A hidden gem in Phoenix. It's a relief to know that a city the size of Phoenix has quality mechanics that treat their customers well. Location is small (& easy to drive past), so I strongly recommend setting an appointment online. Their website was super easy to use, and I received all my confirmation emails quickly.All their pricing was clearly communicated & what procedures they were going/needing to do to get you back out on the road. If you opt to stay & and wait, their open-air waiting room is right there where they're working on your vehicle, so you're welcome to watch them work if you have any doubts! Luckily, I had a small & easy to fix issue, so I was in & out in approx 45 minutes, if that long.

I brought my Saab 9-3 in for a new water pump. The repair was done promptly, correctly and for a very reasonable price. The communication was excellent and I am very happy with my experience. I highly recommend Gilbert and his team.

Great, honest work. Don't think I've walked away from a place feeling as secure that my car is getting what it needs for a fair price anywhere in the Valley. Been here a few times amazing service every time. Couldn't recommed any higher!

Manny, Gilbert and the team at AMC Automotive are top notch! They treat you respectfully, fairly and are great at the work they do.I have been bringing our cars here for 3 years now and will continue to because of their standard of quality service they have shown through each oil change, tire rotation and whatever my check engine light throws at them.On top of all of that, their prices are very fair and will keep me coming back for years to come.

Amc has provided excellent service from my Customer Experience to the Servicing of my vehicle..I appreciate Manny giving a full explanation on bills parts an any questions asked.Even a visual of parts to make sure i fully understand why something needs to be replace then or in the future.I would higly recommend AMC to anyone looking to get there car serviced.

These guys are awesome. Small spot and deceiving but they are awesome, very affordable, communicate well, etc. I also like that they use all the latest tech to text you your quotes and receipts, which all include pictures and explanations. Couldn t recommend more.

Great shop, customer service is always top notch!! They are very knowledgeable and honest along with showing and explaining what s going on.I have been going to them since 2017, and have brought them 4 different vehicles for a variety of issues. Clanking noise when turning, oil changes, ac compressor replacement, brakes and rotors, replace the power steering, change alternator, they do it all. They do it fast and for $$$ less than the larger shops in the valley. My previous rating was a 5 star but has decreased due to my most recent interaction. To give some background, I ve been a loyal customer for the past 4 years since moving to the valley area. In January I received a $30 gift certificate from the business as a thank you and I was extremely thankful and it was unexpected. Sadly, I had just got an oil change and wasn t due for a few months. Come to realize the coupon had already expired. And the shop would not work with me in anyway to honor it. I understood, but was extremely disappointed I wasn t given the same loyalty I have given them the past 4 years. Still a great mechanic team.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

These guys are the best. Moved in round the corner a year ago. They cake care of both my vehicles. Mani is a diamond. Always makes me feel like a friend and clearly looks out for my best interests. Great service great prices

I am so grateful for the customer service they provide at AMC Automotive. We were having car trouble while out of state, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Brought my car here for a couple different things I needed done & will definitely be coming back for any car issues I may have in the future. This place has great customer service! Manny and Gilbert gave me a quote prior to any work being done and even took the time to explain things to me when I had questions about what was going on with my car, which was not always the case at other places I ve been. I decided to go here for an oil change because they had great reviews and were close to my house.They were so friendly and didn t pressure me into feeling like I needed to add anything to my service. They did recommend a new air filter, which I agreed to because it had been awhile since I last replaced it!There is a cute little coffee shop around the way that they recommended as well.I called to make an appointment on a Friday, they were able to get me in and the whole service took about 45 minutes.I will definitely be back!Service: Oil change

I can t say enough nice things about these guys. Honest mechanics are hard to find but they live at AMC. We took our vehicle elsewhere for an AC issue and we re quoted $1400 for replacement of compressor. Took it to AMC for a 2nd opinion, they charged $40 for the diagnosis, and couldn t initially find anything wrong with the system. It wasn t hot enough out to replicate the issue so Manny said to bring it back when it was hotter out and they wouldn t charge me again to diagnose. They found the compressor caked with dirt, pressure washed it, and now it s working perfectly! Could ve wasted $1400 at SunDevil but so glad we found AMC. They are honest, competent, and actually care about their customers. I highly recommend this mechanic shop!

AMC got down to every single problem! Manny and Gilbert went way over beyond and then some, especially with costumer service! Was definitely refreshing to get the vibe that these guys actually care about their customers! Fair prices, got a good warranty and found a place we trust! 10/10 recommend! I recently had the pleasure of using AMC Automotive LLC for several vehicle maintenance services including an oil change, air conditioning check, tire change and tire rotation. The team at AMC was outstanding! Their attention to detail and exceptional customer service was evident from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, and I was kept informed every step of the way. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had in a professional and timely manner. I just had a great experience having my car repaired at AMC! I had a few things going on, AMC did a thorough inspection and sent me quotes for all their recommended repairs along with an explanation of the issues. I talked through things with Manny and made a decision on what was best to do now with no feeling of being pressured! Once the work started they discovered they were able to repair the part instead of replacing which saved some money. AMC was recommended to me by my dad, a person I generally trust, especially in regards to dad-stuff, like cars and repairs and home improvements. I've been going to AMC for about a year now, with a few different cars and different issues.They're great! Not only are they efficient and effective, but they'll walk me (a person with near-zero knowledge) through the process. They're also willing to explain/teach, and help me make repairs and schedule maintenance in a way that makes sense for my pocketbook.I'm so glad to have found a reliable, helpful shop to call my own! This is a really great shop they do tell you the true and don't lie or hide anything, before going to them we had gone to another shop who was supposed to have done a four wheel alignment. We asked shop #1 for a print out they said they don't have a print out machine (that should have been a red flag) so we went to shop #2 Wich was Amc, we went just to double check if the work was actually done from shop #1. Amc gave us a print out showing us that two wheels were done but not completely and the other two weren't done at all but we were charged for all four. We went back to first shop showed them the pictures and wanted our money back. So we had Amc complete the alignment and it was fairly priced. I do tell everyone to go here all the time.

This shop has amazing customer service, great prices and a knowledgeable staff. I was getting major squeaking from my alternator belt and they diagnosed it quick, fixed it. Also noticed my tires (specifically my front) had major wear and had a huge crack. Replaced all 4 tires along with my alternator belt and received amazing pricing. The gentleman at the service desk was amazing and a very nice guy. Definitely will be coming back here as I go where the customer service is, the great work done is just a bonus and just makes it an easier decision making this shop my go to.
