This review probably should have been written 5 years ago when I first took my truck to Allstate Transmission. Mitch put a shift kit in my truck, when I picked it up he had all the old parts for me waiting on the counter. Nobody does that, he wanted me to know exactly what work had been done.He's proud of his work, and stands behind it.Recently, I took the same 1000 horsepower truck back to Allstate Transmission with an emergency fix that required the transmission not only be completely removed to fix but also diagnosed to figure out the issue. Nicole literally either called me or emailed daily to keep me updated. Did I mention I needed the truck done in 4 days for an upcoming event and we had to overnight parts from Tennessee?Nicole went so far above and beyond "customer service" that I really don't know how to put my gratitude into words...Other than to say Thank you very much.Service: Transmission

I had my truck transmission rebuilt at Allstate. Quite some time has passed and I had a weird hiccup in the shifting so I took it back in. In the end it was an uncommon situation but they took care of everything with no charge. My situation was a different one and it could have gone either way for them to say this was a buyers expense. However they took care of it at no cost to me. I m a business owner and would do the same for my customers. Most business however would not have done this. They are a far drive for me so it s quite inconvenient but I have many vehicles and will be back when in need again. Take your vehicle here! They re great!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with All State Transmissions. My family has always worked with them for many years. Nicole is very nice, and always calls and lets you know the process of what you need. Mitch and his crew will go out of there way to make sure they get you back on the road as soon as possible. This is the one and only shop I trust. They will explain to you in details what you need to get done, and they respect the price they gave you. They will let you know what you need, and what you do NOT need. I know for sure that my rebuilds have everything NEW inside. This guys are always busy, but they always acom�date our needs. Always recommend this shop to family and friends. Not all the shops are honest, and All State Transmission always lets you know the truth, and you will always be Happy! You never will have any surprises of charges, they will be honest once they diagnosed your issue.Service: Transmission

I came here a couple of times to get some leaks on my transmission fixed, and most recently my truck blew an oil cooler line off and I lost all of my fluid. I got it towed to their shop and they got right on it and were able to give me a great explanation of what the situation was and the options to fix the cooler lines. Their workmanship is excellent, the repairs they did are perfect, and they were able to take care of the problem in a timely manner. Overall I highly recommend Allstate Transmission for their excellent workmanship, and their high quality of customer service.

I don t like when a company will tell you we don t charge to check the transmission and then next day you call to let them know you re dropping off car they tell you we charge $125 just to check it

My 2001 Trans Am transmission went out so I called around shopping for who I wanted to build my cars transmission. After numerous calls I new Allstate Transmission was where I wanted to go. I talked with Mitch and he knew exactly what I wanted for my car. Great service. They were honest and upfront. They did what they said they would and there were no surprises. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and their customer service. I will definitely recommend them and use them again for any transmission needs. I brought my car into Allstate Transmission because I received a very high quote for transmission work and wanted a second opinion. Not only did Mitch explain everything to me clearly (even when I had no clue), he kept me up to date with the progress done to my car as it was made. I ended up paying less than 1/3rd of my original quoted price, and I genuinely feel that my car's issue is finally resolved. Nicole at the front end office was very kind and patient, and you can tell they both love this business. If you need work on your transmission, this is the place to go! Had my '06 F150 rebuilt by them in June of '21 and them replace the rear main seal at the same time. The transmission is running great, but recently saw what appeared to be an oil leak that looked like it could be from the rear main seal and took it in to have it checked out. When they couldn't determine for sure where the leak was coming from with a normal inspection, they actually pulled the whole transmission to pin down the cause of the leak. Turned out to be the oil pan gasket itself, in the back of the engine, close to the rear seal. Mitch had his techs put some silicone sealant in the area in an effort to help stop or at least slow down the leak. He was upfront and honest about the fact that it would only buy some time (hopefully) before I had to replace the oil pan gasket. All this was done under the warranty that came with the original rebuild and seal replacement. Mitch and the rest of the staff care about their customers and about doing a good job. While I know they're in business to make a profit, my experience with them is customer service and doing right by the customer is a primary concern. I live in Gilbert and as far as I'm concerned, the trek across town is well worth it. Can't recommend them enough. Go there!Service: Transmission

My 17 year old son bought himself an old 1995 Dodge Dakota. He found Allstate spoke with Mitch. He was able to have his transmission rebuilt for a great price and was really happy. My son was trying to do the install on his own but had some trouble, he reached out to Mitch by phone. Mitch was very kind, understanding, and encouraging. Had an amazing experience. Came to Allstate based on reviews and I was not disappointed. Brought my 99 Jeep Laredo to Mitch and he was open and real about the whole process, Nicole was knowledgeable and gave me a spot on quote. Mitch was kind. Great customer service. Mitch and his team took on my racing transmission repair that was built by and insufficient builder. Allstate transmission will forever be my builder, and my referral to other people that want complete honesty, transparency, professionalism, and amazing communication. They knocked this build out of the park. The owner himself Mitch called with all updates, and findings as soon as they arose. If you want your transmission build, or repair done with complete trust and its functionality This is definitely the place to go. This days is almost impossible to find auto repair shops like Allstate Transmission, they answer all your questions B4 u even ask them and in the most professional way...my plan was to get a quote from 3 different places.. Allstate was the first and after talking to them I left my car there... convinced that there is nothing else left for another shop to offer that could possibly make them better that Allstate Transmission!

Hands down BEST transmission shop in Phoenix. Mitch and his crew are professionals and know what they are doing, Mitch will explain the repair needed in detail so you fully understand whats going on. Mitch DOES NOT cut any corners when working on transmissions. NO mickey mouse repairs here, they do it RIGHT the first time around. I called about six different transmission/full service shops to get quotes on a transmission swap for my Volvo S60 2.5T, and I finally decided on Allstate thanks to their great reviews, being the most pleasant shop I talked to on the phone, and giving me a good quote for the job I needed. I bought a low mileage transmission pulled from another S60, and had it delivered to their shop. Unfortunately it took me a couple weeks to get my vehicle there after it was delivered due to other problems it was having, but thankfully Allstate was understanding. When I dropped it off Nicole and Mitch greeted me, answered all my questions, and walked me through the process. I left feeling good knowing that my vehicle would be well taken care of. A few days later they give me a call letting me know my car is ready and that it was driving great and the install went smoothly. I had another part I brought to replace on the new transmission which they did for me and they topped it off with the AT fluid I brought as well. I had picked it up earlier this morning and Nicole wrung me up and helped answered my final questions I had. I went out to the parking lot where they parked my car to top off the coolant as it had a leak when I had dropped it off, but then Mitch came out to ask me if I had any more questions to ask them, as well as inform me that the mechanic working on my car noticed a coolant hose was somewhat loose and tightened it for me which may have stopped the leak, and so far it looks like the leak has stopped! I also had a center bolt missing on my top engine mount when I dropped it off and I noticed they had put a new one in for me! I drove my car home and it drove fantastically (I live in Gilbert so it s about a 45 minute drive one way if you take the highway). If you are considering where to take your vehicle for transmission work, look no further. Allstate Transmission has 5 star ratings for good reasons; they are friendly, honest, attentive, fair, and they all do great work. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

Good so far. I just had a clutch replaced on a 2012 Chevy cruz and runs great now. We'll see how they do on my SUV.

I want to comment on their, excellent professional work that was performed on my 2014 Chevrolet Impala automatic transmission in September of this year 2021. If you need an honest assessment of your transmission, this is the place. Mitch is very knowledgeable and will be truthful about what is going on with your vehicle. They are also very fair on pricing, especially since they are taking the time to do the repairs right no cutting corners here. I cannot express enough how fantastic Mitch has been work with to get my transmission repairs done! I have had 3 transmissions rebuilt by Allstate and every experience has been beyond exceptional! It means a lot being a mechanic myself to be able to have trust in a shop and in knowing you are getting quality service! If you are having transmission problems and looking for quality and honesty this is the shop for you!

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FIRST. These guys are awesome! I can't thank them enough for the best auto repair experience I've ever received. They run a super clean, friendly, and VERY knowledgeable shop. I know that if I ever have car troubles again, I can depend on Mitch, Nicole and their AMAZING staff to get my car running good as new!

called this shop this morning to ask if they do transmission filter replacement. the lady who answered said yes. so, i went there to have it done. when i arrived, the lady ask me to fill out my information and so i did. And then, she ask me if there is a problem with the transmission. i told her there is that's why i want the filter replace and that's all i want done. she told me they will not do it without diagnosing it. so, i told her thankyou and i left.

This place is the real deal! Honest, quality work and exceptional customer service for a fair price. The owner, Mitch, called me consistently to update me on the status of my car, what the issue was, how he'd fix it, what it would cost and when it would be ready. There were never any surprises, unlike when I took it to the dealership. Mitch and his wife Nicole probably deal with angry people on a daily basis given the work that they do and you'd never know it based on how well they treat their customers. They were a pleasure to work with and could teach a lot of other small businesses in town how to run a successful business. Lucky to have landed here for help!

My experience with the Allstate shop was nothing short of flawless. They gave me a quote for work that was less than I expected. They did an excellent job on my 2003 Ford Expedition that needed a flywheel and starter change out.They did what they said they would do, on time, and under budget.Nichole treated me like I was a long time customer, 5 stars in both the customer service and the technical work.Won't hesitate to highly recommend this shop to family, friends and acquaintances. Integrity is word that isn t commonly found associated with car repair shops. Admit it, everyone dreads taking their car to be repaired and you know you thought these very words how are they going to stick it to me this time . Not at Allstate Transmission & Auto Repair! When it comes to Integrity, I know Allstate Transmission and Auto Repair practice at a very high level. After taking my car to Honda they recommended I replace the transmission with a hefty price tag. I reached out to Mitch and Nicole and turns out it was something else.Working with Mitch and Nicole has been they absolute best experience I have had at a repair shop. Not only is their shop top notch, it s very clean and inviting. You can tell the moment you walk into their doors, they take Pride in the work that they do. I would gladly refer any of my family, friends and even you who are reading this to Allstate! These guys Rock!

Walked right in and talked to Mitch about installing the transmission for my 6-speed 2016 camaro ss. Quoted me $870 and stayed at that price after everything. They were super honest about everything and made my life very easy. If you want a transmission shop that is knowledgeable, very fair, explains every aspect of your transmission problem, down to earth, trustworthy and cares about their customers...then go to Allstate Transmission. I've been around this valley for over 25 years and this is the real deal. I will recommend Allstate Transmission everytime. They are not afraid of any transmission job and will tell you upfront the cost of the repair. They even took in my old 1979 Dodge Magnum and it shifts awesome!!! Mitch and Nicole are the best and they know how to communicate to their customers!!! I couldn't be more appreciative of the quality of work they do. Highly recommend!!!

10 years ago Allstate was the only shop to correctly diagnose my transmissions computer problem while several other shops just wanted to charge me to rebuild it.Since then they've rebuilt a dodge diesel transmission for me and they've replaced shift solenoids in my trucks 4L80E.I trust and recommend them to anyone who asks.

I can't recommend Mitch and the folks at Allstate Transmission enough. They worked with both my father and I to find a solution for our 4runner with patience and promptness. They were informative and answered all of our questions. This is one of the best shops I've given business to in the valley.

Allstate Transmission & Auto Repair is the best place to take your vehicle. I have a 2002 Dodge Ram that I took to them with a transmission problem they fixed it and gave me a 12000 mile guarantee. This is not like any other place that promise you guarantee and don't keep their word. Allstate Transmission keep their word on their work. Now my truck runs great! I would definitely take my truck to them again. They are good people and I recommend this place. Thank you Mitch and your workers for your honest and hard work!
