I am a Chinese and I came to Arizona for the first time. I bought my first car in the United States at Uncle Joe's car dealership. This car is inexpensive. Great quality! The service is great! The price is great! I will introduce my Chinese friend to Uncle Joe's car dealer to buy a car! I wish the car business is booming, I wish Joe a healthy body, thank you to anyone who has helped me in the world, Amen!

Joe truly made my car buying experience the most stress free interaction I've ever had at a dealership! He put me in a safe vehicle that fit me and my children and answered all of my questions honestly. Joe made my whole car buying experience 100 times better! He was very helpful! Thank you Joe!!

Had a.great experience purchasing a vehicle here. Was quick, easy and the staff was honest and friendly. Had an issue with the first vehicle they sold me and I took it back two days later and they got me into another vehicle no questions asked....which shows that they are honest and put their customers first. Unfortunately I lost my job and was unable to make my payment and my vehicle was repossessed, which I take full responsibility for. Overall I Still had a great experience and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to purchase a good quality used car.

First let me say that Mr. Joe is amazing and treats people like his very own family. I came in looking for a new car because I wanted to make a trade. Mr. Joe made the deal so sweet, smooth, and amazing. He is so kind and super friendly. He truly has a passion for what he does - please if you are in the market for a new car,,, stop by and see him. The true happiness of his clients is so important to him and it shows. Thanks again for my Cadillac SRX - you made my mother's day present from my fiance phenomenal. I am a lifetime client now.

The guys here at alta vista auto made my first time buying my car such a great experience. They answered every question. They made sure the car was ready to go & made sure everything was clear from the start. Very professional & HIGHLY recommend them!!

Not the greatest place for a person of color to be. Mr.joe is by far one of the most racist people I ve ever encountered. AVOID!!!!!! He is so judgmental towards blacks just avoid this place

I don't even know where to begin. Joe is such and amazing and honest man. When I couldn't get a car anywhere else-Joe helped me get into a vehicle and I've been going to him ever since. This has been over 10 yrs ago and have gotten 4 cars from him not only for myself but for my sons. Everyone at Alta Vista is amazing and the make the experience of getting into a car very easy and no stress. I honestly refer everyone I know to Alta Vista. There are not very many honest auto sales people, but Joe is definitely one of a kind.

To Owner Joe and his Sales guy! This was the best experience I have had buying a car! You listened to what I needed and wanted and steered me into the right car that suited me! I'm so happy. I recommend Alta Vista Auto to anyone that wants to be treated with respect and have a genuinely positive purchase of buying a car. 10 stars guys!

Alta Vista Auto sells used cars at an affordable price while they build your credit. Joe the owner is honest funny lovable and charismatic. He will make your car buying experience as easy as possible. Trust me in the far future you will come back to him for another vehicle or just to get a good conversation or laugh.

We were recommended to Alta Vista Auto by a friend of the family and I m so glad we stopped in to see the inventory. Joe took good care of us from the start. It s been two weeks with my Honda and I m so happy with my purchase! Mandy in the office is great too, she s kept in touch just to make sure everything is good and I m happy. What Joe, David, Rick, and Mandy did for our family at Alta Vista Auto Sales was incredible! They treated our entire family as we all were their family as well. I have worked at a car dealership and never have I been treated so great. Joe blessed our family with a Toyota Sienna mini van that was in such great shape we couldn't stop talking about it. I was amazed at how great of a price and manageable payment we got it for. I won't buy a car any where else!!!!

Amazing experience, actually by far the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I HIGHLY recommended anyone looking to purchase a car to go see Joe and his brother at Alta Vista. Dave and Joe are great people to work with. I've purchased multiple vehicles from them and any time I can get a chance to recommend them to someone who's in need of a vehicle, I do! They have been understanding of any situations that I have gotten into, and have always worked with me towards resolution. I've had great running Vehicles every single time I've made a purchase. I will always send people their way, and even plan on buying my oldest child's vehicle from them.

This is my 3rd time getting a vehicle from Joe, and honestly the easiest and most helpful guy out there when it comes to cars. He always finds a way to help out in every situation. Went to other places and proved myself that it isn t easier or any more helpful elsewhere. From me to him is like a 45 minute drive and many car sale locations in between, and still couldn t find the support I found with Joe. Definitely your guy when car hunting!

Let me tell you all a few great things about Alta Visa auto, Joe is an amazing car sales and person he gave me a chance when no one else would. I bought and paid my van off and anytime I had troubles he would see what he could do to get the van running. If I was late he would understand. Many places are quick to just not care and repo the car. My second car that I just recently paid off was a take over payment for my sister. My experience with Joe and Alta Visa auto was beyond first rate . I thank you Joe so very much . I will be refer others .

Ok so I met the owner JOE & he was by far the most genuine, sincere and helpful person I have EVER met at ANY car dealership in town and I LITERALLY went to almost every BUY HERE PAY HERE dealer in town!! this man really works with you and is VERY REASONABLE! I definitely HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good vehicle with or without credit! All the INVENTORY he has is out of GOOD running vehicles that definitely LAST you with good maintenance as with everything you BUY! I honestly don t know how someone could give this place a bad review but yet again, that is LIFE and not everyone will love your services no matter how great they may be, that is one of the many prices to be paid in this industry

Love these guys !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got my super cute 2013 Prius C yesterday. Super clean interior and runs fantastic- getting 60mpg on the highway today. Can't beat that! Plus the deal they gave me and how nice they are, I love them so much. They take care of their customers. This car lot is more than just a job to the team here, they care about you and they do honest deals. I recommend them to everyone looking for a used car. And don't just look at the web site because it's not consistently updated. I've gotten 3 cars from them now and you just have to go there and see what's available. They have a mechanic on site and do in house payments and financing. Before I found this place I went to so many many other used car lots and I always left unhappy because the sales guy would point me at some crappy car and make me feel bad because I don't have a 750 credit score and a million dollars to put down. You don't get treated like that here. The entire team here is just wonderful. And I really appreciate them working with me.

I recently bought a Van from Alta Vista and Dave and Joe were honest and caring. Im so happy with my Van and the way I was treated. Truly the best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I highly recommend them if you are wanting to purchase a vehicle. Thanks again guys for all your help.

I love Joe and Alta Vista. I had made the decision that I wanted the Electric Nissan Leaf and luckily I stumbled upon My black Leaf at Alta Vista. I went to 6 dealerships trying to get financed into a the Nissan Leaf with 2 repossessions on my Credit report. They either wanted to talk me into a more expensive car or wanted me to put a ridiculous amount of money down. Joe really worked with me an spent an incredible amount of time going over all the ins and outs of driving an electric car. He took my 2001 Honda CR-V for a trade-in and gave me a just what I asked for. Even tho I'm still trying to figure out and manage life with an electric car, I couldn't be more happy and I feel so blessed that I went to Alta Vista seriously!!!!!! Not a Cactus Jack's type of buy here pay here. Good quality cars for a good decent price!!!!

About a month ago I purchased a Chevy Cruze here from the crew at Alta Vista. My experience overall was very good. Everybody is extremely friendly and I never felt pressured or pushed into anything. With my incredibly bad credit rating I was looking for a buy here pay here dealer that could help me get into a car so I could get to work easier. I was very up front with them about my credit situation but I was very serious about buying a car. They never even pulled my credit. I walked in with a little confidence and a down payment and I was driving my car that day! After a week or so the car developed an issue with a leaky clutch slave cylinder, since I had a 15 day warranty on the car I went and talked to them about it and they took care of it, no problem! Can't say enough for the folks here at Alta Vista, it's been over a month now since I bought my car from Alta Vista and I'm very glad I purchased my car here! Thanks!

I appreciate Maddie and Joe straightforwardness and honesty. They were patient, NOT pushy, and helpful. I'm financing a 2011 Nissan with them and I'm confident I came to the right place.Areas of improvement: Get an online payment option (while you are financing directly to Alta Vista you have to call in for your car payments) in this day in age that is completely unacceptable AND DANGEROUS.Mechanics along with staff need to also be more professional (proper greeting, appropriate language when answering questions)

Stumbled upon Alta Vista Auto from an online posting. We met with Joe, who was extremely helpful in finding the right vehicle for my husband. Although we ended up not purchasing the vehicle from the dealership, we experienced professional service and felt that they cared about taking care of us and not just another sale. Thank you, Joe!
