They got me in last minute for an oil change. I was running late, and came 1 minute before they closed. There was a female receptionist, and all the men mechanics stayed there with her until I came to pay. They all left together. I love that. They made sure she was ok and didn't just leave her by herself to wait for me. Kudos to you all.

This is my second time using this shop. Very laid back and knowledgeable set of guys working there. Nobody makes you feel pressured or uncomfortable. Autobahn Motorwerks will be the only place servicing my vehicle Going forward.

Had 2 cars in here for stuff I wouldn't wanna tackle myself; an auto to manual swap, timing belt, and a transmission and brake booster R&R. spent over 4 grand with them in total, and you couldn't pay me that to tackle it myself despite owning the proper tools, lift etc. Very knowledgeable, very easy to work with, they even threw in some small parts where it was needed. Highly recommended for anything too german to work on!

I have been overly pleased by the excellent craftsmanship and service that my family has received from Autobahn Motorwerks for the past 20 years. Michael and his team provide great care and expertise in the work that they provide. Their prices are affordable and fair. They go above and beyond in providing honest service and a commitment to keep their customers happy and safe with the work they do. I have been treated like family from Autobahn. I trust their work and am elated by their kind customer service and skill. Hands down, Autobahn is by far the very best shop that you can trust to have your car serviced. I am grateful for their care in servicing my VW.

I was referred here for a motor mount replacement and so thankful! They were responsive, got my car in quick, clear with the issue my Audi A3 was having and very fair on pricing! And they let me know a few other things to watch for with keeping my car running well! Came in to get my AC checked on my 2012 Volkswagen TDI sportwagon. Turns out my compressor was bad and they were able to replace it in less than 3 hours. The shop is a little hidden just have to drive towards the back between the two buildings! Will be returning for my future issues for my Volkswagen.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I payed $800 to get my 2011 mk6 TDI tuned and I didn t like the tune I got. I have Called plenty and plenty of times for the guy to retune my car but they just never seem to answer.

Brought my Mk5 GTI there for a PPI late last year and Chris (Kris?) gave a full run down on the platform and what to look out for on it. Been going there every few months for repairs and diagnosis. They make good judgements and do clean work. Pretty fair prices for the quality (still FAR cheaper than dealer prices). You can tell they've been doing VW/Audi vehicles for a loong time. They did a carbon cleaning, DSG change, and injector replacement on my car as requested and at a cheaper price than the dealer but they didn't go with my request of giving me the old injectors and taking before/after pics of the intake valves.

The guys here are extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and it is clear my vehicle is always in good hands. Cannot recommend this place enough. I feel like only buying VW and Audi because I have finally found a shop that I trust.

I've now brought multiple vehicles to Autobahn. They are very professional and saved me money. I had no idea my car was still under warranty. They had a hunch and checked with the dealership, and it was! So I towed my car to the dealership and got it repaired for free under the warranty. Above and beyond service.Took my car back to them after that fix to get new brakes and rotors. I trusted them enough for them to decide if front and back needed it. They said only the back and advised me when I would need to do the front.I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Been trying to reach the tuner here for almost 5 days now they always say they will let him know or they said he has your number and would call you but haven t heard back kinda sucks cause they are one of very few that tune the tdi jettas

They have serviced my 2000 VW Turbo diesel Beetle with skill, knowledge, and reliability all at a cost savings compared to dealer service prices. I known these guys for few years now, they have done amazing work on my 1990 Corrado and 2007 Passat. I just had my 2014 Audi A6 TDI serviced here on regular maintenance. Very friendly people, on time and reliable. They are very experienced and know what they are doing. Reasonable on price and very clean shop. I will highly recommend them to my family, friends and anyone that needs any repairs. Im glad I met these guys. It s always a positive and supportive experience when I visit Autobahn Motorwerks. They came highly recommended from a friend; I m glad I took her advice. Prices are great, appointments are easy, work seems quality, they re knowledgeable and they take the time to answer all of my questions. There was also an occasion where they cleaned all my windows, changed a bulb and checked my brakes and belts as a courtesy during an o/s. He caught a serious issue with my belts that allowed me to address it promptly, keeping my car running and my family safe.

I was referred by another tuner to Derek by name, and was not disappointed! He and the rest of the techs were both knowledgeable And friendly, showing me the parts as they explained what the service would entail for my Audi. I left the garage as Derek headed back to work on a clutch and thought to myself, Wow, when was the last time I got more than I paid for? . Well, this is the place. My sincere thanks to the professionals there, I look forward to seeing you next time I need anything for my car. I also would tell anyone with an Audi or VW to head over there for service or tuning needs, you will not be disappointed and can be assured a fair price.Oh, Also a monumental thanks for fixing the stereo, the dealer said it would cost $150...

A little challenging to get through on the phone sometimes but I had my rear brakes on my 2017 Beetle done for half the cost of the dealership but with really quality parts in a friendly and professional manner.

I wish I knew about this place months ago. I've been taking my VW around from shop to shop trying to get my car repaired. No one could figure out the problem until Autobahn Motorwerks. They had an answer for me the same day. Prices were reasonable. Very happy with Autobahn. Definitely will be back, if I need further repairs.

I want to thank Michael for taking me in when they were technically supposed to be closed, the day before New Year's Eve. The ignition lock in my Jetta was shot and I couldn't turn my key and to start the car. I called and was able to get it fixed, same day! I am so glad I took it to Autobahn and not the dealership. The guys there were friendly and didn't try to overcharge or sell me on extra repairs, being that I'm a young female. I very much appreciate that, and will 100% be bringing my Jetta back in the future. Thanks again, Michael!

Had my car in for a complete AC replacement (apprx $1500) They were able to get me in at short notice as i needed my vehicle later the same week. They called the moment they'd completed the job just in time to take off for the road! Reliable and know what theyre doing as far as what needs taken care of

It's definitely a recommended go-to if you have an Audi or VW. Guys that know their stuff and do great work. Was diagnosed and had stuff worked on in less than 2 days. Great prices, too!

I have been going to Derek for 6 years now and I know that my car will be taken care of properly, efficiently, and reasonably priced. I have never been sold anything the car hasn't needed. And if you take your car to Autobahn, your Audi won't need much. Great place for car repairs.

Brought my mk6 TDi and they did my timing belt. I dropped it off right before close and they had it ready the very next day before close. Incredibly fast work and well worth the money (that's less than dealer). I'll be looking at tuning options soon and will be contacting them about it.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

After having had my 2014 Audi Q5 previously serviced only at Audi dealerships, I was apprehensive about having it serviced anywhere else. Knowing my 75,000 maintenance and brake/rotor replacement would be expensive, I searched for an independent Audi service specialist and found Autobahn Motorwerks. I am glad I did. They knew exactly what to do and did it with OEM-equivalent parts for less than half the price. I will definitely return when I need future service.UPDATE 12/20/19 - An "Audi Adaptive Headlight: Defective" warning light suddenly appeared on my Q5. I did not see anything wrong with the headlights. The next morning I called the local dealer to ask if they could run a diagnostic check to further identify and isolate the issue. The dealer stated I would have to make an appointment and would charge $165 just to do that. I then called Autobahn MotorWerks.They invited me to come in right away and would check it out. I did that. They stated I would need a new cornering light. They replaced it. Less than an hour later I was on my way home - issue resolved! The total cost was considerably less than the dealers diagnostic fee! Previously I have had them perform regular maintenance service performed four times and a complete brake and rotor replacement. I continue to be a very satisfied customer. It is definitely worth my 1.5 hour round trip from Goodyear.FURTHER UPDATE 10/13/20 - Unfortunately, my last visit was so disappointing I am lowering my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars. Per Audi's maintenance schedule, the 115,000 service on my Audi Q5 TDI includes a refill of Ad Blue diesel emissions fluid. In each of the four prior 10,000 mile maintenance services provided by Autobahn Motorwerks, the Ad Blue refill was included. This time, it was not. I did not realize this until 12 days/450 miles after service when my Ad Blue Refill notification appeared on my MID. When I returned to the shop, I was told Ad Blue service was every 20,000 miles per the Mitchell maintenance schedule they use. They said they do not use the Audi maintenance schedule. This contradicts what I was first told when I started taking my car here nearly four years ago. At that time, I was told they perform the same scheduled maintenance that the dealer does. Regardless, their comment that the Ad Blue refill is every 20,000 contradicts the service they performed previously. I tried to show the Audi maintenance schedule that I brought up on my phone, but there was no interest by the shop in looking at it. Upon further questioning, I also learned they did not check the battery, despite Audi's maintenance schedule stating this should be done as well. This experience makes me wonder what other shortcuts were taken.I still give them three stars for the great service I was previously provided and low costs. They do seem to do good work. If I go back, I will have to make sure they follow the Audi schedule so my car can remain at tip top shape and the remaining emissions warranty does not get jeopardized.

Best place to take your VW or Audi. Michael has always been honest and fair with all the repairs to our Audi TT. Recently took my car for an alignment at BrakeMasters (huge mistake), and they claimed I needed 1300 worth of repairs before they could align the car. Immediately took it to Michael and they fixed the couple of minor issues for half the cost. The car runs like new again without additional unnecessary repairs.

Dishonest. $120 for an oil change? Come on. Also they perpetually have had to fix their own work after we leave the shop only to see that the car is broken in a whole new way. Not going back.
