AA&E has been my mechanic shop for 20+ years. They are the best. Honest and upfront on their work. If something happens, they go out of their way to make it right. They are friendly. They put lots of effort into getting a decent price for parts.Other places may cost a little less but my experience has been it doesn't work out so well in the long run.

This place is fantastic! I had a small emergency with my alternator going out and I was working out of town. I called 2 hours be for closing and Mike took very good care of me. This place is great. Honest and straight forward. I will definitely be back. Even if I have to drive two hours from where I live. Thank you!!

These guys are the best! They are are go-to mechanics for our personal and business vehicles and have been going to them for over 15 years. They keep everything running safely and smoothly. When another shop and even the dealer repeatedly failed to fix my truck correctly, Auto Air and Electric fixed it right the first time. Mike is always honest and straightforward. They do quality work at fair prices and I highly recommend you give them your business.

I won't go anywhere else! I love these guys I tell everyone how trustworthy reliable knowledgeable caring and fair they are. Mike Yokum has taken care of mine & my family's vehicles for decades I trust he and his employees would always put our safety before profit this has been proven time and time again. Mike took the time to walk me through an electrical issue that I was having with a 1999 F350 Power Stroke. The results corrected the issue. Mike was excellent, and had I needed to hire him I would give them the business. Thanks again Mike for your expertise and excellent customer service!Bruce

Mike has a wealth of knowledge and experience to begin with, and I am so grateful that he took the time to actually listen to my lengthy explanations of what I thought my electrical problems were. He fixed it right and charged a fair price which is a refreshing change from recent experiences at other places. I highly recommend his services!

I found this place after I picked up my '97 Toyota Tacoma from Bell Road Toyota Service Center, drove a block, and broke down just in front of Auto Air and Electric's parking lot. To be honest, I was reluctant to go here because the branding looks super sketch, but I didn't exactly have an option.My battery died and my radiator exploded within an hour of each other. Bell Road Toyota replaced my radiator, weren't interested in discovering any underlying issue, but were happy to upsell me on about $1500 of maintenance that I didn't need. I did not get my battery replaced because I know how to replace my own battery and I know the engine runs off of the alternator after getting started. Since my engine stalled out a block away after picking up my truck, it was clear something besides the battery was an issue. Overall I spent nearly $3000 at the Dealership, and they didn't even test drive it.Auto Air and Electric discovered the issue with my alternator, fixed it, and test drove the vehicle to discover two more serious issues that Bell Road Toyota completely missed: a leaking radiator cap, and a separated harmonic balancer. Picked up my vehicle and so far no problems. Cost was just shy of $1,700 - hurts, but fair.Will definitely come here first in the future. Never trusting a dealership again.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

Auto Air & Electric was phenomenal. Mike and the entire crew handled my car with professionalism, honesty and efficiency. Mike guided me through the recommendations and made sure the fixes worked. I can to Auto Air & Electric through a referral and I know why. They are great. My problem was not an easy fix, after being at other places. Mike and the team have earned my loyalty and continued business because of the relationship and work ethic.

Referred from another garage to fix a service engine soon light . It turned out to be a problem in the wiring harness where the wire for the number fuel injector was grounding out on the engine block . It had to be a difficult job at best as I have a Chevy van and they are not easy as to you need to work from inside the truck . Great job and completed in one day . The owner Mike went over everything they did and explained what his employees did and the codes they repaired for the emersion's coming up in Jan. 2023 . Great jobService: Electrical repair

Mike and his team are the best! I took my car to another shop twice, and they couldn't figure out why my car's trunk wouldn't open. I took my car to Mike's shop, and they figured it out and completed repairs in less than two days! I use my car for work, and having the trunk inoperable kept me from working for two weeks while the previous shop failed to diagnose the issue. I wish I had gone to Auto Air and Electric first! Now, I won't take my car anywhere else. They are friendly, quick, and fair. Thank you, Mike and team!

All I can say is that this is the best and most honest mechanic shop I have ever been too. A little of a week ago I got my AC compressor change. Tje service was amazing, I needed this done before a holiday weekend and they not only got the job done but stayed longer than anticipated just so I can pick it up. Please at least check these guys out it is worth your time!!!

From first call to payment and pick up all was on point. $75 look see, was a easy fix for the most part. Had me in and out in the day. Hot air when I arrived, cold comfort when I left. Thank you very much! Straight up pricing, final quote included the inspection fee. Wasn't expecting that. I will be back for any AC needs, and honestly anything else you are able to fix that's broke.

These guys set the bar for how the automotive services business should be done. These days it is difficult to find a shop you trust and you end up going to the dealer for expensive, subpar service. I have brought 5 different vehicles into this shop over the last over 12-13 years. I am always floored by their honesty and professionalism. I rarely hand out referrals but anytime I even hear someone talking about their ac being out or possible electrical problems I highly recommend they go in and see Auto Air and Electrical.Thanks guys!!!

I brought my daughters car in for service. They test drove it and found the issues that were concerning her. I put my Impala in the shop on three separate occasions for the same issue. My car wouldn't start repeatedly. It would start when it wanted to. I replaced the starter three times, thinking of fixing the issue. I was finally referred to Auto, Air,and Electric. They fixed my car the same day. The customer service was great. They explained everything from the beginning to help me better understand the issue. Highly recommended!!

My parents have been taking their cars to Mike for years. I m very picky about who works on my cars so when my truck broke down I decided to give Auto Air and Electric a chance and brought it into the shop. Mike was honest and straight forward about the necessary repairs. They did quality work and provided excellent customer service. The shop really helped me out! Had an Astro van that was sitting for a while had brought it to other shops to locate a parasitic draw and no mechanics at either shop could locate it even after weeks of looking. These guys found it in a day and got it back to me quickly fixed my problem and I ve had no issues with it. Great work get your vehicle back too fast and they do a great job of keeping you updated. Couldn t ask for anything more!
