THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A MECHANIC SHOP. So much for a transmission centered shop these mechanics including the manager Issac kept giving us fake promises and expectations and lasted a over two months of repair. Two days after the initial repair we returned the car because the car would not stay still ON PARK. never coming back, would not recommend. Did not offer a rental car until one month in and still did not pull through on the offer after continuous visits and never getting a call back on update with the car. ONCE YOU PAY IN FULL, your car will no longer be a priority for them

I am one happy and satisfied customer. I live in Buckeye, Arizona and my clutch went out on me while driving in Downtown Phoenix, On my way to work. I had to get out and push my car into a parking lot with the help of one man why people were honking at me. I m a single mother of 6 and financially purchasing a clutch a week after having to pay rent really put a strain in my finances. But I needed my vehicle so I can make it to work every day so I went on a search to find a repair shop that can fix my vehicle and not rob me of all my money.All my friends warned me to take a man with me so I wouldn t get robbed. I called a mom and pop shop and they advised me to call AAMCO I didn t want to because I thought AAMCO was to expensive and i would be paying for a name not a service after many failed attempts I called Ammco and I spoke with Stan.Stan had had an answer for every question that I had. Stan built a trust with me over the phone that made me confident in the work that could be done. He immediately had my car picked up and towed to the location. I ve heard so many horror stories of cars getting picked up by tow companies and staying at the repair shop for hours/days before the car is repaired. I wanted to remain calm and understanding since my vehicle was in their possession all I asked was Stan please help me get my vehicle running so that I can make it to my comedy show one time. Stan gave me updates before I had to call and ask for an update.My vehicle was ready by the next day and I was very pleased because telling jokes is how I make my extra money on the side.Stan did not rob me!I m glad he is Stan and not $tan!I drove back to buckeye very satisfied with the work on the vehicle as well as the awesome customer service by Stan!Stan when you helped me, you helped my entire family. It s hard to trust car repairman and politicians. I appreciate you for showing me that there are still good people that exist in America in 2024. Thank you again!

AAMCO has been having my truck for the past month and they have not fixed it. Last year they kept it for 3 months and supposedly they never found the issue to it. I keep calling and calling and they are supposedly not done fixing it. It s been a whole month without my truck.

We came here to have our Jeep Compass fixed as it broke down while we where in Pheonix. Would not have been our first choice but we live in Mesa so a tow truck was not an option. We dropped it off on the 28th of October and where told they would look at it by 30th of October. We where given an estimate then we agreed to the finance option and supposedly they to fix it and stated it would be done by the end of the week by it was not the case and we had to call in on the 6th of November just to get an update and was told that the diagnostic guy was not there and they would call back. We never received the call back until the next day on the 7th of November and where told the car was read that morning. I have work so I requested an hour off so i could take my husband to get the car and sign any financing paperwork. We get there at 1245ish on and the man stated that the diagnostic guy was giving the car a test ride and we just signed financing paperwork but we where still waiting on the car and it was 125pm at this point so my husband asked how long this test drive was supposed to be. That s when we where told the man who had our car phone was dead and they couldn t not contact him and we could go back to get the car when they where ready. We where upset as we where told it was ready and I already took the hour off to get our car that we where told was ready to go. My husband stayed behind as I had to get back and he was there for another 30 minutes and the man kept offering to buy him an Uber but we live 20 minutes away and he wanted to get our car today. Finally the guy who had our car came back and stated there was traffic but where where they taking our car that was over an hour away? Also I know we dropped our car off with a full tank of gas and my husband told me there was only half a tank left. We will never be using this business again. Terrible customer service.

Amazing service, got me in and out super quick, was a bit nervous to take my long trip but this guys fixed my car super fast, made it home to Utah and my car is performing flawlessly, thank you.

I thought my daughter's car had transmission issues. Art and Mike assisted me in making me aware of an issue with Ford. They were completely honest and that's hard to find! I wasn't charged and Art even printed paperwork out for me to take to the dealership. I like people I can trust! Top notch, thank you gentlemen!

Went in for a routine fluid service and came back with an empty tank from a joy ride and a broken windshield without being informed. Also had to get my wheel liner replaced as well. After admitting fault was offered a laughable solution of a free fluid flush. Do not ever patron this place you will regret it and repair cost after their negligence costs more than the services provided.

This place is a joke. Take forever to fix your car charge extra parts Better not needed. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Crooked employee, only wants people money And cannot be found or when you're calling them About your vehicle

My ford transmission mount bolts broke off took to ford dealership amcoo towed to their shop for repair on the transmission. They replaced gear shift controller,all belts, serpentine belt,filters, cabin filter,drive axle,bearings, joints,cv axle,and fixed transmission. 3,473.30 the only thing broke was transmission. Ford and Honda just did inspections and nothing was wrong with car. Aron is in charge of my car never asked or got approval from me for any repairs but the transmission. I have 4 reports from dealership that the only thing wrong with car was the transmission. Can you say thief! 1 manager told me 170 dollars a hour Aron charged me 300 dollars a hour said it took 6 hours, 6�300=1800 he charged me 2900 for labor. I don't know, all I know is they changed all my belts that were good by 4 inspections from 2 dealerships extracted 4 bolts 1 transmission mount and a shift cable the bill was 3500 dollars. I don't recommend going their. Their hourly rate changes. The manager said the 300 dollars a hour was for the penny pinchers. And they can deny it but I recorded the conversation it will go to my lawyer. Aramco corporate you need to check into your shop and your welcome to call me. Thank you

Had a great experience with this place ! The customer service was amazing and friendly. I was driving around in the AZ heat with my AC not working and went to them on a Sunday they were able to fix my car within a few hours and the AC was working perfectly. Would always recommend them for any car services.

The guy's in the shop and office were very nice and polite. I took it in a car already knowing the issue without telling them other than something was wrong with it. When I talked to them they told me the same thing I already knew and didn't try to add other things saying that needed to be fixed. Very honest and very satisfied with this location. I would recommend them if you're someone who wants a honest opinion about your vehicle. Straight forward and no trying to say other things are wrong when they're not.

My car was transferred to this location after trouble with another location. They had my car for a month to replace the gears and test drive as many times as possible to make sure all the work was done properly, and didn't charge me extra after the first shop was fighting with me about it. So far, the work seems to have been done properly. They would keep me involved with the next steps and let me know what was going on. They could probably benefit from some time management courses since I would often not hear from them for days or weeks, after being told they'd call me back later that day. But I knew the work was at least being done.My only complaint would be that it is difficult to even get into the parking lot because there are way too many cars parked across and in front of each other. One of the entrances was blocked by a group of trucks.

Marcus is amazing. I m going there again on next week. Okay, so I should have left this review almost a year ago, but Marcus literally SAVED our family almost a year ago. My power steering went out, our vehicle had a whole host of other problems, we have an extended warranty through Silver Rock, and they fixed everything wrong with our car and saved us over $5k in repair costs.Because of their wonderful service, I called Marcus back today because of some major vehicle issues. He told me he was now in Texas but stayed on the phone with me and walked me through every single step I have to take in order to get our family s vehicle back on the road to recovery. We came up with a plan, he still collaborates with the team in Phoenix (they are highly skilled and extremely smart with vehicle mechanics), and we are now going to have the vehicle towed to AAMCO in downtown.YOU DONT FIND PEOPLE LIKE THIS ANYMORE!!Thank you Marcus!!
