They don't honor factory/manufacturer defects.I bought $400 tires and $500 rims and have defects on the tires. Wires are coming out on tire with one year of use less than 10,000 miles on them. The owner David said the tires only last 1 year. So that tells you they don't care about customers or quality . There is so much more on bad service and quality here, so if you love your time and money stay away.

In good place to buy new and used tires, as well as raise your truck at a good price, do not hesitate to go make your old tires change for new ones.

This tire shop is one of the longest Hispanic based business still in operation here in Phoenix so that says a lot about the service and management of the place. The owner David is a very humble and professional person and won't allow dissatisfied customers to leave without resolving whatever issues. Other than the best prices in Phoenixthey have the largest selection on wheels and tires hands down. And the best part is if you buy 4 new tires or wheels Alignment is Free!!!!

First I like to say that I have take over 20 VEH for alignment and never have I nor my employee s been rude, disgusting and disrespectful as they where on July 5th, 2023. Usually I have my employees take VEH in for alignment; but on July 5th was the worst customer service that I have ever experience in all my years in business!!!! There was two men one for the alignment and one in the front desk. The kid in the front desk inexperienced, most rudely and disgusting person on this earth!!! I am beyond words this is the worst customer service!!!! This kid was laughing in my face then started cursing at me in Spanish, and the alignment man was as-well laughing and telling me I was crazy!. All this started because they had aligned a VEH for me I took it back for warranty because the VEH was worse than when it came in. I will state I was willing to work with them however, it was impossible to speak with these people. I wish I could speak with the owner, CEO, or someone in a higher rank that might address this situation. I mean there is more to this unfortunately is is not possible to post.

This review based on my experience.. first I went there after a recommendation from a car dealer to do the alignment at their place because they are good.. so I went first time , the first thing you notice is that no one will try to help you out or ask why are you here , however after sometime of waiting they started the alignment, the mechanic told me you need to replace the tie rods before doing the alignment ok what do u need he said it is not me another mechanic whom after time show up told me what he want and price for replacing tie rods.. I got the part went back they said mechanic not there come back tomorrow , went back second day morning they were closed , went back home and returned afternoon.. I stayed hang around for half hour.. without knowing what s going on will they work the car or no .. finally asks the mechanic to start the work . He said mechanic didn t show up .. and I need to keep the car for whole day.. I live in chandler and all the useless four visits were taking me an hour to arrive there waste 30 minutes every time for no firm answers I don t know but u get a feeling that they are full loaded and don t want customers anymore.. am fine but don t let me wait or come back if u don t want to work my car !!! Just want to mention that the attitude of the mechanics are not bad and always welcoming.. the problem in that place u keep hanging around like begging them to work the car .. don t know!!!

! PLEASE READ ! (Por favor traduce este mensaje si estas pensando en viniendo aqui)My family and I won a contest on the radio (106.7 FM) for a free tire balancing and alignment from this place. We decided to take my car for it (even though it was fine) since the other car had just recently been taken care of. The first time we went, the car came out worse than when they received it. It shook terribly when going faster than 45 mph, so we took it back so they could do their job properly. The employees laughed at us because it was a free contest reward and that we were complaining about the job we received. They called an employee who was higher up and he assured us, in a bad manner, that he makes sure that the job is done right the first time so there was no way that it was their fault. They STILL charged us $10 for the front tires since they were the ones that needed fixing even though it was their fault that the car was in worse shape. We paid it begrudgingly, left, and it was fixed. We then come to find out that the car was missing a lug nut and that we now have to replace that too. COME AT YOUR OWN RISK, these people do not genuinely care about their work and will attempt to scam you out of money!

Had them put rims and new tires on they charged $180 no receipt. Car was shaking so bad they said no guarantee on balance even though they did it 1hr ago. Paid another $40 to rebalance. Car still shaking. We took it to Discount Tire and was told 3 tires mounted wrong and balance was way off. Discount suggested we go back and have them correct it. Guy was rude and said no warranty even though he remembered us from day before. These people have no idea what they are doing. Worse part they stripped my lug nuts and when I took it to Discount they showed me the damage Agencia did to my NEW rims and NEW tires. I would never go back nor recommend! Find another place.

Called and ask for some pricing for some tires, they gave me pricing on their economic tires price was roughly 130$ per tire hence i told him i needed 4. I was only shopping around and i had previously called walmart for pricing and they had a well known brand goodyear tires same size and everything for $75 each tire. I asked the man who gave me the price why they were so expensive if they were their economic tires and i told him that walmart had goodyear tires for $75 each and he just hung up. Worst way a customer service rep could act upon situations like these i wasent lowballing him or anything it was a simple question. I wouldn t even recommend them to my worst enemy or my ex that cheated on me.

August 10, 2022 around 9:00 am., your customer service was horrible! They barely spoke, and waited on another personbefore us. As if you didnt see us first. Please post a signletting Black customers know you don't want to serve them.

Horrible customer service and no loyalty. Been coming here for years, multiple large purchases. Even though the prices where a bit high, Came in to get new tires and they missed up one of my rims, they denied it and wanted to charge me more to fix it. Never coming back! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Simple new tire request and it was done in 10-12 minutes. A small shop, and small lobby. 65$ for a 15" wheel want bad.(Edit) The tire ended up being a cheap piece of Chinese carp. Had to goto Discount and get another tire because of the insane vibration at 55mph. You get what you pay for.

Went here to get some pricing on tires, their tires are outrageously expensive compared to any other shop. Do not recommend at all to anyone bad customer service people here are so rude

I didn't get any tires or rims but they let me hold a car wash for a funeral here. They were quick to say yes and I appreciate everything!

I called twice to confirm that they were able to do a alignment on a 1997 Vehicle and they quoted me $40. I drove there showed up they told me their machine only works on 2000 and up complete waste of time and very unprofessional I would not take any vehicle or there..Stay away from this small shop that doesn t know what they re doing

Came in to buy rims and tires when they lift up the truck they messed up my automatic running boards the owner refused to even look at the cameras I been buying rims and tires for year's with these guys I can believe bthey can treat customers like these never coming back but I'm putting a claim on the business insurance if they have any idoub it honestly not even workers comp insurance well well out soon

Tire shop is a rip off bought BRAND NEW tire 2 months ago, and the tire is already getting flat. Called in they told me told me warranty wouldn t cover the tire.

They are pretty friendly and helpful. They fixed my tire problem and it got solved without any flaws.
