I've done business with ACR for years. Dean is a honest and fair person. I always find it a pleasure to get help with Becky or Jacob. They are super nice people that do whatever needs to be done to make sure your treated fair and help you get your vehicle back on the road ASAP. I would highly recommnend ACR.

Great work, quick repair About 5 days2005 Ram Cummins 251,500 miles - electrical issues, parasitic power drain when sitting for a few days. Needed TIPM replaced, bottom half was replaced with a rebuilt unit, since they no longer make this part as of 2022.

I have been an ACR customer for years.ACR is a very well run shop. They are ethical and honest and ACR has always done a great job at a fair price.Dean and his team have earned my absolute respect and complete trust. I highly recommend them.

Cost for CV Axle work was very reasonable, completed in 1 day and the staff was friendly and honest. I felt comfortable that I wasn't being ripped off like other places with inflated prices. I've gone to Dean and the good folks at ACR for 16 years. They are consistent, fast, HONEST, and priced properly to be a business but consistently less than I would often predict relative to doing the work myself. 20 plus years, ACR saved me a lot of money throughout versus other shops that misdiagnosed or wanted significantly more dollars and unnecessary fixes.

Being a female I'm used to men being condescending when I tell them what's wrong with my truck. Roger was very polite and actually listened to me. I had to get it towed to them and he constantly kept me updated on what was going on. Once the diagnostic was through I was given an affordable cost for the repair. This place is cost efficient, quick and has probably the best customer service from a shop I've had in a really long time. I kinda didn't want to right this review because they are a true hidden gem and I want to be selfish and keep them to myself. But they def deserve all the praise for their hard work. I def will stay with them for any repairs I need form this day out.

I have been a customer of ACR for 8 years. Whether its routine maintenance or a complex problem, older or newer vehicle, Dean and his team get it done right the first time and at a fair price. They have my highest recommendation and have earned my business over and over again.

My husband and I completely agree with all of these previous reviews as we have also been going to Dean's shop for 20 years and have always been treated fair, andcourteous, they have kept our two older toyotas, 2003 and 2001 in great running condition and always fair in prices. The entire crew, office and mechanics are awesome! Thanks ACR!!!

I was recommended to ACR from someone I know. Dean was very honest, and not only that he took my wife s car in and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this shop and will certainly be back for any future needs.

I have been taking my cars to Automotive Commercial Repair (ACR) for 25+ years. The owner, Dean, is as honest as they come!When I first met him, I had previously taken my car to a dealer for a mechanical issue. The dealer said it would cost approximately $2500 to fix the problem. A co-worker said I should get a second opinion from Dean at ACR. I did and Dean fixed the issue fur for $250. I've never gone anywhere else since then. My entire family now uses ACR!Try them and when you go ask for Dean, and tell him Len referred you! You won't be disappointed!!!

Dean is the best honest mechanic you will find in Phx. Went to a dealer for a free oil change, they give us a $4500 quote for what the Nissan "needed".Took the list to Dean and my bill was $400. Nothing the dealer was quoting me was necessary.

Very honest. They have actually fixed something and given my car back to me for FREE (something minor like something coming unplugged but found it and fixed it) . Other trips have been 1/2 price of other quotes. Amazing service.

I was given a quote and when I went to pay it was a different price a much higher price and I could not pick my car up unless I paid the higher price. That is just bad business if you give a quote you can't change it after the work is done.

Super honest and affordable. Been using them for years, but there are two times the owner didn t even charge me just gave me some direction on what to do. You really don t find that much in services.
