Bruce is reasonable, reliable and knowledgeable. Something you don't experience much these days. They do quality work and even help out after the repair, (my car sits very low to the ground). He goes above and beyond with options to make sure you get the best value. Very easy going with a friendly staff of mechanics too. I highly recommend them.

After being involved in a minor wreck, Bruce quoted me a price upfront and when all was said and done the price was the same in the back end. I HIGHLY Recommend this Business! Owner Bruce Grabber his collision specialist has repaired my 2014 Hyundai Elantra like new after three no-fault accidents since 2016. Bruce is amazing! He helped my Mom get her car repaired after a collision and we couldn't be happier with the results. It's like she has a new car! It handles better than it did before the accident and looks amazing. Even the interior was detailed! The insurance was going to total the car and that would have been a problem for my mom. Bruce stepped in. I don't know what he did if anything, but the insurance company decided it was worth fixing and now she has a "like new" car again. It was pretty fast turnaround too. I would give Bruce 10 stars if Google would let me! Thanks, Bruce, for taking such great care of my Mom and her car.

I think the owner Bruce runs the most honest shop. They do great work.2nd time needing his service .My car was stolen and they did a bunch of damage .Bruce is making it like new .

In December 2016, I was side swiped by a reckless hit and run driver and found myself with a dangling left side view mirror. I was quoted prices of over $300 to replace it. Az. Collision Center of Phoenix was recommended to me by my tire company as being fairly priced. Bruce (the son) was so kind and helpful. He fixed my dangling mirror within 20 minutes and as of today it is still perfectly in place. The father was also kind. I would recommend this place. They were great!!!!!

I chose AZ Collision center after my car was in an accident and was given this business an an option by the insurance company. Bruce was friendly and answered my questions and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. I liked getting the text message updates on the progress on my car. I would recommenced them to anyone needing body work done on a car. My car looks good as new.

Well, when it comes to the quality of work I would give them a -1 star. I was looks ng for professional work and I ran into the worst amateurs in Phoenix.The only reason I used them was cause it was on a Saturday and I was on my way to Texas.Anyone that may have doubts about my comment. They can come and check it out in Odessa Tx.I'm going to have to have a professional fix it.The only thing Arizona Collision was good at was charging. They charged me $300.00 dollars for a job that usually goes for less than $ 200.00.I didn't mind paying the 300 bucks if the work was done right.

I had an accident with my car and this place was recommended by my insurance company, they are amazing! Ordered all new parts and didn't go aftermarket and the friendliest people ever! Always ready to answer questions and help me in any way I needed. They even cleaned my car for me after it was repaired and now it looks brand new! Thanks guys!!

I can't say enough nice things about this place. Bruce was awesome... Got the run around and high quotes from several places. I highly recommend these guys!!

Awful experience they took a long time after they told me my car was going to be done in one week but then took 2 weeks and I called 3 different times to see if my car was done when they said it would be done. I talked to 3 different people who all claimed to be shop manager. Very unhappy I will never go back. Don't waste your time with this place.
