I came to this store to return some items and the manager Ivan refused to return my products. First he tried to say the items were used and when that did not worked he tried to say that I did not purchase the items from his store (the receipt was in front of him). When this did not work he rushed from behind the counter and approached me like he was going to hit me the said "what do you want to do?" I told him that I just wanted my money back. He then made me walk outside and come back in to ask for my money. Even then he stole $10 from me. I logged a complaint against this person, and was told the situation would be handled. I am sure I am not the first person this guy has gotten violent with and won't be the last. The situation was not handled and the same person was coming in as I was leaving the store, my heart dropped, I thought I would be safe from this individual. Advanced Auto Parts allows for their employees to threaten and intimidate clients. I will never shop nor recommend anyone to this place. I work near this place, now I have to worry about retaliation. Thanks for nothing.

Went in for a power steering line. Renee worked very hard to find the correct one. Because of my truck being a late model year it's a little different than the early model. I have this problem quite often. She checked several different years trying to match them up. And she found one very close. She then asked her other associate that was working for his assistants and he too said that it had changed thru the years. The new one is a few inches shorter and the bend on one of the ends was a little different. But all should work. If it doesn't they said bring it back and they'll refund my money. Every company should have employees like these two. Courteous, understanding and actually wanting to help the customer get the correct part the first time. Will definitely be using them for all my parts in the future.

This location has an amazing crew. They used to be on the location close to where I live and I rather drive 15 mins to get my parts from this one because I know I will n9t have an issue with my order here.

The 2 evening shift employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. Paid attention to my concerns on getting right parts for my vehicle. Used coupons to lessen my cost and coupons for later on. Fantastic customer service.

Came by around 9am today Friday,to change out WARRANTY brakes. The guy told me no, because they re down to the bare metal. I leave and go to the one on 51st and buckeye and they switch it out no problem. Don t come here for warranty issues, go to 51st and Buckeye. No issues whatsoever

Very impressive and so satisfied that this store had the part that I needed and when I called I wasn't put on hold like every time I call AutoZone! I called around for a part that no one in town had and was told I might have to call the dealership if I wanted it fast. I called Advance and they didn't act stupid they new exactly what I needed and offered to pull it off the shelf and hold it for me . So if you go by reviews like I do then stop in and see for yourself how nice it is to deal with them. It was nice for a change anyway. I'm getting sick of dealing with there competition. If they had 6 stars I would have gave them 6. I will definitely be going there again.

I am very upset If I can do zero stars I would Anthony and cris sale you wrong parts Anthony doesn't know what he's doing as of today they lost a loyal customer I highly recommend go to auto zone price is a lot better and great service.

What is it with the total lack of assisting a customer especially when renting tools and then when a part is unavailable and the employees pretty much refuse to call up other Advance Auto Parts stores and cast suggest you go to Napa that's a sure way to lose business and that's not how business works so the next time somebody calls in for a tool rental or even Parts don't refer them to other stores your employees are going to bring your company down.. and by this I mean why wouldn't you be able to look in a computer see if the part or tools AR elsewhere at another Advance Auto Parts in order to save the customer from spending hours on the trying to call them one by one and this concept is not unheard of as a matter of fact AutoZone and O'Reilly's do it quite often when they don't have a part of Tool in store they'lllook it up on their computer and tell you which ones do have it but not Advance Auto Parts go to Napa they say, go to Napa.. it's just laziness flat-out laziness..

I want to take a second and give a VIP employee of Advance Auto a Heart felt Thank You... From the time i walked in literally to the time i walked out Omar was Absolutely Phenomenal he went above and beyond im sure. I dont know the policy but what i will say is who ever hired him..You doneva Superb job by picking Omar.. Again Omar Thank You.. Your the only auto parts store in that area i had to go somewhere else cause you guys didn t have a scanner , what type of Auto parts store doesnt do check engine light. You were no help

Waited 15 minutes for the worker to find a water hose. On other occasion, i ordered online to speed up the process but when i fot to the store, my items were not ready. Then on this last attempt, i again ordered on line to pick up at store but they cancelled my order. Going back to AUTOZONE.

The employee named Victor is friendly and nice. needed a serpentine belt of irregular size. I found it only at this shop after searching for 10miles radius around me.

This location seems to only employ men who think women come last. I had been waiting for my turn and when it was my turn, there was a guy standing next to me who came in after me. The cashier guy wave him to come up to the counter and completely ignored me.

5-23-19 if I could give a -0 I would because Ulises was RUDE and very unhelpful he talked to me like I didn't know what I was talking about while the part I needed was right in front of us! Won't go here again!!!!
