I went to get my oil changed and drove into the service bay, I was greeted by a smiley face Emma She told me the service writer would be right with me. The service writer Vanessa came out and asked all the right questions my oil was changed, and I was very pleased with the service. Frank brought my truck out to me it made it easy for me to get in. The reason I came to the service center is because I came for a part earlier in the month and in the Parts department, I met Alex and he Is a service writer that showed me how easy it was to get into the service department thank you to all the good people.

Had my truck in service for a week. My Service Manager Mia was so professional. Kept me informed on what was going on. Always had an answer and was up to date with the progress. And the most important she knew my name and didn t make me feel like I was just another number. I will always do business with them and will always try to have Mia as my service provider. Thank you Mia

Customer service was great. It was nice that they did concierge lyft to and from my residence. However, my oil change took 2-3 hours (extremely long for an oil change). My oil change was a scheduled appointment, and if I knew there was going to be a staffing or hoist issue, I would have much rather rescheduled or went somewhere else for it to be done faster. They also suggested I get an extra $600 service done which I denied then to consult with another mechanic who then advised me that it wasn't necessary.

Took my Jeep in for regular maintenance and a few other repairs. They had it for a month, changed out an after market part for a factory part when they couldn't get a bolt loose, but they did not tell me it was an aftermarket part and that they could only get factory parts. In that case I would have taken it to the specialized aftermarket repair shop I use down the road. I paid twice for them to replace the roof seals to stop a leak. It still leaks. During this visit the guy put the engine belt on incorrectly causing it to wear out within a few months. The first belt lasted from 2011 until 2023. I requested tire rotation with the spare, not done. I request the windshield wiper pump replaced, not done. And it cost me $3000. A few months later after my car kept ticking louder and louder, another mechanic had to do a tune up and change the belt again because the mechanic (who was going to school 2 or 3 days a week to learn to be a mechanic) put the belt on wrong. I feel completely used and abused. When I went to check on my car after they had it for a month, another female customer was there picking up her vehicle. They had hers for over 2 weeks and told her there was nothing wrong with her car, even though she could tell it wasn't driving normally. She too was charged, and was going to have to take her car to another mechanic to be charged again. Just cut out this middle man and go somewhere else cause they are going to rob you and you will have to go somewhere else anyways.

I took my Jeep to Auto Nation to have repairs done. They were very nice and helped me file a claim on my warranty for some of the repairs. They had to keep my car for several days and helped me with a rental. I will definitely take my car back for any other repairs. I am completely satisfied with the work they did.

I took my 24 year old Jeep Wrangler in to the Service department for a check engine light and a leak. They managed to find even some hard to locate parts and fixed her up, right as rain. Good job, Alex and crew.

Awesome friendly customer service. Educated me on my Jeep which was so needed cuz I didn't know how to work some of the systems. Alexander was really helpful and teaching me things about my car. I appreciated the honest work that was done on my car. Wonderful people all the way around. Thank you for putting my mind at ease making sure my car was roadworthy and safe for me to take to Ohio.

When I bought my little Fiat from Auto Nation I purchased the extended warranty. Such a great decision! It paid off again last week when I took my cat to Marnie at AutoNation repair. She supervised a repair on the hatchback door and the air conditioner. They noticed the thermostat needed replacement. They topped it off with a tune up that had my little Fiat running like new!

The reason my truck needed service was the warning light for my start/stop was on. Before i called autonation i had called another dealerships service department, and they told me I had to leave my vehicles with them for 4 business days for diagnosis. That is ridiculous. I called autonation and they scheduled me within 2 hours of calling them. 2 hours after dropping it off they had diagnosed and fixed the problems. My attendant was Alex and he was great! He offered great customer service, he was respectful, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Based on this experience I will definitely come back and i will definitely recommend autonation.

Great experience on this visit with AutoNation Dodge. I took my truck in to be serviced for a number of items and they were all properly fixed in the timeframe quoted. It was a pleasant experience.

If you are considering buying from AutoNation in Phoenix....or going in for service....I highly recommend you do NOT buy or service your car there. No one cares. A NIGHTMAREIf I could give AutoNation dealership and service a minus score I would. I bought a car through the dealership even fell for their added service contract because I wanted to be sure my hardtop convertible top would be covered. I brought my car into service not once but twice when the top would not close properly. I had to pay for both times even though the sales rep when I bought the additional service contract assured me that the convertible top would be covered. My convertible top still does not close properly. Upon leaving my last attempt to have the top repaired I called my service rep, Carl Ross, to inform him the top still does not close properly. I had not heard back from him and it has been months!Recently I took my son's Jetta into the same service dept and they LOST his car...for 45 minutes they could not find it! Prior to picking up the car I called to check the status and after AI grilled me on my identity I was put on hold and then bounced to TX [I live in AZ] to talk with someone who gave me the Sales Manager's name [Michael Franklin] and phone number. I called it and Mr. Franklin was on vacation as was my sales rep, Carl Ross. I call back again, AI grills me again, and once again no one at the service in AZ picks up so I am bounced to TX. They give me a few more numbers to call which I try but once AI starts its routine I give up. The world is broken especially at Auto Nation.

This review is based on my experience with Dakota who was my service advisor. She listened and was able to relay my issues to the Tech who worked on my Jeep and fixed the difficult to find problems. Hard a wire harness that had burned through wires which was shorting out the computer and affecting performance. Then a crack in the exhaust it is onlya 2021 and not driven hard. Excellent service, thank you Dakota.

Bought a used Toyota Highlander- someone's trade-in. Nick was a friendly saleman, took care of some of my concerns about the car.Mike was the finance guy. He was friendly, not pushy about the warranty, worked to get me a good rate on the loan, and everything seemed open and honest.Took longer than I wanted (I was there for 4 hours), but the car was in good shape for a fair price. We all came away happy. No one tried to sell me things I didn't need.If you want a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, give them a chance to sell you one.

Had my truck serviced here and the hospitality and customer service was just amazing. As soon as I pulled up to leaving. Super polite and not pushy. They got me a Lyft to work while it was being serviced which I appreciated cause it was something not needing to worry. Appreciate all the staff there.

First the service center is hard to find . Its a whole block south of the main dealership. Second, warrantees are not executed to the customers benefit. A 200.00 fee for each item looked at , waived of corse if repair is done , but not if you decline repair thats not under warranty. So burnt out bulb not under warranty could cost you 200. Diagnostic fee.A better way of treating the customer would be to disclose what items may or may not be under warranty before Diagnostic procedures. So you are not charged 1200. For 6 items not under warrantee .In the end 6 items looked at with no repairs done and one oil change cost me 398.00 . FOR JUST OIL CHANGE.They did wave MOST of the Diagnostic fee as a courtesy....... AFTER a long debate. Not a pleasant experience. Will not use Autonation in the future.

Do not go to any Auto Nation. They refused to do warranty work because they didn't know how to fix something and gave me about 10 excuses as to why they couldn't fix anything. I was told the issue was probably because I use that part of my car more than another, and my car doesn't even have 17k miles on it. Terrible service department. Multiple times after dropping off my vehicle it was left un touched until I called to ask the status of my car and then magically the tech was getting to my car as of 10 minutes after my call. Not the first terrible experience I've had at this specific dealership in fact they had my brand new car for almost 3 months and never fixed the issue and legal action was required. I will never return and I will do my best to make sure anyone I know never uses Auto Nation. Even my lyft driver who was bringing me back to pick up my car had horror stories about his purchase with an Auto Nation dealership.

They took very good care with our vehicle and got it in right away when the battery went dead in our new car. The service writer kept us informed on what was going on and we appreciated that.

I bought a Land Rover Range Rover 2015 at this deal shop and unfortunately the SUV was driving a little weird. I brought it over three different times to there dealer and they were not able to fix the problem. I had to take it to Land Rover of Scottsdale and they were able to fix it right away but the bill was $9,280.00. Strongly do not recommend you buy a used vehicle at this dealership!

What the hell happened to this place? I used their services twice in the past, and they were awesome, but It looks like some top executive in AutoNation decided customer service will work much better if the staff will actually stop talking to the customers!!! Once you get your vehicle in, It is almost impossible to contact them for questions or updates. They give you a number, and send you a text you can use, but hardly respond to it if ever. If you are in the business of serving people, put a qualified person on the phone who will answer and assist when needed!!!First time I brought my Jeep there for a recall software update, they kept it from 9am to 4pm. No one called me to update, no one answered the phone or responded to messages. When I tried to call the main line, I got an operator who actually sits in a different state and have no way to connect me. What can they do? Give me (again) a different number that no one answers. When I gave up and took a lyft there to check in person, I was told the day was super busy for them and they had no time to actually do something with my Jeep. What the hell???Next time they sent me a video via text after three hours and said they found some issues they want to fix beyond the free recall work. I asked (via text) for a quote. They texted me a link that I could not open. Tried to call again. No answer. Texted that the link will not open, and can they just call me and TALK TO ME about those issues and the cost of fixing them. They sent me the link AGAIN instead. At that point I just texted them and demanded that they will stop whatever they were doing, and I'm coming to get my Jeep back right away. This time they responded immediately. I was told my Jeep was not qualified for the update they had, but I should have no problem driving It as is. As far as I can tell, they did not fix anything else. A huge waste of my time and energy, and the worst customer service experience I had in years!!!Will never set foot in this place again.

I would not recommend getting vehicle service done here. Last oil change, 'some one' over torqued the oil pan plug. Had to get another. The air duct under the vehicle - for cooling transmission - has only 1 fastener tightened and almost fell off going down the street.

Purchased a 2020 f150 with 40k miles on november 30th. Salesman, joe greer, was courteous and professional. Following day found out my right front door does not lock. Took 3 days to get a hold of people in the service department. Apparently no one returns calls. Drop my truck off today, found out it may cost 200$ just in diagnostics. Then told me itll be 3-4 days to find out whats wrong. They dont even offer rentals for having the truck for that time. Dont buy from here. They dont standby their pre owned cars. This is my second purchase from auto nation. Never again.

Usually dread going in for maintenance at this Autonation. But they have changed things around now and this was a pleasant experience. Did everything I needed done to my car and got my car back in under 2 hours. No nonsense. Got in, got out.
