and pick up at other location on my way home. Just great customer service love it. Got a life long customer.

Ordered online 4.5 hours before I came in to pick it up. Still had to wait 10 minutes or so to get the order filled. 568154. Said they were too busy. There were 2 customers, and the super slow girl was in the middle of stocking. What's the point of pre-order if i have to wait for someone to walk the store and collect my order, i can do that myself. Have always had problems here. Different staff, but must have the same uncaring management.
