I been here a few times and let me just say I never been more pleased with a service. They really try to help you and make sure it s what your car needs. I feel most places will scam you and make you pay a lot for things you don t need but they will not do that. They will find what s wrong with it and be honest about it. I am so happy to have found them. They are reliable and trustworthy. Thank you for always fixing my car.

My daughter had her car repaired there and they did a great. Took my car in as my maintenance light came on. They told me my oil needed to be changed. Nothing major wrong. Very grateful for the honesty. Highly recommend 4J's very honest group of men. I am a long time customer now. I am so happy that I found this place became I had struggled to find a good, trustworthy and reliable mechanic and now I have one. He has done things to my car from oil changes, to break replacements and battery and transmission issues. I have always been satisfied with the work that is done to my car and the customer service I receive every time. I will continue to recommend him to anyone experiencing car problems. I own a used car lot, and this mechanic shop for the past 4 years has been my secret to keeping my cars fixed properly and for a fair price. Most of the customers I refer to him become his clients for this reason as well. Beto is very knowledgeable, respectful, most importantly very honest! If you're looking for a good and honest shop, look no further!

Great service shop. I bring my Nissan in on a regular basis for oil change. My truck had a low air tire alert. It was gone once the mechanics where done doing the oil change. They inflated the tire without me asking. The mechanic also added coolant to radiator. Last time I had this kind of service was when I used to take it down to the dealership.

called 2 different places and they didn t have a specific tool to fix it, Plus the dealership quoted me a ridiculous price but i came here and they fixed it in a day for great price and my car is back working perfect. if i can give more stars i would

Beto is highly skilled and he is the most honest and friendly person you will ever meet!! I am an engineer by trade and I will not let anyone else touch my machines!! A better man just isn't out there anywhere!!!

4J's came to the rescue after a bad experience with my last mechanic. They fixed my vehicle and charged what they said they were going to charge. Family owned and operated, I will be going back when needed.Update: I have gone back, and I am very glad that I did. It was an excellent experience.Update: My van has almost 400K miles and needed a new a/c blower fan. Once again 4J'S came to the rescue with their excellent service and prices.

So far so good. Immediately saw an issue another shop called Half Price auto on 32nd st took all day couldn't find. Son speaks clearer English, dad doesn't as much but both good people and skilled mechanics at a very fair price. Looking forward to seeing their new place when they expand. Hope it not too far from us. My partner and I have been relying on them. Expanding means they are doing good and have a good customer base. Too me that's a good sign.

Honest and reliable! They went above and beyond with repairs my car was in need of. Johnny and Beto never price gouged me, tried upselling me and when I had to bring my car in for a minor unexpected issue that I thought was resolved, Beto went right out to check the issue and fixed it within 30 min. For reference, my car had an oil leak coming out of a gasket, the AC wasn t working, a CO2 sensor wasn t working due to the oil leak. I m telling you, there were things here and there that were just aggravating and 4J s helped with everything at a very affordable price! Thank you guys!Note: If you can do your due diligence and feel comfortable buying your own car parts to bring to them that may help you with additional cost savings. Johnny had no problem with me ordering the parts to bring to him. Mind you, I had done EXTENSIVE research and knew what I was doing. If you are not comfortable with researching and buying the correct car parts needed I would just leave it to the pros to help!

Trustworthy and honest mechanics are hard to find. However, I highly recommend this family owned 4J's Auto Repair to fix your car. Both Beto and John are honest and friendly with great customer service.

Beto is awesome.. always willing to help. Very friendly knowledgeable mechanic. My husband has developed a friendship with him as well. He always gives quality service. And is very honest.Be aware though there is 2 shops here. I went next door to the shop on the left looking for beto and was describing him and they laughed at me lol. Then I finally seen Beto and he informed me his shop is on the right. And Benitos shop is on the left. So when u come here.. it looks like one whole shop but its 2 split in the same building. Stick to the right and you'll be alright Beto is a thin older taller man. Spanish is the first language here but I'm hella white and don't know any Spanish. And was able to communicate.. Beto takes his time with you.. and I felt completely safe. And got comfortable with Beto immediately..

On our way back to Tucson and our car broke down. No other shop would take it as they would be closing in an hour and a half. Went to 4Js, not realizing they were already closed and getting ready to leave for the day. They listened, realized the issue, and even though it was going to take 3 hours to fix said they would stay and work on it. Saved us a 2 night stay in Phoenix. Got us back on the road in the time stated and at a more than fair price. These guys are awesome. Thank you Jose and Johnny!

Best mechanics in town. These guys don't beat around the Bush they are straightforward and honest with you they get straight to the problem And they make sure they take care of it because that is what they would expect if they were having their vehicles worked on highly recommend them
