Auto Glass Clinic did an amazing job replacing the windshield on my truck. Jeff was very helpful and 100% honest in setting everything up and working with my insurance. Victor was on time, polite and did a flawless job on the actual installation. They even handled the calibration of the lane keeping sensors, all completed at my home.I ve never had a good experience with windshield replacement until today. Can t recommend this company highly enough.

I've used this glass company for several years for my windshield glass repair needs, which is about 3-5 times a year on average. I've never had issues scheduling and having a glass repair specialist show up to get the job done. Kyle and Rivan (previous manager) used to take great care of me. Candy has been helpful as well.When scheduling an appointment to get my glass fixed again, I was informed that my glass repair has gone up from $200 to $245 by voicemail. I called back same day, and got another representative which she confirmed of the price increase. I told her to keep my appointment as scheduled for today, which is between 1-4 pm. It was almost 3 pm, and still no one showed up or called for my repair. So I called them and Candy answered. Turns out she said the girl from yesterday put a note that I hand cancelled my appointment for today.Unbelievable, I guess this company doesn't want my business which is easily $800 a year. The girl owes me an apology. I also needed my windshield repaired, as I am leaving out of town on Thursday on a road trip. Don't use this company as they have incompetent staff that doesn't understand when you take the time to call to confirm. Who knows how many more appointments have been cancelled or no shows due to this one person who shouldn't be taking phone calls period and being on the front lines.

I had my windshield replaced by these guys last week and have no complaints. The cash back offer is legit. The person who scheduled my appointment was very friendly. The tech called me an hour ahead of time as I requested. Once he arrived, he replaced my windshield in no time at all. It was all very covenant. I will use them in the future for sure.

I am so impressed with the customer service and how quickly they responded to my request. Once I filed my claim they came to replace my windshield the very next morning. My car looks brand new again and that awful crack has now been replaced with this quality windshield.Also because my insurance worked with Auto Glass Clinic, they even cut me a check for $100.00 it was that easy and handed to me upon completion of my car. I'm amazed and if I ever need to get my windshield replaced again ( Hopefully not!) I'll definitely know who I can reach out to and trust.

I have actually been there on two different occasions once for my Kia Sportage, then again for my Chevy Motorhome I and received excellent customer service, completed in minimal time.

They recommended a company to tint my windows and installed the tinted replacement windshield. Reliable, friendly and very professional. They worked with me and the tinter to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. My installer was victor. He s been installing windshields for 20+ years. You can t beat the kind of service. Definitely the best experience I have had for a windshield replacement. The customer service is outstanding. They were able to work with me on time and I received a call 30 minutes prior to let me know the gentleman was on his way. I would absolutely recommend Auto glass Clinic to my family and friends. We called and the price was the best we found. They came out and replaced one windshield and repaired our other windshield in a few hours. Victor was very helpful and experienced in his work. I recently had to have my windshield repaired and a friend of mine told me to call auto glass clinic. I m so thankful I did! They gave me a very reasonable quote, answered any and all questions i had and were able to accommodate my busy schedule. They came out the next morning and did an amazing job on my windshield. I was on my way to Mayo hospital from Yuma when all of a sudden my passenger rear window blew out shattering everywhere on my Chevy Silverado. My insurance company found Auto Glass Clinic to repair my window. Within an hour Kyle called me and he made my appointment for the next morning. They came to me on time, very perfessional and did an excellent job. They even vacuumed my vehicle. I highly recommend Auto Glass clinic!!Service: Auto side window replacement

They told me the scheduled my appointment for a week later. Here we are a week from my call and they said they have no record of my call. Well I do, 6 minute outgoing call on 8/7. They won't even admit fault pathetic excuse for customer service.

I work for a refrigeration company here in Glendale AZ and have used Auto Glass Clinic recently. The technicians are friendly, courteous and they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our service is done and done right the first time. We recently had a chip repaired on a service truck and the tech noticed that the rubber gasket around the window wasn't securely in place. We thought it would need to be replaced. But Auto Glass Clinic repaired the seal around the windshield without mentioning it to us or charging us more. That is great customer service. He seen it wasn't in the channel and even though he wasn't there to fix it and did it anyways. I will recommend them to anyone who needs glass repairs. They are always on time and always at the max next day service.Great company!!!

I enjoyed my experience with the Auto Glass Clinic staff. Very professional and knowledgeable. To my surprise not only did Gibson waive my $50 insurance deductible, he also installed my driver side window pretty quick. I was in and out of there in no time. Great prices, great staff and great experience all the way around. I'd recommend Auto Glass Clinic to family and friends in a heartbeat.

This is my go to company for all of my auto glass needs! Gibson is very professional and provides such wonderful friendly customer service! They beat everyone s prices and use top quality products! Auto Glass Clinic is a top tier auto glass replacement company. They connected me with my insurance provider to file a claim and ensured that I had an understanding of when they d arrive on my appointment date. The technician forgot to put one of the moldings back on my vehicle after replacing the glass, but Gibson the general manager resolved this quickly. He ordered the part and sent a technician out again right away. I recommend using Auto Glass Clinic for any auto glass service needs.

Having a Jeep Wrangler for the last 5 years replacing windshields are unfortunately a common occurrence Auto Glass Clinic has taken care of me with quality glass professional installation and fair prices. Recommended to anyone looking to having their windshield replaced. Prices so good I had them replace the windshields on two of my cars and can't even put into words how great their service is! They were on time, super professional, expert technician knew his stuff! The care they took to do the job right shows everyday when I drive my car!

AUTO GLASS CLINIC IS GREAT!! So, I usually hate taking my car in for an oil change or any type of service. I don't know much about cars or the cost of services and usually leave with a whopping bill feeling clueless.I had my A7 Audi windshield replaced. I called to make an appointment and they were so helpful, kind and most of all PATIENT (since I had a million questions to ask). Auto glass clinic reasonably quoted me, they were on time with the appointment. My windshield came out looking spotless. Very clean, prompt, knowledgeable and professional!! Couldn't have asked for a more simple and comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend them again and again!!

Perhaps the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair company. Easy and fast setup for the repair, they were able to come out to my vehicle a single business day later. They then did me the ludicrously nice courtesy of driving to my work location for paper signing, as I couldn't be at home for the repair. No fuss or tricks regarding the $100 windshield insurance-covered repair. Being an Arizonan, I've had my share of Loop-202 windshield cracks and have used several other auto glass repair companies. Luckily, I don't need to shop around anymore. Seriously, choose these guys.

I had a great experience working with Auto Glass Clinic. They were so knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. I woke up to 3 broken windows (including my windshield) one morning and they had brand new windows installed for me within hours. What happened to me was barely an inconvenience, thanks to them! I would highly recommend their services.
