What a great experience! Cheri did an amazing job in rescheduling my appointment about 10 times due to my travel schedule. She replied immediately and gave me plenty of options. They initially came out to replace my windshield and did a fantastic job. Unfortunately, they were not able to calibrate my lane keeping system so I had to go to the actual shop to get that calibrated. The extraordinary technician, Joe, texted me and allowed me to come in early. I brought my laptop thinking it would take an hour or so. Wrong. He had me in an out in 15 minutes. Friendly, professional and clean. Their facility is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone. If your insurance works with Auto Glass 2020, don't look elsewhere!

Jose Is The Man & Deserves ARaise ASAP.. Him,Along With Jesse Who Answered My Call Late Night When Other Bigger Competitors Went To Voicemail. This Type Of Effort & Customer Services From Both Men Is Premier & Deserves Higher Compensations.

I had mobile windshield replacement and calibration done. These guys are great! Great customer service and communication. Candice was extremely helpful and friendly. Horrible customer service. Damaged my truck and give the run around on fixing it. Nobody calls you back just passes you to someone else who doesn t answer. Go somewhere else where you get good service and they don t screw u over.

This shop is fraudulent. After getting my referral from my insurance company, I have been unable to get in contact with anyone. I have been waiting all day for my scheduled appointment time but there has been no communication.I would not recommend this company.

Poor installation and did not tint the window as promised. Spoke with the office three different times about getting it completed correctly but they have still yet to do it after two weeks. Very convenient, did great work on my BMW windshield, took care of everything and got the job done fast. Definitely going to use them again for a leaking sunroof on my truck.
