All the staff that I met and spoke to were friendly and genuinely wanted to help. They wanted to understand what issues I was having with my car to get a correct diagnosis. I felt they performed a very thorough analysis and was never pressured about any decisions. They were easy to talk to and to get answers. I will definitely return!

Nice place nice lady's in the front. Had a special with discounted oil change with free wipers and 64 point inspection which for me was a great deal. They let me know what they found needing attention or fixing with quote and pictures right to my cell phone and even got me an Uber home. Just overall a nice experience. Thanks 3A!

Complete honesty with excellent communication throughout the repair process. Quality workmanship with fair pricing. I highly recommend for diesel repair as I am 100% satisfied. RAM 6.7L turbo diesel truck.

I had a great neighbor recommend this place - a stellar repair shop that genuinely cares, staff are honest, and thorough with your car. I appreciate that the fact that they took the time to do things upright and quality was never compromised. So thanks to the staff from Emily to Dennis, Jimmy, and Edgar. I was told my car would take a day to run through timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, transmission fluid and air filter but due to bad tensioner it took a little longer. Creates a peace of mind and trust that they are not in a rush to get things done but take the time to do things right. In addition to all that they provided an Uber ride home and delivered the car after the service was completed . Just a great experience all around.

Took my 2002 Honda CR-V in when the compressor died and was told I needed a new AC kit as well as a cleaning of the system. was quoted 3,000 for these services and ended up paying a couple hundred more. Not even two months later my AC died again, this time accompanied by an awful sound any time I tried to turn it on. Took it back in and they claimed there was a leak somewhere because it was completely out of freon. They recharged it and said they were unable to find the leak. A week later it s blowing hot again, I called and asked for my money back to take it somewhere else and they refused until I threatened legal action, at which point they offered to look at it one more time and found a huge leak in my discharge line for the AC. They also claimed that they had no comprehensive record of my repairs or the cost, and were unable to procure an itemized receipt. I would have been happy to pay for just a cleaning, recharge and new compressor, since they obviously didn t repair anything else or were negligent, but I m out 3k and still had to pay for someone to actually fix it. Do not bother taking your vehicle here. Marisol from the front desk is lovely and that s about it. You re better off buying the parts yourself and doing it at home with the quality of work that s done here.Services: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

We would give a rating of about 85 out of 100. Granted, we were getting a "free" visual estimate, which we very much appreciated, but the time we waited for the results was twice as long as we were told it would take. The results were quite detailed - very good! Also, a young worker took the car for a quick spin just as we were standing there expecting it to be delivered to us. This was very odd.

I love this repair shop. Their staff members are so friendly and helpful. I trust the work they do and I know they're also looking out for their customers! Marisol is excellent with communication, Kurt was very professional and detailed with the issues I had, and the owner Jimmy is very humble and kind!

I came here looking for a better experience than the dealership and left disappointed. Not only was it way more expensive ($235 for an oil change on my F150 diesel) but it took twice as long. They also used the wrong oil. They used 5W40 even though Ford recommends 5W30.Edit (Added 12/28/23 in response to Jimmy):Jimmy,Severe driving conditions as defined by Ford include:-Towing a trailer or using a camper or car-top carrier-Extensive Idling and /or low-speed driving for long distances as in heavy commercial use such as delivery, taxi, patrol, or livery-Operating in dusty conditions such as unpaved or dusty roads-Off-road operation-Use of BioDiesel, up to and including 5% BioDiesel (B5)-Short trip in cold operating conditionsNone of these necessarily apply to driving a vehicle in Phoenix. In any case this is not a decision that should be made unilaterally without consulting your customer.

We've been coming here for years with all 5 of our vehicles. Customer service is always amazing. Kirk was awesome this time as well. He helped us when our warranty company wouldn't help pay for parts. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here.

I am always very pleased with the service at 3M Automotive. The customer service was great, as always! They provided an Uber to get me home and another Uber to get me back to my car. 3A Automotive informed me of things that needed to be repaired and made suggestions about future repairs. Great service!! Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. Marisol in the front is the best!! They also order you an uber to and from your place so you don't need to stress about how to get back like with other places. Highly recommend!

My diesel work truck took a dive on me. These guys were able to get working on it immediately a d I was able to pick it up the same week. They were extremely thorough with the diagnosis and repairs. Everything was documented a day photos were provided.The BIGGEST help was being able to sign paperwork and pay remotely so I could go about my regular my regular business. It's was extremely convenient.I am extremely satisfied with my service and highly recommend 3A.

I had my airbag light come on and actually had a difficult time finding someone to repair it. I called many shops that didn't want to touch it. I found 3A Automotive via an ad on google. I messaged them and they contacted me back almost immediately. I explained my situation and they said yes, we repair that. This repair shop is the real deal. They are professional and very nice people. They contacted me along the way to let me know how things were going and if I had any questions. Where to start? My experience was excellent, with service on two separate vehicles.1. I ve been looking for a place that takes my concerns seriously and as a female doesn t just shove a list of expensive repairs at me. This shop (Emily the manager especially) took the time to EDUCATE me on what was wrong. Through visuals and in depth explanations.2. They were a 3rd opinion on what was supposedly an insanely expensive repair that in fact was not the case at all. Imagine if I had just gone along with it and been taken advantage of.3. They went down a checklist of repairs in most urgent order based on my long term goals with my car(s).4. The owner Nadine is a wonderful person who gives lots of her time to the Sunnyslope community. As a new home owner in the area it s not only important to me to support small and local business here but to support a place that gives back to its own community.I am highly impressed and as a female and small business owner myself I will now be a loyal customer.

I had a great experience at 3A Automotive. I noticed the shop as I was driving by, the professional curb appeal caused me to stop. The Shop Manager, Emily Lopez, is a big key to the success of the business. She regularly relays info from the Tech, as work is being done. She is knowledgeable and professional and offered less costly repairs first to keep my costs down. They emailed me the inspection report including pictures!!! i've used many online reservation systems and normally just an automated response if any. this time was different. upon making online request i was contacted within minutes by front desk to be advised the time i booked would overlap the tech's lunch and did i want to reschedule. i just appreciated the heads up and seeing this was my first time i was prepared to wait. even with lunch break i was in and out with in 3 hours. waiting area for a car shop, or a lot of places for that matter, was the cleanest i've ever seen. although only in the area for that day, i will return again for future car services.

Recently brought my 20 year old 4Runner to 3A for regular service there was a major issue that needed repair, one that could wait but I decided to have it done and another to be aware of in the future I was advised of these issues, made aware of the costs and the time frame needed to complete the work 3A provided transportation for me to and from their garage, they completed the work on time, they were friendly and professional several days after the repairs were completed they contacted me to make sure there were no issues I will continue to use their services and would recommend them to anyone who asks.Services: Auto water leak repair, Brakes, Oil change

My wife s car had a bad bearing and if you know what that is then you know how loud and annoying it is. We drove 3 hours to Phoenix since there isn t many reliable repair shops near us. We did our research and decided to call the day of for an appointment. With absolutely no hesitation we were accepted with open arms. Everyone was kind and professional and the car came back to us in perfect condition. Couldn t recommend them more! If you want reliable service and professionalism come to 3A Automotive!

3A completed the 100K maintenance on our Honda Pilot and the work was great. Use them for all our auto repairs. They even went an extra step in making sure we could pick the car up at our convenience which we really appreciated.
