I wouldn t even recommend this company to my worst enemy. They were so unprofessional. I got my windshield replaced in September and when I talked to John Watkins on the phone he made it sound like it was a simple process and they would do everything at my home. When the windshield was replaced, they did not add the tint strip so I reached out to John to let him know. He insisted that he put it on the work order and sent it over to me for proof. In the notes at the bottom he put Do not cut check to client. $200 to (dealership) Zelle only. And when I questioned him he said well did they say they get $200 because we don t do that. He treated me like I had no clue what I was talking about until I mentioned that he had it in the notes that he sent over. I had to wait a whole month for someone to come out and install the tint. The same day I got my windshield replaced, their calibration team was scheduled to come between 11-3. At 3:30 I had to call them to see if they were still coming because nobody told me they were running behind. The guy shows up over an hour late and was not able to calibrate my windshield. He said it was because of the glare from the sun. I let him know that I wasn t happy with the service I received so far from their company and his response was Yeah. I ve heard this same complaint 3 times in the last 2 days. Great. The GM Nick Young called me and when I told him someone else got my incentive he said that wasn t right and that s not how they do business. I pay for my insurance that paid them for the job so he said the money would be going to me. He also said that if I bring my car into their shop they would be able to calibrate it because Audis are sensitive and it needs to be done in a controlled environment. I brought my car to them on a Saturday morning, waited almost 2 hours for them to tell me they weren t able to do it and my only other option was to bring it to an Audi dealership. I work two jobs so I don t have a lot of free time to do this. I was finally able to schedule with the dealership and I gave them the info they needed to cover this. All of a sudden, they let me know that they partner with a company that specializes in Audis and they could send them out the next day. Why was this never told to me? Complete Calibrations came out and they were so professional and knowledgeable. The reason they could not calibrate my windshield is because the gel was not installed properly. Auto Glass 2020 said they ordered the part to fix this and came out today to do that. The calibration company came back after they left just to find out they replaced the WRONG part. Complete Calibrations actually took it upon themselves to call an Audi dealership and get the correct part. He drove to pick it up and came back to install. He was finally able to calibrate my windshield no thanks to Auto Glass 2020. When I asked about my incentive, I was told that the GM misspoke and I was not receiving any money even though it has been a total nightmare dealing with this company since September.
