Andy s repaired my vehicle after a theft and accident while I was in a different state and I am so thankful! They communicated with me throughout the entire process. Thank you so much Brian and team.Edit: after getting my car back, I am changing my review since multiple things were not fixed. Back antenna and roof was left pulled apart by thieves, trunk is off centered in closing from a rear end, and replaced bumper moldings were not fully secured. We have already had to secure it ourselves with zip ties since getting the car back a week ago. Just little things that weren t done to restore vehicle that I could not catch because I was not able to view the car in person. Again, very grateful for all of the communication all of the way and other work done! I wish vehicle had been fully restored but it is too late now.

I've used Andy's collision center for over 15 years, never had an issue with any of their repairs. Their painter has excellent skills at colour matching as well. Ron and Mike are awesome service writers and will always get you taken care of.Andrews Atwood

If you're looking for a quality and trustworthy place to take your vehicle, stop looking and take it to Andy's! Mike L. the manager was amazing and worked hard to accommodate me and my vehicle. On two separate occasions he went above and beyond to treat and bill me fairly. I rarely leave reviews, but he and the team were so excellent I feel compelled to do so. Thanks to an elderly gentleman who decided to back out of a parking space just as I was it was necessary to take my van to Andy's Collision. It is only 3 miles from home and easy to get to. Work was completed in a weeks time and looks just like new. Appreciate the great care and work. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Would definitely use them again and recommend them......just hope I don't ever have to. Thank you so much!

They did a great job on my repair after being hit in a parking lot. My only complaint is how long it took to get in and to repair the vehicle but kinda how it goes with insurance designated repair shops. I was hit in August of 2022 and didn t get an appointment until the end of January 2023. Otherwise, the whole process was smooth, they updated me regularly when they had my car in the shop and it was very smooth getting my rental car. Would recommend.

First didn't acknowledge presence for 10 minutes. Then told him my insurance said I had appt at 1pm. He not taking appt for estimates till next week. He finally came out and took pics of my car. Then oddly he said he would send to my insurance company. He knew the name and email me. Never asked my email address. Then said could not repair till SEPT. Today is May 12. Like seriously!! He said take pay out from insurance and come back then or find someone else. Have not had many accidents or repairs but seemed strange way of doing business.

This place is awesome!!! We dropped off my wife's car for collision repair and these guys helped install my carbon fiber front lip for nothing. Very professional and experienced folks, thank you guys and I look forward to getting our "Berthea" back looking brand new again!!!

My family and I have been using Andy s Body Shop on Cavecreek Rd for year s. It doesn t matter if a minor or major repair, they all come out perfect. Ron in the office and Bert in shop are experts in their fields and are great to deal with. Andy's Collision is amazing!! Ron and Mike worked hard and efficiently to get my car done in a timely manner since I had to rent a car. Amazing people & customer service. And great work done to my car. I LOVE IT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Probably the best customer service, care and communication I've ever received at a shop before. Not only were they able to send someone (the most genuinely good guy around) with me to get my car from the dumpster fire of a shop I initially wanted to work with, they walked around the car with me and went over the work that was going to be done. They were very informative, friendly and quick to get things moving. I can't express enough how thankful I am to have found these guys. I'm loyal with whom I work with in every business aspect, so they officially have a solid client at this point. I spent 3 days stressing about my car with the other shop and in less than an hour, they turned that all around. I'm fully confident they'll do an outstanding job. I will update the review on pick up.Consistent communication and finished my car before the quoted time frame. Very pleased with the hardwork and results, as well as the super clean car. Thank you all for going above and beyond for me, I will be sending referrals when asked and bringing my vehicles here for future work.Side note, never go to Kaizen Collision Center. Andy's has the backbone, integrity and respect that Kaizen lacks.

They worked with my wife recently and they were very thorough and informative. They made the experience very pleasant. They understood our time crunch with our rental and made sure everything with our car was addressed and fixed in a very timely manner.

My car repair with Andys was excellent. Ordering of parts and additional items that had to be repaired took more time than estimated. I knew that it would take more days than I was told at the beginning. Definitely, I would go back to Andys ---- clean shop, folks who communicate and my car drives perfectly.

Matt was not willing to go the extra mile and do the research to get me the best value possible. All he wanted to do was get the max amount of man hours into the job $$. He didn't care about actually getting a new bumper on the car for $50 more. It was all about the labor, and when I confronted him about not being honest he told me "I can make it $800 then" instead of the $599 he quoted me. They don't care about taking care of the customer. It's all about money and getting the most out of you. If you're just going to spend the money you might as well go to a professional shop. He even told me to get my whole car painted would be $9,000 talk about some BS.

Excellent! They really made sure they took their time to finish the job; after all the repairs,wash, and interior cleaning my car looks brand new. Would recommend to go to this place if in the area or out!

Andy's has the best customer service I have ever seen. Mike and Ron in the front office are exceptionally efficient and courteous. Plus, the price is right. I absolutely recommend Andy's to anyone!
