A friend of mine recommended this shop to me and I was a little skeptical but after my visits I have nothing but positive things to say, nothing but outstanding service from these guys, this was my first time having exhaust work done and I don t let just anyone touch my car but I saw how they handle things and felt comfortable with letting them handle what I needed done.Martin was friendly and professional, precise with measuring, cutting and of course welding. Pricing was beyond fair compared to what other shops were trying to charge for a simple job and he was nice enough to adjust the price on something because of a hiccup we had. They re real people and not just some company like the others.I stopped in twice this week to get my sound right and I couldn t be happier, they were quick about it too and had my car sounding proper!Will definitely return with any other cars I m building and definitely sending all of my friends here when they need something done, they really treat you like family and not just a number.Note: they re cash only so come prepared.

For me, I am nostalgic when it comes to Americana's small business. American mufflers are a true throw back to hard work and attention to detail. Awesome people doing awesome things. Love the work they put into our vehicle needs with great pricing. I am a repeat customer and satisfied with the result of the product every time. Let me tell you about service. These guys are organized collectively in sync in what they're doing when it comes to your mufflers. Their surrounded by other shops that can assist or give advice and it's pretty nice. Personable and reasonable what an accommodation!

I highly recommend this place. Great Customer Service and Mechanical work.The guy was very nice and was honest about his pricing. went to brakes plus and they wanted 1000 for just a part without installation. I came here he gave me a better price and did everything here at shop. He also right away looked at my car and knew what was wrong. After they installed the converter my car felt like its old self. Had an issue next day but told me to come in thell check it out fixed the problem. They are very busy shop but now i know why. The owner is a great guy along with his employees. They are very down to earth honest people. They know what they are doing and i hope they stay around for years to come.

Called them less than 2 hours to closing, they managed to get me in right away and took care of our car. Already knew how to handle a lower profile vehicle and used safe precautions to get my vehicle on the lift. In and out before they closed, awesome dudes!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

The guy with the tattoo on the neck was very nice! He did an extra mile on my mustang, I came in for muffler delete and little did I know that he even fixed the rattling noise! I felt guilty not giving him extra $$!!

Great experience here. Family owned and extremely knowledgeable about everything. I got my sensors and cat all taken care of exceptionally and reasonably priced, and he even took the time to educate me on the part I needed replaced! I highly recommend American Muffler here on Indian School!

Do not use these guys they look unprofessional and act unprofessional I called Monday was told I could bring it Wednesday at 9am the doors were locked til 12pm because they told me to come back at 12 I show up and two homeless looking men were looking at a lifted car had no clue who I was and called most likely a guy I was talking to and said that guy (the owner I m assuming) isn t coming in at all and then says he (homeless looking guy) says give me your number I ll call you back and get you in and out today no one ever called me backService: Exhaust

Great Service, Excellent Workmanship and Price!Martin, his Father and his Friend were very friendly and performed the exhaust modification for my Mustang with care and excellence! Would highly recommend this shop to my friends and family!

They're great guys great people they do all kinds of different work they're very knowledgeable work with you on the price very good they're all right the good honest people I'm turning now if you need some work done on your vehicle bring it over here to 40th Avenue and Indian School to the American Muffler shop and they will fix you up

I took in my 1999 Mitsubishi eclipse to have my exhaust welded very friendly people Martin did an excellent job above my expectations I highly recommend the shop looking forward to doing business in the future thank you sir much appreciated

Poor job done, came to get my muffler weld back on, that s connected to the Cadillac converter and was not weld done right and made my engine loose and makes my car go back in forth motion and sounds like a Honda when I have a Kia

I took in my mother's Honda CRV because somebody tried to cut off the converter Martin took care of me in 20 minutes rewelded the converter great quality work much appreciated sir Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I highly recommend it for everyone to go get there exhaust system done there the owner did an amazing job on my jeep liberty he put dual exhaust Chrome tips and it sounds great Bob

Good service and very convenient for a small job i called asked for catalyct converter changed that needed to be welded on and was done less than 30 minutes. Great job from these i recommend this shop
