RDX broke down on my way from San Diego to Scottsdale for vacation. Had to have it towed over 100 miles. Steffan in service was so welcoming and offered amazing service including a loaner so we could still enjoy our vacation while car was being repaired. Wish I lived closer, this would the only place I d service my car!

We re from out of state and needed an oil change and tire rotation. We were given a convenient appointment and the time estimate was accurate. We had our 2 dogs with us and were encouraged to bring them in to the break room while we waited, many staff members stopped by to give them attention

Ricardo was most patient with a tenuous extended warranty company process. He was extremely thorough in outlining repairs required. This dealership should be proud to have Ricardo in their service department. I would not hesitate to return should additional work be needed on our MDX.

Ricardo and a couple of the other guys have been very helpful with taking care of my vehicle. I drive out of my way to go to this dealership because I know I m in good hands. I love the videos I get from the technicians as well. The other Acura dealership I used to visit never did that. It s a nice touch. Thanks for all of your help Ricardo!

I have never had such great service dealing with my car maintenance. Ricardo was very thorough. Did not blindside me, he explained the reasons I needed certain services completed. They sent me a video showing me what services needed to be done and why and I was able to agree to it via text message. He offered me a Lyft back home while my car was getting serviced and walked me through every step of the process. I will be going out of my way to get service done at Acura of North Scottsdale from now on!

All those in the Service and Parts department (from phone call to set up appointment to payment) are so incredibly generous wit their time, knowledge, care, and concern for me and my MDX. I am so grateful for them! They keep my MDX healthy and reliable.

Recently had issues with my car giving lots of error lights. Took it to Acura North Scottsdale where they determined my transmission needed to be replaced due to a bad solenoid. Service advisor Summer gave me a nice RDX loaner and asked Acura/Honda for goodwill since I've been loyal to the brand for decades. The car was out of warranty. Car is now fixed, runs better than ever and I got a massive discount on the work done. Thanks Summer and Acura North Scottsdale!

I feel confident when getting the required maintenance done on my car here. Summer always has time for all of my questions I also love the new way they now send videos of your car with itemized details of the work done via email and text. A really classy and transparent operation!

I had a good experience with the North Scottsdale Acura Service Department. My service call turned out to be a little more complicated than normal. Ricardo Garcia, my service advisor, walk me through the whole thing, and made sure that everything was taken care of even though it was a holiday weekend. I would highly recommend the service department at Acura North Scottsdale to anyone.

Took TLX in for a recall. Ended up needing tires and regular fluid changes. Stephen kept me updated and provided a Lyft ride to and from Mesa. I couldn t be more satisfied with the service department and only wish they were closer but getting rides more than offset the inconvenience (except during rush hour :).

Steffen is always helpful and pleasant. They really took the time to look into the issue that has been persistent for me over the last year. I had a really good experience the last time I was in and they even provided me a loaner car to use since my car was being serviced for almost a week.

Easy to get an appointment with. They didn t give a huge list of everything possible that you could fix like other dealers do. I loved the short video they do with your car.

Everyone at Scottsdale Acura was amazing. I was kept informed of my car s maintenance the entire time. I particularly liked the video that was sent to me by the maintenance crew, informing me of any future maintenance needed.
