I don t know how to fully express how happy I am with the service here. This was the first accident I had ever been in and all my friends/family told me you ll be out of a car for awhile . Not the case here; Auto Pros Collision Center had the work done in less than a weeks time. The whole process was about 3.5 or 4 weeks, but the first 3 weeks was just waiting for the insurance to approve the repair. The work also came out phenomenal. I was amazed with how the car looked when I first pulled into the shop. The fitment of the panels, the paint job, and the attention to detail was superb! The detailer here even cleaned it up real nice for me. I was also happy to hear that this shop uses OEM parts which is huge. Eddie (the estimator) did a great job giving me updates every few days and it was also great to talk to him about cars since he s a huge car guy himself! Beyond pleased with the work and I will definitely be coming back if I ever get into another accident *knock on wood that I don t though*. The first two photos are before and the last two are after the repair. Let the work speak for itself!

So I had a very bad experience today here at auto pros I brought back the rental they gave me turns out there was a scratch costs me $750 out of my pocket and they didn't even leave my car right very disappointed tried to speak to the manager he left the premises the ladies in the front desk were cool tried to call the manager would not answer I am very disappointed in my Law Group that recommended me this place. I would have at least wanted a lower rate since I just brought my car to them for a lot of money. Here's my advice, don't get the rental car they have it will cost you out of your pocket. It did to me. I am a very broke Single Dad that did not deserve for this company to pray on me like this . They forgot to put the emblems on the back 0f my car omg it was there since the 7th anyways this is my rant .Very disappointed .

Everyone here has been so helpful and nice. Jose had excellent communication and was kind every time I called. I was involved in a rear end accident and from the day my car was dropped off, I ve had excellent communication, my car was fixed in a timely manner. I m very grateful for a good job that they did on my car! Thank you Auto Pros it s been a pleasure having you guys fix my car! The first picture is the After.. they did amazing!!

Absolute best place to take your car for repairs. Wether it be you were in an accident or just need some regular work done. THIS IS THE PLACE TO COME!!! Make sure you ask for Jose. He is the ABSOLUTE BEST. He was so patient with me and listened and understood ALL my concerns. Jose ALWAYS kept me up to date about my vehicle and really has made fixing my car an overall joy. Jose made sure he explained every little thing to me and as well as answered every tedious question I asked (even if I repeated myself ). My car looks SPECTACULAR. You can't even tell I was rear ended. And oh man he gave her (my car) the BEST wash I ever seen in my life. I've never seen my baby sparkle so much and the inside looked and smelled glorious. I really honestly couldn't have asked for a better auto repair team. Jose and his crew are absolutely amazing. Don't waste your time looking at any other places they'll just sell you on hopes and dreams and upcharge you Jose is very straight forward, honest and doesn't over charge for anything. He's very reasonable and understandable. And again you can't even tell I was rear ended his work is immaculate. COME HERE AND MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR JOSE!!!! Amazing staff! Always able to get a hold of them, if not trust Auto pro collision will give a call back with in the same day. My insurance wasn't helpful at all when I was involved in a accident! Auto Pros Collisson is the one who also helped me to get my insurance to help me! This company sure does go out of there way to make sure you as the customer is satisfied and happy. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Fast and friendly service. I took my car in for front end damage and it came back looking brand new! They were very informative and kept me updated weekly on the process of getting my vehicle fixed. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for auto body work.

The worst place for any kind of repairs. Got in an accident in June, didn t get my car back until October and it took forever and the body shop blamed everyone from vendors they were using like discount tire and Toyota and blaming the insurance. When I finally got the call in October to come for the car, there was sensors failing and the car had spots that weren t buffed correctly. You would think that on a 30 something thousand fix they would make sure to double check everything especially since they had already kept the car four months. Anyways now it s December and I barely was able to get the issues resolved in which I had to do on my own time since auto pros didn t have the courtesy to fix while the vehicle was in their possession. Whatever you do, don t take your vehicle here.

Amazing customer service. They made sure to inform me of everything going on throughout the entire process. My vehicle was in and out of the shop and they had it looking brand new. I highly recommend this shop.

My car was damaged in a parking lot while I was parked. When the other party's insurance company finally accepted liability, I did not hesitate to call Fernando. He had previously fixed my driver's mirror and was responsive and extremely helpful. I sent him the quote the insurance company sent me (because of covid - it was done via photos, but Fernando assured me if there were additional damage, he would reach out to the insurance company). Fernando even set up my Enterprise rental. It was a stress-free experience. It took no time for the body shop to order the parts needed to repair my vehicle and I was able to bring it in within 2 business days. When I dropped off my car, Enterprise did not show up (their fault not the body shop's) and Fernando personally dropped me off to save me time. It was suppose to be a 4 day repair, but Fernando and his team found additional damage and notified me immediately. They dealt with the insurance company and I didn't have to do a thing. I picked up my car last night, and the team did an AMAZING job. The side of my car that was damaged looks brand new and they definitely took the time and precision to ensure my vehicle was up and running with no issues. Getting into a car accident is terrifying, dealing with an insurance company is frustrating, and having your car fixed at an auto shop is stressful (I have gotten my car fixed at other shops before and they were very unresponsive). However, Auto Pros Collision Center will take the stress off your shoulders. I highly recommend Fernando and his team to take care of you when you need it the most!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my vehicle to Auto Pros after my car accident. They left my car like new and always kept me updated throughout the whole process. They definitely went the extra mile to ensure my car was fixed perfectly and all my questions were always answered. Everyone I spoke with was always so kind and helpful. Amazing customer service from start to beginning, I was kept informed from the time my vehicle was being inspected till the time it was deemed totaled . Mayra was very professional and amazing to talk to great customer service . I will be returning for any collision repairs in the future.

Worst body shop ever this shop is linked to some law group offices that they tell you there going to help you with your car and this shop picks your car up from your home to store it at there facility to make money in storage fees than the insurance doesn't want to pay much for your car cause the storage fees are to high don't go to this body shop or if the law firm refers you there dont accept it take it to any shop besides the one that the law firm refers you auto pros just want to take your money

I went to Auto Pros because I got rear ended and I had a great experience with their body shop. Jose and everyone at the collision center really took care of me and went above and beyond. They were quick to tow my car when other insurance from accident wouldn't pick up. Then they assisted me with estimation and vehicle sale. They made it a smooth and seamless transaction. The staff was extremely friendly and understanding. Their professionalism was 5 star!

Jose and the team over at auto pros collision center fixed my front bumper that was torn off in a minor car accident. They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. Now it looks brand new. Great quality work done ! Love the staff all very kind and happy to assist you with any question. Kyle was always so helpful providing updates on the progress of the vehicle. I brought my vehicle in for repairs. Everyone was extremely nice and professional, but more important the car was repaired perfect and I got my car back in less than a week.
