I just want say thank you very much to the owner to sit down w me and take his time trying to find the right tires for my bike. He asked about my riding style and looked at my bike for fitment. He took 30 to 45 minutes of his own time to make sure I was fitted right. It s not that often that an owner/expert will do that. Most shops I have been to they just want to slap tires on and send you on your way. I really appreciate his professional advice and the knowledge and kindness of his shop mechanics. My Dyna looks great and rides like I stole it. I went w metzler marathon ultra 180/17/60 for the rear and 110/90/19 front. Looks awesome and fitment is perfect

What can I say, Johnny Goodson and his team brought my 85 softail back to life with fantastic fabrication of a rear fender, new bars, basically new everything. I was given updates along the way and exceeded my expectations beyond description. Definitely a very hard and honest guy that knows his motorcycles. Bought a used bike from HD. Immediately it went here. Kind and professional. AWESOME DOGGO BELLA . Just a great experience with a great bike 2013 V-Rod. Brought in my 2020 1200 sporty for needed work , upon picking up my v-Rod. Johnny has knowledge and will share his tips on better performance with you as a rider. . Got to give these guys another 5 star As during Sturgis 22 , did I notice I had an oil leak out of the exhaust during my trip. Consulted with Johnny over the phone the symptoms I noticed prior to me being able to get the bike into him and Dan, wanting to have an idea of what to expect. (I knew it would be in their hands for some time, and I have slight separation anxiety issue with my Harley lol) Again, they provided the best and most informing customer service, as I knew this wasn t a minor transaction. My engine was hurt and needed to have the cylinder walls bored out due to damage, top end gasket kit replaced, new pistons, exhaust/intake valves, etc. I was receiving photos and updates throughout the whole process. And at pickup, Johnny dropped EVERYTHING he was working on to consult me on the service and how to care for the newly refreshed engine for break in. I couldn t be more grateful for this infamous duo!! I won t take my girl anywhere else. Thanks guys

I had some customization done on my bike. Johnny did an unbelievable job at making the ideas I had for my bike come to life. His work is so superb that I felt that this work is the kind of work celebrities get done on their bikes. To top it off he is honest, genuine, and trustworthy. You are crazy if you take your bike anywhere else other than to Arizona Custom Cycles to get work done.

Extremely satisfied! I bought a custom bike and brought it to AZ Custom Cycle. I didn t know what I was into, but Johnny and his crew took care of me. They gave it a good going through, took care of a couple of oil leaks and an air bag leak. The tanks were rusted, and I was worried any repairs might ruin the custom paint. Johnny stayed late several days to get the tanks cleaned, washed, and sealed the right way and saved the tanks. I m so happy with the work they did, I trust them enough to bring my Dad s old shovel head in to have them get it going again. Highly recommend!Services: Carburetor cleaning, Engine repair

This was my first experience and will not be the last. What started with prompt answering of emails and questions turned into a new fabrication that no other shop even thought of. Exceptional service and quality of fabrication. Can not say enough about Johnny and his attention to detail.

I m definitely not a bike tech. So I brought my 16 Slim into Johnny and the boys to talk about different customization ideas and strategies. Johnny spent a significant amount of time to understand my vision, provide his professional advice, and help me lay out a plan to get my bike where I want it and how to prioritize the steps. Though my dream list is long, Johnny explained why we needed to start first with stance, ride height, and touch points prior to more making other performance or cosmetic changes. In addition to looking at parts and different styles online, talking about his builds and the bikes in the shop, he took my vision and gave me really cool ideas that I had not considered.We agreed to first start with lowering my bike. He provided me a timeline and quote. Final price was 15% under budget and completed a week early. Super happy with how the bike rides and it looks thousand times better. Thank you for the education and doing what you said you would for the price you committed to. Digging the ride big time!I ll be back soon with phase two!

Johnny and his team took my custom bike that was not street legal and running rough and turned into a gorgeous machine. Professional, to the point, and concerned about safety of the rider above all else.Though I hope to never have an issue w/ my bike again, *when* I do, I'm calling Johnny and his team.Also: b/c my bike is custom and not titled, his man suggested where I could go to get assistance. In 2 hrs my 23 yr old custom bike (passed on from deceased relative) was titled, registered, and legal. Saw that the place old and ran down. So after my dads bike was serviced. I called in asked if interested in a remodel to the gentleman that answered, very nice kid. He put me on hold to talk to the owner, and with out any decency to tell me himself he made the kid say this. This property has an asbestos material on it mixed with 70% concrete the rest asbestos from the 60s. When it starts to break its now in the air! Simply wanted to give him a new one. For zero dollars. Smh. We keep saying it s 2023 but yet we don t open our minds to obvious things.Service: Delivery

I was very impressed by Dan. He found and fixed an issue I had forgotten to tell him about prior to my service. He is very thorough and detailed in his work. My bike was riding great afterword. I will definitely be coming back for service in the future.Update: I had a mechanical failure and brought my bike in for maintenance. The owner knowing this is my only vehicle offered to come in on his day off to repair my motorcycle so I could get back on the road and get to work. He sacrificed his personal time for me! I am very thankful to the owner and workers of Arizona Custom Cycles. Thank you for helping me.

Great shop! Johnny and his team really know their stuff and I trust them completely with my bike. They are always willing to answer my questions and offer the best advice. As a newer rider I really appreciate that. They are honest, fair, experts at what they do and always helpful. I highly recommend them.

Johnny has been working on my bike for about 5 years, ever since I laid it down. Great service, great price, always calls me before repair to keep me apprised on the the price and time to repair. Plus he knows what looks great, would recommend him to anyone

Had a 40 year old Suzuki into the shop for some major work and was extremely pleased with the level of workmanship and integrity of service I received. They went way above what I have received in the past on that bike in explaining what needed to be done and what the cost would be for different options.. A job well done by Johnny and his crew!!

Date 6/11/2020Took my bike in to have a rear tire swapped out. Dan was quick to produce a quote and even gave advice on some products to considered.They were very busy, all lifts were taken and had many more to work on, but they were still able to turn it around by the next day.Thanks again, Johnny and Dan!Date 2/11/2020I write this review with the highest regards. Johnny and Dan are a killer team!I went in knowing I wanted higher bars for my Wide Glide, but I couldn't decide between Z bars or T bars and what height. With their opinion and advice, I went with 14" T Bars and they are perfect! I'm a taller guy so these bars make the bike much more comfortable.Even though they had a decent amount of bikes, they turned my bike around 3 days ahead of schedule.On a more personal level both Johnny and Dan are solid guys. They have a wealth of knowledge and they are great when you're just picking their brain.I appreciate it guys!

I brought them a friends bike that had been sitting for over a year. Danny told me exactly what was wrong with it, exactly what needed to be done, and an estimate of what it would cost. A couple of days later the bike was finished as promised. It has been a month and I have had no issues with this bike. I have called them with follow-up questions and they have been more than happy to answer my questions. I can't say that I look forward to bringing my bike back for repairs, but I do feel confident that it will be fixed correctly and at a fair price. I highly recommend Johnny and Danny

I ve been riding for over 50 years and in all that time I haven t found a shop that provides better service at fairer prices. Johnny did some custom body parts for my bike, switched out the old tour pack, custom paint and sound system all done perfectly and at a very fair price. His skills are outstanding.Thanks Johnny.

Outstanding service, a REAL Mechanic/Technician! I stopped in by chance not knowing about his shop or experience, Without an appointment and from out of town (Chicago). having an issue with my/throttle lock. John dropped what he was doing to look at it. He got me back on the road and with a smile on my face in 20 minutes! I just had the bike in for warranty service work at a Triumph dealer in the area and when I asked 2 service techs and a parts counter person about it they couldn't offer any advice on the repairs. Some Techs just replace parts. John has a mechanical knowledge to actually fix and repair. Thank you, Johnny!

Johnny's cycle shop is professional and handled my needs in a timely and friendly manner getting the job done. Had to have my custom towed to his shop and Johnny communicated with me on the regular to make sure I knew what the problem was and how he was going to take care of it for me. Arizona Custom Cycles I highly recommend.

I initially brought my 19 Road Glide to Johnny in Feb or March to upgrade to the Native Customs wide front tire and it turned out awesome. Whoever he uses for paint is good. I came back shortly thereafter and had AZCS upgrade to the rear Legend suspension and electric center stand...The custom bracketry work he did for mounting the compressor and wiring for both units was professional and clean. THEN I came back to them to upgrade my HD 131 to a Feuling cam, cam plate, oil pump, clutch, compensator, and and oil filler vented cap to handle the added power. Overall I am really happy with Johnny's work. He keeps a clean shop, keeps his work area clean and organized (being ex military I look for that in a shop). He knows his stuff and is reliable on his recommendations for what to do/not do...as in his solid recommendation on what cam to use for my kind of riding. I can only guess he holds his other techs to a high standard as well. I recommend Johnny Goodson and AZ Custom Cycles. I'm a big displacement rider for 40 years and I appreciate professionalism when it comes to my machines. So much so that he and I are planning a custom build with the S&S T143. I am confident that with his history of building custom bikes, its gonna be a beauty. What the hell. Taxes are going up so might as well spend it now. Always been there whenever I needed his help.i happened to be riding by one say stopped and asked him to check a vibration in my bike. He never made it out of the parking lot .he turned around pulled my bike in and told me I wasn't going anywhere. He put my bike on the lift and in 1 minute showed me the giant egg that was not supposed to be on my 250 rear tire I'm not sure I would have made it home. Great honest work and always reasonable. I also brought him a friend's bike that had not been ridden in 10 years. The work was being done so he could sell his Roadking. As soon as he saw his bike after it was serviced it was no longer for sale!!!! Not only did he do a great job,his pricing was and is always reasonable

Wow, so happy Johnny Goodson and the boys did a great job on my bike. I had some suspension and custom work done and could not be happier. I had a terrible experience at independent motorcycle in Chandler, but Johnny Goodson from Arizona Custom Cycles made all that go away. I suggest you don't go to the shop for convenience. you ride as far as you have to to get to the best shop and that's Arizona Custom Cycles I can promise you that.
