Auto Glass Replacement came out on time, replaced 2 of our windshields. Techs were professional and thorough. Brian set us up initially and we were very happy with the service. Would highly recommend !

My car insurance could not cover the windshield because I did not have a full window coverage. I was told by my insurance that I will be liable for 1000 dollar deductible first.BRIAN was on the 3 way call with them during all these stressful times, being understanding throughout the entire process. He stayed on the line after agent left and he continued to help and be understanding of the entire situation.He was able to pull the best rates immediately and recommended products that I could afford with a cash price. I called a few companies that were known for their low price, guess what, this company's offer was 300 dollars less than the other company. For third party glasses(oem compatible) was huge 100 dollars cheaper!Some companies are out to get you during the stressful times. I wasn't sure if I could drive another day with this windshield crack. He kept on top of communication and was super accurate with his delivery.This company hires a quality serviceman too. Friendly and professional. Gave me many tips on caring for the new glass after replacing it. Called on Friday, they came out Saturday morning and replaced my daughter's windshield within 30 min he came and left . Job well done

Brian did an excellent job setting up my replacement. The technician, Hector, was very friendly and entirely professional. He was finished before I knew it and my truck was back to perfection. All I can say is, these guys were on top of it, the other big guys ( SL) said it would be two weeks before they could get me in, I called AGR and Brian picked up right away and got everything setup through my insurance, he also located the windshield that is only available through the dealer at this time.The installer showed up at my house in the time frame I was quoted, Hector was very efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up. the guy that calibrated the safety system was extremely professional. Bottom line, I couldn't be any happier, I will definitely use AGR for my future auto glass needs.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I had a great experience at AZ Auto Glass. My insurance told me Safelight was a week out, but Brian was able to squeeze me in next day. They came out to my job (which is a jail so not the easiest location) and were able to get everything done quickly and professionally. The installer even cleaned out all the broken glass in my trunk which was super nice. I was definitely pleased with their customer service and timely scheduling! Will definitely be back next time I get broken glass (which in AZ I'm sure will happen sooner rather than later.)Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great work! Everything ran smoothly! Brian on the phone was able to get my insurance claim taken care of and immediately get two guys to get the work done! The ETA was between 3 and 5 and they arrived right at 3! Rain was in the way but the guys were so comprehensive and were able to work with me while I looked for a workable spot! The two guys who were replacing were so humble and amazing!! I super recommend this service!

Great experience! Very fast and high quality service. They drove all the way from Peoria to Gilbert to accommodate my request on the day and time that was convenient for me. This was my first time using this company and I was super pleased with my experience! My insurance company was not responding or being helpful but Brian from AZ Auto Glass Replacement made sure to regularly follow up and assist with helping me in any way they could. This company has hands down the best customer service. It has been a long time since I have felt like I got more than what i paid for from any business. However this company sure showed me what treating a customer should be like. Fast, friendly, reliable, professional, great quality work and product. Having to deal with a quite of few glass companies Auto Glass Replacement is by far the best! Great customer service. I had two vehicles done at the same time. Brian handled the job very well. Explained the process and got it done! Worked with my schedule and came to my house the next day! Brian is on top of it!

Well taken care of and an affordable company ordered the first day they came the same day to fix the window well done professionally installed and I will be using this company again for future windshield damages they will drive to your house and do the installation there or wherever you are located at. Really pleased with my experience. Yesterday my car was broken into at a Circle K and my entire driver side window was shattered. Called these guys and they got me set up for a next day appointment at my apartments. The techs were friendly and trustworthy. The customer service rep was SUPER nice, did exactly what he said he would do and just overall was great. I will likely be using them again when I replace my windshield. Thank you!

Will definitely return. Extremely easy to work with, worked around my schedule, were fast, efficient, and a breeze to deal with. Definitely recommend them If you need to replace a window in your car.

I spoke with a rep. dont remember his name. said he could get me cash back offer. I asked him how long his company had been in business and he said he didnt know...that he was "a little new here" I asked him why they only had 5 reviews which is alarming. Maybe they are deleting the bad ones cause they only have 5 star reviews. I hope google doesnt allow that. I had seen them posting on craigslist and then found them on Google. 200 cash back offer is for restaurant vouchers through a website. Sounds like a bogus deal. they did say they would bring cash with install but then after I asked him if that was the best they could offer he bumped it up 20 dollars. I told him I would be looking around to find the best deal and he gave me a speel about other companies that are not quality installs and they install junk yard glass. which I believe but then he began giving me an attitude and ended up hanging up on me. I have no Idea how they have a 5 star ratting other than a good IT guy working for them. Im glad I got to see their lack of customer service skills prior to installing my windshield.
