This autozone has 2 very nice and generous workers who have helped me and my dad while we were stuck in the area for a couple hours and we do a transportation business (family owned), they helped us so much this day (March 28th) and I believe they deserve a raise. They're good people and worked hard to assist us. If any manager at this autozone finds this message, please keep them apart of your crew as long as you can. They're fantastic people and amazing workers.

I recently had a frustrating experience at my neighborhood AutoZone, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. While I appreciate the convenience of having a store nearby, the lack of respectful service I received from Monica, the manager, was unacceptable.When I approached Monica with an issue regarding my order, she not only failed to provide a solution but also spoke to me in an unprofessional and condescending manner. Instead of addressing my concerns and exploring alternatives, she brushed me off with a vague statement about the possibility of a refund to my credit card.As a loyal customer, I believe that respectful and attentive customer service should be a priority, regardless of the proximity of the store. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior from a manager, who should set an example for the rest of the staff.I hope that AutoZone takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for better customer service training, particularly in terms of professionalism and communication. As someone who values local businesses, I sincerely hope that future customers will have a more positive experience than I did.

Had multiple bad experiences at this location.Went in to buy a replacement battery for my truck. The clerk kept asking me what I was planning on using the car battery. I explained that I need a replacement for my truck. The same clerk then told me that they do not do warranties on used batteries as I am standing there holding the brand new battery I have yet to pay for. Note that I did not have my old battery on me.After 20 minutes of this back and forth, we went to a different location. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.If you value your time, consider going anywhere else.

I had a wonderful experience at this Auto Zone. One of the employees went the extra mile to assist me and he was still very new in his job. He helped me secure bungee ropes to tie down my trunk because of lawn furniture I purchased at Kohls. I don't his name but he was cashier #44 from my receipt.

Kyle, the manager, helped me out and eased my concern by running a diagnostic on my engine when the service light came on late on a Saturday evening. The results were a bit confusing. So he didn t stop there, he checked the connections under my hood and was able to adjust something small that seemed to be causing the issues. He was kind, patient, and communicative. I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience! Thank you, Kyle!

Got the run around on an online order. Ordered two battery chargers, no response for days, said in process so I came by. They were out of stock, guess they weren't going to let me know, bummer need those right away. Then they said they had 2 at other stores, so I said how about we call first, maybe their inventory is messed up too. They called and verified, got one up the street but the other one was in Mesa, they said they'd bring it over, stop by this afternoon. I stopped by and they didn't really have it, so they tried to order from a CO store 2 weeks. Again, could have called me and saved me another couple trips. Again, really needed that part. Customer service 101.

Autozone lately has been horrible at following through with orders. I tried a different location due to issue I had at one near McClintock and ray. Supposedly my order was available for pick up when I got to the store Monica unfortunately was unable to find it. All that was offered was a refund not sure how that fixes the item I needed. Now I can see why so many are starting to boycott autozone.

Closes 11 minutes early. Rude demeanor on closing team. Shut door, locked it when they saw me pull up in my Benz, then I proceeded to walk up to the door, black guy counting money rolled his eyes & the white skinny fellow, opened door just barely to tell me they were closed and that all of their systems were down so he couldn t assist me with codes. Which don t take long btw, max it takes 2 minutes. They re very unprofessional & I feel as if I was treated this way because I m a woman. Not to mention they had a non employee behind registers, this happened on 11/13/23 at closing. Another issue, was they let another woman who was picking up a battery inside while keeping me outside. Zero stars. They need coaching on professionalism.

[10/20/23] Just had a 5 star customer service experience! Had a battery replacement where Calvin did everything from measure the bad battery voltage, to installing the new one. Was quick, easy and made my day! You're an all-star Calvin!

Needed a taillight bulb and windshield wipers. Staff looked up the correct sizes for me without asking and found the bulb I needed. Great service!! Thanks!

I have been a customer at This location on the Commercial side for about 8 years and I cannot express enough how good the customer service is. Hard to believe that I have never had a bad experience in such a long time, even if they make a mistake on their side they would alway make it right for you right away. The only autozone in the valley that I would give a 5 starts review.

Super helpful staff. I really like their battery warranty. With the desert heat reducing battery life, I bought a battery with a warranty. When it failed beforehand it was easy to get a free replacement.

The staff is great, especially the commercial department who sent a driver to puck up an alternator as I was broken down in the parking lot.My only gripe was not ONE battery charger or tester was working and the bench tester for alternators was out of service too.

Staff member that helped me was friendly but not terribly knowledgeable. I asked about differences in products, told him I usually use two of one type and was told another product was better and that since the bottle was larger I would only need one. I should have read the labels myself but was in a hurry and just took the fellas word. Got to the station to find that I had been correct in the first place, right on the bottle it said how many ounces per gallon I needed (I told him how many gallons my tank was) I actually needed three bottles of this product so I had to make a second stop (O'Reilly's was nearby) and buy two more bottles before I could fill up and be on my way. Not a terrible experience but inconvenient.

My car wouldn't start a couple of days ago. Put it on a charger overnight - managed to get it started. Limped down to Autozone and had the batt. replaced for FREE under warranty- in & out in less than 10 minutes. Awesome!

My daughter's alternator was going out in her car. She was able to pull into AutoZone. Seth the store manager could not have been more helpful than he was. Our 13 month old granddaughter was with our daughter. It was 115 degrees and we live in Goodyear. Seth put the battery on a charger and let my daughter and granddaughter hang out in the store until I could drive from Goodyear to get them. He let us leave her car there over night. We showed up the next morning with a new battery (other was under warranty) and Seth put it in no questions asked. He would not take any payment for what he had done. I offered to buy a Starbucks gift card to thank him, he said not necessary. I offered to buy a Jersey Mike's gift card and he said no thanks. Good people are still out there!! Thanks Seth for taking care of my daughter and granddaughter and for being a good person!! If we lived closer this is the place I would go for all my auto needs!

It s an AutoZone store. Good selection that some auto parts stores do not offer. The staff here are knowledgeable and friendly.

Mixed feelings about the customer service at this place. At my previous visit, I was the only customer and received prompt service. At my last visit, the clerk stopped helping me in the middle and started talking to the customer behind me. I had to wait until he was done with the other customer to complete my purchase. Not good customer service ethics.

Always have what I need and more than once, the employees will help you do something simple right in the parking lot (ie, change a battery, top of fluids, plug in and explain service and repair codes from your cars computer)

Staff is extremely helpful and nice. Matt helped me with a battery test yesterday and offered to install it after I got a new one. He also helped me check all my fluids while the hood was up. Would recommend this location to anyone.

Ordered online. Got alert order was ready to pickup. Went to the store and they said "Sorry, we don't have your order and do not have those items. You will just have to accept that and deal with it". I proceeded to inform the person how to do their job and walked them through offering to look up the items at another store. Bought the item at another AZ where employees were much more competent.

I ve been here on several occasions and usually the service is good. I went in today looking for an inspection mirror. Looked in the tool aisle, couldn t find it, asked a guy in glasses if he could help me and he sent me down several aisles and started helping other people before me. Basically ignoring me at this point. I ended up moving a cart that was blocking where all the small tooling was under an unused cash register and found it. Probably won t be back to this location, I ll drive further to avoid it
