Poor quality of workmanship for installing glass with glazing putty in wood windows. They had the windows for two weeks, I had to pay another person to fix the poor quality of their work.Update 1/12/24 - The company should be ashamed of even responding to my original review... I was called telling me the windows were ready for pick up. I went and requested to speak to a manager about the poor quality of the work which your own production team lead said the quality was in fact poor and that he would personally work on fixing them. After taking back the glass for a second time I called back to ask for an update and I was told it would take until next week due to being busy and not having properly trained personnel to do the work. I couldn't wait another week which is the reason I decided to take them back and pay someone else to do the job they failed to do. I was told that the glass couldn't be cleaned because of the oily residue of the putty but the person I hired cleaned them up without a problem. I am very annoyed that an established company like this one would try to blame the customer for their shortfalls in the quality of their work.

Had a slider window glass replaced. It took over a week to get it replaced. Very pricey. Could have bought a whole new window and installed it for a few dollars more. Though it would have taken 6 to 8 weeks to have the new one made. It matched the color exactly. Will say thanks and will use them again.

These guys did an awesome job for me and they did it very quickly. Their fees seem reasonable. I appreciate their work

They were all friendly and nice as soon as we walked in! We needed a piece of glass for a vanity top and they had it done in 5 minutes. They had it done quick and at a reasonable price. Definitely check them out for your glass needs!Service: InstallationService: Installation

These guys are amazing! My rear view mirror had fallen off the windshield and they put it back in place for free. I was prepared to pay but they really helped me out. The people at their office were very friendly and helpful!

Omg lets start with another glass company couldn't accommodate me, after i made appointment and drove to there location. My great insurance company gave me few names to try. This was my first call. Believe Frank is the one reached back to me, we spoke about what i needed, he asked for photos Diane emailed me keeping me updated. I was literally booked before getting off the phone for next day appointment! They were so awesome & fast believe Jose is the installer that worked on my car. A+ this is my new go to shop for anything glass related.

Great service and the glass was ready the very next day. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. I will be coming here next time I need glass replaced on my home.

Customer service is very high.I had a custom piece of glass cut by American Glass. I tried to install it, I broke it... grrrr. $25American Glass cut out another piece of glass for me, $25, based on the template I provided, and I started to install it. Well, I got smart, before I broke it again, and took the complete door over to them.They cut out a piece that was correct (I had supplied the template for the previous glass) And,even, installed the glass in the door. cost$0.American Glass could have, and should have charged me for another piece of glass, they also should have charged me for the installation. They charged me nothing. Kudos to American Glass, they took care of me. Lesson learned, take it to a professional !!

A very old broken window they took it in fixed it correctly and had it back to me in a few hours price was very reasonable I would recommend them to anyone
